Condo holiday rentals in Lexington

We very much enjoyed our brief time in this beautifully restored apartment and would gladly stay again. The owners have done a fantastic job maintaining the historic feel of the building while also ensuring all modern conveniences. The location in the middle of the beautiful Kentucky horse country is also terrific. Thank you for a very nice stay.

We were very pleased. We love the Christmas tree that was up for the season. It was clean and way better than the hotels that are offered in the area. Coffee was provided but if you’re a tea drinker you will want to bring your own. We didn’t do any cooking so for us there was plenty of kitchen ware Bed was comfortable!

The best possible, need a quiet, homey place to stay in Lexington. Beautiful place with a view. Felt so safe with everything overall (private garage, key codes to access everything). Everywhere we needed to go for the weekend was not even 10 minutes away and so convenient. Highly recommend!

I was very happy at Lee's place. The location was convenient for me since I was attending a wedding and reception a couple blocks down the street. Parking was convenient and free. I felt safe within the building and traveling by foot in historic downtown Paris. Cute shops all along main street and a bourbon distillery just a few blocks away. Trackside is a cute restaurant to try nearby (drive there or walk if the weather is nice).I did put to use the Paradise Cafe gift certificate that Lee gave me for staying at his place. The food and service were phenomenal! Lee's place was great! It was very large and clean. He did have complimentary soda and water in the refrigerator. Blueberry muffins and bananas and chocolates were also complimentary and very much appreciated. He's done an amazing job restoring the third floor of this historic building. It had a very unique decorating style that I just had to show off to family members that were in town for the wedding! Highly recommend!

Wonderful place to stay during our visit to Frankfort.

This is a great place in a great location. Street parking is easy and right in front of the house, the place was clean and well appointed and having an easy walk to downtown was a plus ! We would definitely book again, choose Wesley’s place with confidence.

This AirBnB is the perfect location right by the Bourbon Trail! Lots of lovely restaurants within 10 minutes. Super clean and homey. Loved the Christmas tree! We would definitely stay here again

Enjoyed our stay. Very nice rooms and a nice view. Located downtown Lexington. Made it easy for us to just go out and walk to several restaurants and to Rupp Arena.

This was the perfect place for our 6 girl’s night getaway!! It was 1/2 block from the nightlife we were headed to. No worries about an uber, just had a super short, safe walk. The condo was clean & neat, everything we needed. However, the couch is more of a really nice futon, as opposed to a pullout bed. We could hear a bit from neighbor, so I’m afraid they could hear from us. But I don’t think any complaints! We weren’t partying, just YouTubing and laughing like kids, lol. The instructions for location and entry were clear and Claire was super attentive. I feel like if we’d had any issues, she would have been right on it, but we didn’t. All was great! If we ever need another downtown rental, I will definitely go through Claire. Everyone chimed in, no complaints! And who gets that from 6 middle-aged women?? 😝

Brookes place was a great place to stay. Worth every penny. A 5 minute drive from downtown and pretty central to anywhere you’d want to go.

Im from Chicago and I know my pizza. Dingbats around the corner is great. I felt safe and could walk to restaurants and two fave music venues. Al’s Bar, and Green Lantern. Very comfortable room. Great for my dog-first floor lots of places to walk. Parked right in front.

Perfect location for attending an event at Rupp Arena. The building was secure and the place was very clean and comfortable furnishings. Host was quick to respond and went out of his way to address an issue for us. Will definitely stay again, great experience!

Central location for downtown, UK, and Transy. Clean and comfortable stay in a well decorated condo. A number of restaurants nearby. Enjoyed our stay.

We had a lovely stay at John’s beautiful condo in downtown Lexington. The location is great. The condo was spotless and well appointed. It’s very spacious. And the beds are super comfy!

Overall a great place to stay. Very cool space, bigger than the pictures show. Walking distance to lots of places.

Great condo, so close to everything and loved the secure, convenient parking! We will definitely stay here again and next time take advantage of the gorgeous, spacious patio. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

The location for this condo was ideal, particularly for graduation. We easily walked over to Rupp Arena, and had easy walking access to the downtown area. The two parking spots provided within the building were helpful. Communication was very good and the accommodations suited our needs. Thank you!
