Holiday rentals with breakfast in Leuven

Our stay at Isha's place was truly EXCEPTIONAL! We arrived to the warmest welcome, drinks and nibbles, although we were unexpectedly only four people. In the common area is a fabulous bar, buffet and dining area where all the guests would mingle and meet for brunch and midnight snacks. This was a godsend! Isha always had a great supply of food and drinks for everyone to enjoy, and we were very well looked after. The place had all the facilities expected, and even an extra shower. We stayed there for Tomorrowland. There were 2 options to get there - either a 25 min bike ride (bikes provided), or Isha would always be happy to pick and drop us at any time, and it was a 20 minute walk from the drop-off point. We had an amazing time at Tomorrowland, and much of that was down to Isha being the perfect host. Highly recommend staying here, you won't be disappointed!! Thank you Isha!!

Ann Charlotte and her husband are very welcoming hosts! They took great care of us. We had a lovely weekend in Brussels. The accommodation is very well and ideally placed to get around easily. I would recommend them in a second.

David and very responsive we had a great stay the bedding and at 👌🏻 the top the little plus which is excellent is the breakfast offered by David the bakery and at 700m the excellent bread is really a significant plus. I would recommend the accommodation unseen. Thank you David

Patrick is a very friendly and helpful host. we only stayed for 14 hours 8 pm checkin and 10 am checkout but he helped us and guided us during breakfast. Breakfast was also good and with variety.

My friends and I had an amazing stay at Naja’s! We wished we would have stayed longer! The hosts were so thoughtful and kind. They gave us a ride to and from the train station, had the kitchen ready with fresh bread and breakfast food when we got there, and were always responsive if we needed anything. Genuinely a wonderful stay!

Denisa left from the 1st minute until the moment we left, every question, no matter how small it was, within 5 minutes! The instructions given in advance regarding the key were very clear! The apartment is very well maintained! Parking in front of the door, but due to our late arrival and many double parked cars, unfortunately occupied and we had to park in another street. The night tram is audible, but we are from a very quiet neighborhood, and of course not used to night noises. There was a small breakfast provided for us, coffee and tea options. We were even offered to stay a little longer if needed Denisa is a very good host! Thank you!

We loved our stay in Kate's apartment! The location has a great neighborhood feel and is close to the tram. There are lots of restaurants, cafes, small grocery markets, and shops within walking distance, and the public transit to downtown is easy to navigate with the Brussels transit app. This is a great apartment for people who will appreciate the retro style and decor. We especially loved lounging in the large, round window seat. The floorboards were a bit creaky but they seemed authentic. Beds were comfortable and the apartment was spacious enough for our family of four (with two teenagers). We would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Kate!

Great location and spacious rooms. Central to all the main activities and transportation in Brussels. Hosts were amazing and even left us some food on arrival which came in handy since we arrived Christmas Eve. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

During a week (solo)bike-pack I only stayed with Marie-Francoise for one night, but it was the best stay of my trip with head and shoulders! Such a spot that made my trip even better! From the charming house where you immediately feel at home and at the same time in a fairytale, the relaxing garden, the nice and inspiring conversations with Marie-Francoise and the most idyllic breakfast ever! Thank you Marie-Francoise, I enjoyed it!

Beautiful guest room, lovingly decorated with stylish ambiance. A private bathroom is directly connected to the guest room. It is clean and well maintained with a comfortable shower and offers all the comforts with fresh towels and bath towels. Breakfast is lovingly served in a small breakfast room overlooking the beautiful garden. The delicious breakfast offers everything your heart desires. Optional coffee or tea, fresh croissants and rolls, various jam, cheese and ham, cakes as well as fruits and herbs from your own garden. Monique gives recommendations for excursions to the region and takes care of guests warmly. The place is highly recommended and has a lovely and friendly private ambiance. Excellent value for money with the rich breakfast included in the price.

We had first explored Diest and so arrived later. We were received hospitably. The accommodation was fine as described. The owner of the house has a ceramic studio . Because we were interested in that, we got a tour and a demonstration. Really very special how Johan passionately showed us everything. We loved his knowledge and company. The history of Diest has also been mentioned at breakfast. All in all, a fun and pleasant experience with Chris and Johan.
