The apartment was very clean and close to NYC train. Felt safe and roomy. The host was very responsive and helped with directions and recommendations. Would definitely stay again!

Alicia was amazing to work with and extremely responsive! Weather caused changes to my travel plans which created plenty of other stress and she was fantastic to work with to sort out! Very clear and detailed instructions. No questions throughout my stay. She checked in to make sure everything was going well. Primary reason for booking was the proximity to Yale campus. It was perfect, 3 blocks away. Quiet building with helpful residents when asked questions. It is an older building. The unit has some great updates in the kitchen and bath that fit the space and make it more functional and inviting. Will definitely stay again!

Ira was super responsive and helpful ! The place was perfect for a weekend staycation! The view in the morning of the sunrise of the city was phenomenal ! The free parking in the lot across the street was great as well! The place is a nice size and the bed was comfortable !

Was easy to check in, only thing is you have to pay for parking because street parking is full. The host is amazing and replies super quick and let me do early check in for a fee!

Had a really great stay at Bens Apartment, he was great as a Host, the location was super convenient and walking distance to Main St. The apartment buidling is beautiful, these are new apartments and security is top tier. Ben's place was spotless, stylish, and comfortable. There is a whole foods supermarket around the corner, so easy access for groceries, it really was home from home!

Marcela was a fabulous host! She is very thoughtful and we had everything we needed. She also responds very quickly. The place was very clean and efficiently organized. It is a true gem. We would definitely stay again! Thank you Marcela!!!!

Great location for a short stay in NYC. Lots of things to do in the area. Easy access to underground and other transportation

The host was always available to communicate which helpedus make decisions as tourists to the area. The area is pretty good for basic amenities - big grocery store, subway, walgreens are all walkable.

Aziz’s place was a perfect place for a long weekend away— right on the outskirts of the Yale campus and very walkable to shopping and dining! The pros outweigh the cons: if I were to have any slight complaint it would be that the lighting was very dim throughout the apartment and really only stood out during the day with natural light, but it wasn’t significant enough for me to leave less than 5 stars! And obviously, you are in right in downtown so the hustle and bustle of the city was very prominent— but expected. Overall, I would recommend Aziz’s place for two guests and I would gladly stay here again!

I was in NY for a week and didn’t fancy being in a hotel room for 7 nights. Wanted a bit of freedom to make toast/dinner and stretch out etc. Helen’s place did the job, and only four blocks from my office. Easy check-in but then a bit of a weird entry to the apartment but don’t be put off - it actually means you can’t hear the going ons in the hallway. Helen warned me about music from a restaurant and whilst I heard it I have to say it did not interfere with my stay at all. You won’t get better location/price equation in NY I would suggest. Thanks Helen worked perfectly for me.

Such a beautiful and clean home. The views were amazing!!! I could look at them all day . Our host was easy to communicate with + super friendly. She gives you great ideas of places/restaurants to visit nearby. Plus, a sweet handwritten thank you letter is at the condo on your arrival, I thought this gesture was so kind. I had a very short but great stay with Gabrielle and Rich, and the cats of course! All were so nice and welcoming with really easy check-in even though I was coming so late. Both room and bathroom (stocked way better than any hotel) were pretty clean. The bed was on the firmer side (sofa bed) but I still slept well (as one does after a long day in NYC). If Rich gives a food recommendation definitely go, it's worth it! Location is close to the train stations and felt safe even at night. Doormen at the building were also always nice and helpful. Thank you guys for hosting me!

Stuart was a great host -extremely responsive and accommodating- and house was very comfortable! Close to great hiking/XC skiing and Inness which has a fantastic restaurant.

My colleagues and I really enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and looked just like the pictures. Erna was very proactive and had a great personality.

We had an amazing long weekend at The Mansion on the Hill! We were very comfortable and enjoyed lounging in all the different rooms during a winter storm. The space was so well decorated and larger than anticipated. It felt like a boutique hotel! Donald/Marco were so responsive and helpful during check-in and throughout - giving us the best recommendations for the area. We will absolutely be returning!

Emily’s place was exactly what we were looking for during our NYE stay. The house was perfect for 4 couples and had everything we needed for a cozy mountain stay. The house was decorated beautifully, rooms was spacious and comfortable with everything we needed. Kitchen was well stocked and there were two hang out spaces perfect for our group. The hottub was amazing and very clean as well. We look forward to staying in Emily’s place again in the near future.

We had a wonderful experience at Lisa's carriage house! We were in town for a Bachelorette Weekend (9 women from all over the east coast) and this was the perfect home base for our trip. When we arrived, Lisa gave a tour of the property and house, showed me how everything worked, and provided very clear instructions and suggestions. She gave us a great recommendation for dinner delivery that evening and was exceptionally responsive and helpful for the whole weekend. We spent a day at Sojo Spa and enjoyed a great dinner in downtown Englewood on Saturday night. The house had everything we could have needed from an amenities perspective and tons of warmth & charm on top of that. Thanks Lisa for having us! We had an amazing weekend celebrating the bride-to-be.

We had a wonderful stay! The house can accommodate large family gatherings - there were a lot of spaces for folks to spread out as well as gather. The kitchen is very well stocked. We would definitely rent again!
