Rosenard and Colette are very friendly hosts and welcoming and also very responsive. my month-long stay with my sister went well. we'll be back.

Roger and Pauline are hosts like we find a lot more. An exemplary kindness, responsive , the utmost care of their tenants. the beautiful 10/10 home matches the photos well. Very clean 2 bathrooms when there are 4 of us, it's great , we don't mind. there's nothing missing to have a good vacation. Don't hesitate, go there without a second thought.

Very nice surprise, on the location of the house. The latter is located in a green space, beautiful facing the sea. Very pleasant, quiet and relaxing place. The house is very well equipped ( double refrigerator, stove, microwave oven, coffee machine... ). Beautiful amenities such as very comfortable bedding, quiet air conditioning... A nice pool!!!l And a shed, for the washing machine. As for the hospitality, at the best!!! Girardot and his wife Linda, friendly and available.

The place is absolutely beautiful, set in the heart of all the area's must-see attractions. Syndra, the host, is very kind and gave us great tips for discovering the surroundings. The space was not only very clean and well decorated, but also spacious and comfortable. The pool and the outside were just as splendid, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. It's a great place to stay. Thank you again so much for your hospitality and valuable advice! A practical tip: there are several streets named ''Perrinon'' in the area. The one of Airbnb is located in the municipality of St-Pierre, near the 'Grantomobil', and not in Prêcheur or Case-Pilote.

Olivier's villa was suitable for our family of 11 (including 5 children). The stay in this apartment was enjoyable. The accommodation is well equipped and the view from the terrace is wonderful! The location is very high but close to restaurants and a grocery store.

Welcoming and friendly hosts. The bottom of the villa is identical to the photos but the outside is much more beautiful in real life. Privacy is preserved and hosts discreet. Nothing is missing in the listing and there is everything in layout. Note that the A/C which is in the rooms is available from 7pm to 7am and cuts off for the day and there is no parking space in the property, the car is to be left in front of the house along the outside wall. The accommodation is very clean and the outside is extremely well maintained. You can go there without a second thought.

Marie-Laure was so welcoming and kind, greeting us with the most delicious home-made mango juice upon our arrival. She was flexible with check-in and check-out times, and helped us when we needed recommendations. The view is spectacular, and the pool is lovely. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone who comes to Martinique.

Exceptional both for the quality of the apartment, its equipment (extraordinarily well-equipped kitchen, coffee maker and espresso, toaster, kettle, blender, dishwasher, etc... ) and by the kindness of our hosts. Marco is an outstanding cook and upon arrival, a cooked dish awaited us, not to mention the culinary touches during our fairly short stay (5 nights), Jean Marc always has a nice note. The apartment is modern, healthy (no humidity) , beautiful TV in the living room and bedroom, large bathroom with walk-in shower and washing machine, spacious bedroom, excellent bedding, large terrace, car parked in front of the apartment entrance... 10 km from the small towns of Trinité or Sainte Marie, supermarkets, St James rumerie, beaches, in short at the top! And on top of that, it's nice and not suffocating like the seaside We recommend 100% staying there, we're just sorry we didn't stay any longer.

Beautiful week in this beautifully renovated and decorated home. Hot tub is a plus. The property is well placed geographically. Jean-Christophe is always available. I highly recommend our host.

Very nice stay we had at Gilbert's! The studio and location are perfect, 5 minutes from surf breaks. Gilbert is a proactive host who gives lots of tips for great getaways! It makes you want to go back!

Very good stay in a still quiet residence at this time of year. The accommodation is spotless and Marie Sophie was extremely flexible on check-in and check-out times. The location of the apartment is ideal , at the end of the residence, on the third floor and with a magnificent sea view. We'll most certainly be back for another weekend!

Location at a good distance from everything to discover the whole of Martinique, very well located in the Marin, beautiful residence very well maintained and flowered, very well equipped (even an ice cream for picnics),a great welcome, 2 parking spaces, a quiet place and a view of the marina. Very nice welcome, very clean apartment. Everything is in the detail (mosquito net on the bed, bed linen and spare towel, snowshoe and mosquito product, internet, basic product) All these little touches allowed us to have a quiet stay without running the shops. A real little piece of paradise. The terrace allows you to fully enjoy the magnificent view of the Diamond. The apartment is perfectly clean and functional. The residence is equipped with a magnificent swimming pool with sea views. The restaurant is very good. the host is very responsive and attentive to our well-being
