Claudio and Veronica are beautiful, kind and helpful people, the house is perfect for relaxing, the sea view is beautiful, do not hesitate, book! I recommend staying with them, the villa is well cared for, childrens pool, guarded parking, a real pleasure, they provide lots of tips and agreements to fully enjoy your vacation.

Nicola was very responsive when booking as I had accessibility requirements that were needed. He worked with me to make sure our Nonna would be comfortable and have privacy without the use of stairs. The views were spectacular and the pool was much appreciated in the August heat. There was plenty of room and space for all 11 of us to enjoy our time together and take a break if needed. We enjoyed fireworks right from the terrace nearly every night as it was festival season and ventured down to the marina a few times. I would highly recommend Nicola’s Villa to larger families or groups. Thanks so much!

Pretty, well equipped, clean home with a nice garden in a quiet neighborhood. We loved staying here!

It was an extremely enjoyable experience. The house is beautiful, the road to access it is a little difficult but it is worth the "effort". The host Maud is very pleasant and kind, always available. You'll find everything you need in the house. The plus is the dishwasher and the washing machine, not to mention the small pool on the roof. If I have to be picky, I found inaccuracies about cleanliness, but I think both the host and the house make up for this. I would go back a thousand more times.

Wow! What an amazing time we had at David’s place in Palmoli. The house is every bit as incredible as the photos with sweeping views over the Italian countryside and complete privacy. The interior has been so thoughtfully and tastefully decorated with lots of home comforts while respecting the history of the buildings. Beds were comfortable and we all slept so peacefully. Special mention too for the best equipped kitchen we’ve had in any Airbnb. And then the private and immaculate pool is the icing on the cake. We were sorely tempted not to explore past the boundary of the grounds, but can strongly recommend the beachside towns onto the Adriatic which are all 30-45 mins drive away: Vasto, San Salvo and Termoli. Thank you so much for hosting us and welcoming us to your home. We really appreciate it!

Very nice house, very well equipped, with a beautiful olive orchard and an above ground pool. Primo and Maria welcomed us, and despite the language barrier, they were adorable. Thank you for the figs which were excellent 🙏🏻 We look forward to welcoming you

we were a group of 11 and had plenty of space. there was no soap when we showed up which was probably our fault, but they brought some over right away. So bring your own soap. the kitchen was easy to use but could use a few more updated pots and pans. The pool area is beautiful and relaxing. The surrounding area is beautiful but a bit far from activities and attractions but close enough to many grocery stores. overall it was good for us

The best country stay by the coast. A unique olive grove farm house surrounded by olive trees. Add the most wonderful stone terrace, barbecue and pizza oven and breath-taking views of the sea beyond the grove. Peschici is only 3 min drive down the path and roads and has all the I gradient you ll need to cook la cuccina povera. Plus Raffaella and Dino are the greatest hosts.

My husband and I stayed two nights in Antonio's apartment, just perfect ! New, clean, attention to detail, evocative and well equipped, a stone's throw from the main course of Manfredonia. Antonio was kind and helpful, present and attentive to our needs. I highly recommend this apartment !

Very nice apartment, perfectly clean and very spacious, on two floors, with two terraces. It's as advertised, and the bedding is impeccable. it is located in the most pleasant area of Bari, very quiet, with small white buildings. We are close to the pretty old town, from the beach facing the island to the lighthouse, to the bustling central square. Mary and her husband are very responsive and welcoming. The area, is splendid, we had a wonderful 4 days at the end of September pleasantly warm and much quieter than July or August.

All good, great location and new and clean place. Free parking in front of the house, I recommend it.

the place is just as I hoped, quiet and in the middle of centuries-old olive trees,and in a strategic position where you can easily reach several beautiful beaches. Antonio is also a very helpful and nice person.

Beautiful apartment, tastefully furnished in every detail, truly a pearl. Suitable for a family of 4 or a couple (very romantic hearts and flowers everywhere). Great location in the historic center, very close to the viewpoints and the most touristic area of Termoli. You can park your car and pick it up at the end of the stay, because everything is nearby: sea, restaurants, port of embarkation for the Tremiti. Very helpful and friendly Mirella and Maurizio. I hope to be back soon.

Did my homework and it paid off … only complaint? Wish I discovered this place sooner . James and Judy are just lovely and they are super hosts for a reason ….they don’t miss a beat,super efficient, always available and a phone call or text away. Their black binder is a treasure trove of information..it’s all there!! The casa is within steps away to heaven and restaurants. Vasto is perched above sea level, the lookout vista outlines the whole side of the town with restaurants and a spectacular view of the bluest Adriatic Sea… on a clear day you can see the Tremiti islands which is a 50 minute boat ride away . The casa is in the cobblestone pedestrian only area , its peaceful, walkable with church bells and cooing pigeons in the background. It has a medieval castle a palazzo you can visit with all kinds of art and artifacts dug up from the Roman Empire and a mosaic floor nearby with Roman baths .. the house felt like home including the bed and it was very clean comfortable and private

Sonia and Nicolino are truly exceptional hosts, very kind, helpful and heartfelt. Great check-in as well as check-out. House with a very nice garden with two terraces overlooking the sea. Also a nice manicured lawn and also great parking. The car stays inside the fence safely and directly near the entrance door, so very convenient. We loved everything and will definitely be back. Building is a former textile factory that has been converted mostly to residences. Located in the touristy section of Termoli, it is within walking distance of the wonderful beaches, the Borgo Antico, and convenient places to shop and eat. Terrace garden is private to the Airbnb rental, over looks the harbor, and has wonderful lemon and other fruit trees. If you’re looking for a place with character, this is it. Claudio lives next door and is always available to assist.

Very nice apartment with a fantastic terrace with views over the olive groves to the sea. The large panoramic window allows you to enjoy the view even with a fresh breeze. Lots of nice places and grocery stores nearby as well as an interesting archaeological museum. To the beach about 20 min. walk, beautiful hike directly from the apartment possible. We felt very comfortable.

Alessandra is very available for any need. The property is 5 minutes by car from the sea, and is a good area to see points of interest on the overflow coast. Comfortable, tidy and has everything you need (kitchen/pots/coffee maker, etc.). There are free parking near the property. Super satisfied!

Domenico was immediately very kind and helpful, giving us directions on any information we needed. We took a hike to the Tremiti Islands under total advice from the host who was able to advise us right away how to get around. Perfect house matching the description, located in a characteristic central neighborhood, full of any service at any time. Highly recommended!

Lidia's apartment is large and is wonderfully located a few steps away from the sea. Everything is available in terms of equipment. You can use both a terrace for yourself in front of the house or stay in the communal garden behind the house by the sea. But the very best part of our stay is that we met Lidia and her dog Judy. Lidia is such a heartfelt, generous and warm-hearted woman, which has beautified our stay. She helped us with numerous tips on great regional specialties and also supported and translated information in everyday life. In addition, she was very generous with various regional delicacies. Judy is a very sweet dog and is a good time, so we felt very safe. It was wonderful to get to know life on site and the people there, but at the same time you also have your privacy and can retreat at any time. We had a great time, thank you Lidia!

This is the type of house you always dream about staying in. Right next to the sea and great views over the bay and Marina di Vasto. The old town is a less than 30 minute (brisk uphill) walk from on the house, but Marina di Vasto itself already offers a host of bars and restaurants. Francesca went above and beyond anything to make sure our stay was as perfect as could be. We loved the house and the garden. Great spot to start exploring some of the great things Abruzzo has to offer! Absolutely loved our stay and cannot compliment Francesca enough for her help and responsiveness. Thank you!

Home in the center of the village, clean and hospitable. Very comfortable bed, mosquito nets and very spacious bathroom. I don't think it's in Mafalda.
