Loft holiday rentals in Les Lilas

Very nice and central location. Definitely would stay again.

We three (my husband, my 7yrs old boy and myself) have enjoyed our stay in the apartment for 7 nights. All went on very well. Its location is great, metro station is at doorstep, many restaurants are nearby, including very original delicious Chinese restaurants. It’s spacious, bright and tranquil. Above all, the host Matthieu is extremely kind, polite, helpful and responsive. We will definitely stay there again next time when we visit Paris. Highly recommended from our bottom of heart.

We had a wonderful stay. The studio flat is in a great location- a quiet street and you walk a few minutes and you’ve got everything on your doorstep. Fantastic bakery, supermarket and great restaurants. the proximity to the canal makes it a very special neighbourhood. The flat is very cozy and decorated with thoughtful vintage furniture. Silvain was always reachable and the most wonderful host. He made sure we had the best stay. We can highly recommend this place. Merci beaucoup ✨

Our little group had a lovely stay at the loft. Easily accessible, private location with great proximity to great restaurants and the metro. Canal St. Martin is idyllic and very walkable. The loft is charming and has great amenities. The floors do creak as some of the other reviews state but for an older building with this much character that is to be expected and wasn’t bothersome for our group. Some of the rooms are smaller than we expected so that is something to note although it didn’t affect our stay. We had a very lovely time and would absolutely rent the space again.

Catherine’s flat was perfect for our stay- roomy, central to so many places, close to the metro, wonderful restaurants and markets right down the street. Catherine was incredibly generous and friendly; she was very responsive during the booking process all the way through check out. Can’t say enough about our stay at her apartment- highly recommend!

We are a multi-generational family of nine, ranging in age from five to eighty-one. All seven adults and two children had a wonderful stay. Emmanuel was very helpful as we planned our trip, giving us information about places to eat that would take a large group, and providing an extra bed in one room (so 5 year old could sleep in with her parents). Everything one might need to make meals was available in the kitchen. The living area is spacious and the dining table was big enough for all of us. This Airbnb is located in a very residential neighborhood, but close to shops, cafes, two metro lines. We walked to Eiffel Tower and Rue Cler. For us the location and the accommodation were ideal. We would chose this place to stay again.

We lived staying at Claudia's flat. It was a great base to explore Paris from, being on just a metro ride away from all the central areas. Claudia was a great host, providing clear instructions on check in, house instructions and local area recommendations. There are many shops, bars and restaurants in all directions from the flat. The flat is really well prepared with all the basics you'd need - charging ports and travel adaptors, kitchen utensils and pans, combi microwave and hob (really helpful as we cooked from home a few times) and toiletries.

Had an absolutely wonderful stay! Great location and such a lovely place! We definitely would love to stay there again on our next trip. Incredibly helpful host. Couldn’t fault a single thing. Highly recommend!!

We spent an amazing 3 weeks in Paris, in large part because we stayed in Richard's apartment. Prior to our arrival any time I emailed him, he immediately responded, even with a 6 hour time difference! The apartment was actually better than I expected. It was perfect. Unlike another reviewer, we were easily able to take back to back showers with very hot water! The location was amazing, a one minute walk to a major Metro station. The neighborhood borders on Le Marais, which quickly became our favorite area in Paris. There are countless charming restaurants that we could easily and safely walk to at night. Don't hesitate to book this wonderful two bedroom apartment.

Emma’s place is in an excellent and is ideal base for exploring Paris. We stayed as a family of 5 with 3 teenage boys. We all had enough space to rest after our full days walking the streets and visiting the sites of Paris. All of the major attractions are within walking distance and if needed the metro station is close by, of which has a direct line to the airport. Highly recommend Emma’s place for a larger group wishing to be in the middle of everything.

Christophe and Caroline were fantastic - unfortunately we had numerous issues with our arrival flights to Paris and they were available, flexible, understanding and welcoming, beyond expectations! We had organized a meeting between sisters, after a long time away and the house so bright, cozy and full of personality was an element of our days. Kitchen is well-equipped, with every possible tool or appliance you may need. Finally, not a fringe element, it is absolutely quiet, at all hours of day or night. It is a fantastic home, I highly recommend it!

This place is lovely! The hosts are incredibly thoughtful and responsive. I would tell anyone to stay here with full confidence that their expectations will be exceeded. The location is superb and easily navigable.

Leia and Yohan were great hosts! The loft is located in a fantastic area, very accessible to the metro and close to a lot of nice spots. They were super responsive whenever needed throughout our stay and they made our visit to Paris very comfortable! This was the perfect spot for 2 of us.

Sindel was an amazing host and the loft was perfect. She has thought of everything and was so welcoming upon check in. Her communication with me prior to our trip was so helpful. She checked in with us during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. The house is comfortable and clean, we were a family of 5 and there was plenty of space for us. Location is very close to metro with a lot of restaurants and bakeries in the neighborhood. One of our most favorite Air Bnb’s.

this is the second time I've been to Denis's place, I was not disappointed: it's as good as the first time. easy to access, both by car and by public transport, and we are very well received!

Sylvie and her husband were great hosts. The house is close to all the attractions of Paris (on the metro line 1) and also in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Sylvie has sent a video for me so as I could easily enter the house and use all the facities in the house. It was very gentile. I really felt I was home. Although it was very cold in Paris, I wandered in the streets and returned back to my room which was warm and I enjoyed every moment.

Very clean and spacious place. The shared spaces were pristine and quiet and the room was cozy.

I'm in Argenteuil for several weeks for work. The proposed room is very good. In addition, Dalila is very nice, I thank her for her hospitality. I recommend her place, so much so that I continue my stay at her home!
