Beautiful villa in a beautiful, exotic location. Svast is very welcoming, responsive and flexible. We had a great time in such a peaceful place. The photos are completely accurate. If we return to the outskirts of Brussels we would not hesitate to stay in this pleasant house again.

Wouter and Justine were incredible. I could not of asked for a better place to stay. They were welcoming , extremely helpful and kind. The place was as described, clean and in a nice location. Our stay at Isha's place was truly EXCEPTIONAL! We arrived to the warmest welcome, drinks and nibbles, although we were unexpectedly only four people. In the common area is a fabulous bar, buffet and dining area where all the guests would mingle and meet for brunch and midnight snacks. This was a godsend! Isha always had a great supply of food and drinks for everyone to enjoy, and we were very well looked after. The place had all the facilities expected, and even an extra shower. We stayed there for Tomorrowland. There were 2 options to get there - either a 25 min bike ride (bikes provided), or Isha would always be happy to pick and drop us at any time, and it was a 20 minute walk from the drop-off point. We had an amazing time at Tomorrowland, and much of that was down to Isha being the perfect host. Highly recommend staying here, you won't be disappointed!! Thank you Isha!!

We stayed at this lovely yellow house with 9 adults. Ann-Charlotte was adorable, perfect communication although last minute because our old place was canceled the day before and what a chance to come across this great place beautiful, clean, with proximity to the center and transportation. Ann-Charlotte was very attentive and responsive during our exchanges including on site. Everything was perfect, thank you again! A perfect place to keep for a new stay in Brussels 🥰 I recommend

David and very responsive we had a great stay the bedding and at 👌🏻 the top the little plus which is excellent is the breakfast offered by David the bakery and at 700m the excellent bread is really a significant plus. I would recommend the accommodation unseen. Thank you David

We were welcomed in a quiet, peaceful and pleasant neighborhood. The accommodation is spacious, bright and well laid out. The hosts are kind, welcoming and available. We were extremely well received, even for one night. A breakfast included in the quality and complete rate: savory, sweet, bread, cereal... I loved the place! Very cute with the signature Brussels views from the window as it is the last floor. If it's cold you can turn the heater on and it gets warm quite fast as it is a small and cute apartment. The owner had it all super clean and it was really easy to communicate with him. Last but not least it is conveniently located and the neighborhood is so cute!

Apartment with a good location and with everything you need to spend a weekend in Brussels and surroundings. We were pleasantly amazed, especially for the cleanliness and the super equipped kitchen. We really enjoyed food and drinks provided for breakfast. Denisa is very kind and always available to help.

We loved our stay in Kate's apartment! The location has a great neighborhood feel and is close to the tram. There are lots of restaurants, cafes, small grocery markets, and shops within walking distance, and the public transit to downtown is easy to navigate with the Brussels transit app. This is a great apartment for people who will appreciate the retro style and decor. We especially loved lounging in the large, round window seat. The floorboards were a bit creaky but they seemed authentic. Beds were comfortable and the apartment was spacious enough for our family of four (with two teenagers). We would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Kate!

Great modern flat in the heart of town. We were able to walk pretty much everywhere in the centre. The flat was very clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed for our short stay from kitchen items to towels. The host was very friendly and responsive.

During a week (solo)bike-pack I only stayed with Marie-Francoise for one night, but it was the best stay of my trip with head and shoulders! Such a spot that made my trip even better! From the charming house where you immediately feel at home and at the same time in a fairytale, the relaxing garden, the nice and inspiring conversations with Marie-Francoise and the most idyllic breakfast ever! Thank you Marie-Francoise, I enjoyed it!

Beautiful guest room, lovingly decorated with stylish ambiance. A private bathroom is directly connected to the guest room. It is clean and well maintained with a comfortable shower and offers all the comforts with fresh towels and bath towels. Breakfast is lovingly served in a small breakfast room overlooking the beautiful garden. The delicious breakfast offers everything your heart desires. Optional coffee or tea, fresh croissants and rolls, various jam, cheese and ham, cakes as well as fruits and herbs from your own garden. Monique gives recommendations for excursions to the region and takes care of guests warmly. The place is highly recommended and has a lovely and friendly private ambiance. Excellent value for money with the rich breakfast included in the price.

Very nice location. In the B&B itself, everything was very clean. Ines and Koen were super friendly. And the food was really great👌😋

We had first explored Diest and so arrived later. We were received hospitably. The accommodation was fine as described. The owner of the house has a ceramic studio . Because we were interested in that, we got a tour and a demonstration. Really very special how Johan passionately showed us everything. We loved his knowledge and company. The history of Diest has also been mentioned at breakfast. All in all, a fun and pleasant experience with Chris and Johan.

Have a good trip and very nice and kind owner. We had a nice weekend and the bedding was very comfortable.
