Had an excellent stay, with excellent views and close to everything. I would definitely stay again. A must stop if your looking to go to Cedar Key

I recently stayed at Pelican Vacation Home in Cedar Key, and it was an incredible experience! The stunning views of the Gulf and the peaceful surroundings made it the perfect escape. The home was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated, with every detail thoughtfully considered. The large deck quickly became our favorite spot for watching the sunrise and sunset, all while enjoying the ocean breeze. The fully stocked kitchen made it easy to prepare meals, and the comfortable bedrooms ensured a restful stay. The location was ideal—just a short walk to Cedar Key’s quaint shops, restaurants, and the beach, yet still offering plenty of peace and quiet. We also enjoyed kayaking and exploring the local wildlife. The owners were wonderful—responsive and helpful from start to finish, making our stay seamless. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway with all the comforts of home and stunning views, I highly recommend Pelican Vacation Home. We can't wait to visit again!

We had a fabulous stay at Pirate’s Cove. We came in for New Year’s Eve, and Brian met us to help us check in and get settled. He gave us some great local recommendations, which was appreciated since the island is still recovering from hurricane damage and not everything is reopened yet. All of the cottages were recently updated, so everything inside feels fresh and new. The little courtyard outside was adorable and a nice place to sit and just enjoy the beautiful weather. But the best part was the amazing screened-in porch overlooking the water. The sunrise view from the porch was amazing. We saw a few people in the neighboring cottages, everyone was friendly and the atmosphere was low key. Would definitely stay here again.

Cedar Key is back in Business. Restaurants and shops are open, boat ramps are clear and ready to go. We had some great meals, 2nd Street Cafe, Steamers, Cedar Key Pizza and the Island Hotel (Annies and the Tiki Bar are also ready and waiting). We got some fun Christmas shopping done. The Locals are welcoming as always. Julie and Tom are Super Hosts, we love their place, this was our fourth stay and we'll be booking a fifth. Such a warm and charming Island. Hope you love it as much as we do !!

My husband and I had a relaxing and fun time at this lovely cabin. Everything we needed was readily available. The cabin is newly renovated, well-decorated, and the kitchen is well-stocked with everything you need for cooking. We enjoyed fishing in the dock. We caught different fishes including a 28-inch black drum. The golf cart came in handy every time we went to Dock Street (it’s too hot to walk). Overall, we loved our stay and we will definitely come back again.

Couple in our 50’s, & 8 yo grandson. Place was as described, 3 story condo. The great! Quiet private within walking or golf cart (rent from Cedar Key Adventures Dock St. recommended by hosts) skip the sketch guy outside condo area. There is a nice playground on way to Dock St action. Saw many porpoises and birds from the balconies. Clean bathroom. VERY nice remodeled kitchen Spices, Mr. Coffee, Keurig, mixer, new appliances all in a bright kitchen open to vaulted living on top floor. Main bedroom on top floor with decent king. Hear the waves! Need to know: The stairs are kinda steep, my husband’s knees were sad. Glad we did not bring our old corgi dog. The first night we went to Dock street area, was a fest going on. You needed to have a prepaid badge to get in most restaurants. Should have done our homework. Iffy internet/TV. Five stars for price and laid back Cedar Key. 4.5 in other more polished area of FL. Just have reasonable expectations and enjoy the breeze! Would return!

We had a great stay at Bayside Sunset View. Great location if you’re flying in for the weekend! We brought our golf cart this time instead of renting one, so we drove this trip, but nice to know we’ve got a great option for future trips. The place was super clean and nice. Beautiful views, quiet neighborhood, and quick golf cart/car trip to town. Oh, and our boys loved the SpongeBob theme! We will definitely look into staying here again in the future.

The location is wonderfully perfect! There was a little bit for everyone to enjoy. We all thoroughly enjoyed starting and ending the day from the dock, the neighborhood was peaceful. We enjoyed the Singing River Tour with Captain's John and Luk. We hope to be back again.

Easy keypad check in. The rental was clean and nice. Exactly as described. Will stay again when in Cedar Key.

This is a very nice apartment with spectacular views. We found it clean and well decorated . It is one of the few places on Florida’s gulf coast where you can watch the sunrise over the gulf. We had an issue with one of the rules but it was quickly resolved. Also there were a few unfortunate plumbing issues but again the management company was quick to resolve them. The hot tub was not functioning during most of our stay but I believe it is now repaired. The Cedar Key Market is finally reopened so you no longer need to drive to Chiefland to get a loaf of bread. Be aware that there are 40 steps to the apartment. The price of that wonderful view, but it may be an issue if you have mobility issues.

Absolutely loved this vacation home away from home last weekend. This is one where you start envisioning yourself living there. Definitely will rent again. We’re coming back this weekend as well, but unfortunately this unit isn’t available.

Awesome view. Relaxing, peaceful and QUIET! Nice to have access to a pool. Needed nothing from the Hosts the entire trip, except the access code upon arrival.

This is one of my top three best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had. The hosts were extremely accommodating and anticipated our every need 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Beautiful condo with a great view. Nicely furnished and the kitchen was well equipped. We particularly enjoyed watching dolphins and various water birds from the balcony.

Had an excellent stay, accommodations were clean, clutter free, fully furnished, and comfortable. The view of the water was amazing and I couldn't recommend this unit more. Host was very prompt and provided helpful and easy to understand instructions for checking in, accessing the unit, and checking out. The area is very quite, relaxing and peaceful and the unit is about a 5-8 minute walk to strip of restaurants, shops, things to do. 10/10 I'd absolutely book this unit again the next time I'm staying in Cedar Key :)

Me and my husband stayed for my birthday and our wedding anniversary on June 29, 2023. The host exceeded our expectations with their services. They even left cards and some wine, which i thought was so sweet and thoughtful. I absolutely recommend this Airbnb. The veiw from the balcony was spectacular. We watched dolphins playing right out in front of our balcony. This was a cozy and comfortable condo, whether it's a couples retreat or a family vacation. Absolutely fabulous!!!!

We loved the place, however our stay was cut short due to Tropical Storm Debby! They agreed to offer a refund for the remainder of our stay. We met wonderful people and will definitely be back!!!

Great host, great location!

The house was amazing! It is peaceful and private and we were able to relax and unwind. Recommend renting a golfcart and driving around the island. We would definitely stay again if it was available.

The place was Beautiful. Plenty of parking spots for our vehicle and Golf Cart. Everything is within walking distance. Restaurants and Stores were beautiful with plenty of cute nostalgic things to purchase. 2nd Street Eatery was DELICIOUS. Loved having breakfast with the family daily. Prickly Palm had AMAZING Tasting Smoothies , coffee, Muffins and Pastries and lots of other drinks. The staff were Exceptionally welcoming.. We LOVE Cedar Key and can't wait to return soon. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful Home.
