Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Levittown

Perfect location in Condado. Just a couple of blocks to the beach. Restaurants, grocery store, 24/7 pharmacy, coffee shop, all within 2 blocks. Great view from the balcony. The kitchen is a bit limited, there's no oven and not a ton of things to cook with but it's manageable. I would definitely stay again.

If you’re in the San Juan/ Placida area and want a beautiful, clean, fun and walkable place to stay, Monique’s is the place for you We had a group of 10 across 2 units and had no problems with space, any of the utilities, or cleanliness. There’s nightlife in close walking distance, and in about 10-15 minutes you can hit the main strip with casinos restaurants and shops. Monique and Chip are super responsive and accommodating whether you need early check in or late check out. Next time I’m back I know where I’m staying!

Best place to stay while on vacation. Walking distance to all good restaurants, hair salon, next to the beach, very safe, a lot to do in this area, and if you don’t rent a car, then take public transportation because IT IS FREE and the bus stop is right in front of the condo! There is beach chairs and towels for the beach in the apartment so that was a plus 😃 Easy check in and out, and the staff in the reception are very friendly and helpful. Ocean view, best place to stay and I will definitely come back, the food is great in every restaurant, we stayed for 10 days. Just the best!

My family of four had the pleasure to staying at Raisa's. The place is very functional for a family. Raisa was kind enough to provide a high chair for our little one. The place is conveniently located if staying in San Juan.

I will be back a few more time great place A few minutes to the airport and the beach

Amazing Ocean View Stay in Isla Verde! Our one-bedroom stay in Isla Verde was perfect! The ocean view was breathtaking, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Security was friendly, making us feel safe throughout our stay. Carlos, our host, was fantastic—quick to respond and very accommodating. The location was unbeatable, with a great restaurant just around the corner and stores within easy walking distance. Highly recommend for a relaxing and convenient getaway! We had an amazing stay. Amazing place if you wanna stay close to the beach sebastian was amazing and very helpful he gave me local spots to try out as well as answering any questions i had expeditiously place was clean and very nice

The air bnb had a great location. Easily walkable to restaurants and bars. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only caveat was the front room can be loud at night because of the central location. We felt safe the entire time and would stay there again.

Miguel's house was perfect for our trip, it had everything we needed. Plenty of living room and seating options are available inside and outside. The pool was perfect and we spent lots of time in there. The house is located in a gated community but it was very easy to get in and out of. There are several things nearby that you can walk to, including acai bowls & smoothies, restaurants, pharmacy, and grocery stores. There is also a train stop across the street from the gated entrance, we took the train to San Juan and then caught a bus to Old San Juan, and it was perfect for a day trip. The house is also only a 25 minute drive to some beautiful beaches. All three bedrooms, the kitchen and both bathrooms and living rooms were a very clean and comfortable. Miguel was very helpful and friendly to us, also Sonia was an amazing help during our trip, she was so kind! We were here for a business trip but we would love to stay next year as well. Thank you Miguel for sharing your house with us.

Very clean and quiet Airbnb, easy and clear instructions on how to get in. The home comes equipped with lots of amenities for a comfortable stay such as a washer and dryer and a generator. I would highly suggest staying here for a PR 🇵🇷 trip and would definitely stay again next time.

I would most definitely recommend!!! They do an amazing job communicating and make sure that all your needs are met. I had a wonderful experience with this Host and will be booking again whenever I’m in PR.

Loved the place. It was clean, neat, and close to the locations we were going to. Host replied very quickly had clear instructions. This place is a gem and we had a great experience here. The only con would be is that you can hear everything outside as the windows are thin and the architecture of the windows in PR in general are built that way.

This was hands down the nicest Airbnb I have ever stayed at. The photos do not do it justice at all!! Fernando was an amazing host and made the group and I feel right at home for my bachelor party. He was extremely responsive on questions, requests, and issues. 11/10 recommend!!!!

Alex & Diana’s place is perfectly center , the placita is 7mins away , highway accessible , beach near by & so much more ! Clean , spacious , beds are SOOOOO comfortable . Nice neighborhood & the local neighbors are friendly as well . I received my check in instructions bright & early the day of my arrival . Host responded in a timely manner & were very nice . We loved our stay & plan to be back 🙏🏽

Loved the place! It is in a residential area, which we didn’t mind as we rented a car and definitely used the parking provided. We had an apagon (lights went out) and Rey David came within 5 minutes to plug in the generator and we were back with lights! Overall the experience was great and super close to the airport and within a 10-30 minute driving distance to many local spots.

Myself, Mom, husband, 6 kids and grandson visit Puerto Rico yearly for our annual family reunion as my family lives on the island. We stay at the Marbella and absolutely love it. We enjoy the safety of the location. The pool is wonderful plus has a playground, out door gym and gated beach access. Clean, Spacious 3 bdrm, 2 bath apartment allowing everyone to have their privacy, plus a washer and dryer and a round bed that was absolutely my favorite. Everyone slept so good! So many amenities from inside to going to the beach, pool etc. plus a playpen, high, chair, stroller, car seat, air mattress. Perfect parking spot close to elevator. You have a views of the ocean side and the street side as this unit is an end unit. My only complaint about the Marbella is all the building construction going on and street noise. But the work must be done and the entertainment must go on so if you can get past that it’s absolutely wonderful. Thank you to our host for sharing your beautiful hom

First time in PR and this apartment was the perfect place to stay. They have all the amenities in the apt, sunscreen, beach chair, beach bag. It was perfect. Clean and cozy place to stay. Felt safe all the time. Walking distance to the beach and “La Placita”. I would definitely recommend. Hosts are responsive and would definitely recommend to anyone that comes to San Juan.

Great location on Condado Beach—just a walk to Old San Juan or a short Uber ride away. The beach is perfect for long strolls, though it's not ideal for swimming. Our final evening, we enjoyed watching surfers against a stunning sunset backdrop. With many excellent restaurants and bars nearby, the location is superb, even for those without a car (like us). The apartment is bright, clean, and spacious—ideal for two or three guests. It's well-equipped with all necessary kitchen amenities, as well as beach towels, chairs, and toys. Two windows offer a pleasant city view. The space was exactly as described, though note that the in-building mini-mart was closed for renovations. The building itself shows its age, particularly the ocean-facing facade, but this did not affect our overall experience. Overall, a great stay with a responsive and helpful host in Jose.

Jose is a wonderful and very responsive host. The condo met our expectations, was very clean, comfortable and had a great view. The location was very convenient to restaurants and shopping. We’ve been to PR several times and this has been one of our favorite’s. Jose, thanks again for being a wonderful host.

Javier’s place is in a gated community with a security guard and close to everything. His home was clean, comfortable. A smart tv in each room. There was always hot water and good water pressure. 2 bathrooms was a plus and the washer and dryer. I absolutely loved the two patios.There was a/c in the bedrooms but no ac in the living room. With the 2 patios and ceiling fans it didn’t matter. The kitchen had everything needed, except a baking sheet and pizza cutter.There were no cleaning supplies but the market at the corner has everything you could possibly need. Our only complaint was that it wasn’t easy to find at first but that was a GPS issue, and the parking spots were being repainted so it wasnt marked we had to figure it out.There were no extra amenities like coffee, soap etc you have to bring everything which we do anyway but since I mentioned celebrating our anniversary a little something personal would have set it off. Overall I loved our stay and would definitely stay again.

Felix's apartment is great and he is an excellent host. The apartment is clean and bright and perfectly situated in Condado. Felix was a great communicator and super responsive to our questions and requests. We recommend the apartment and hope to go back.

We booked almost 6 months ahead of time for our first time vacation to Puerto Rico. The place was absolutely exact to what was described and in the photos. I never give five star reviews. but I feel that this small place met all of our needs 100%

We had an excellent stay and Tony is a great host. We had a number of (not terrible) issues during our stay, and each time, we reached out to Tony, and he was responsive and helpful. The apartment is great. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the bedrooms were comfortable and nice. The location is mostly excellent. We had direct access to the building's pool and beach, which we loved. We were also across the street from a Walgreen's and just minutes away by car from supermarkets. The downside to the location was that it was often quite noisy at night. It's a busy street and we often had cars blasting music as they drove by. There is also a seedy club directly across the street, which had its own noise and characters. Small note- I think beach chairs were listed as an amenity. We found 5 in the apartment, but 4 were broken. Still, it is easy and inexpensive to rent chairs on the beach. All in all, it was a great stay, and I would be happy to come back
