Holiday rentals with beach access in Lerici

We had a lovely week in viareggio the apartment is lovely and in a great location, the host is very helpful and friendly.

Fantastic location for all the things we were looking for in a holiday, the Beach is a Stones through away, Railway Station within walking distance. Would highly recommend this Gem of an Apartment as a base for discovery.

Luigi's apartment is located in the new part of Monterosso, just minutes from the beach, a 10-minute walk from the station and a 15-minute walk from the old town. It is located in an apartment building surrounded by greenery, very quiet, with an entrance and private parking. Luigi welcomed us in person and provided us with useful information for our stay. If we return to the Cinque Terre, we will definitely book it again.

Best location. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again if possible. Easy check-in process. Clean apartment. Highly recommended.

Rosanna and Salvatore are the perfect hosts to a charming and unique apartment with the most spectacular views in Riomaggiore. You will be greeted with such kindness and warmth. They provided us with a lot of information and helped us with our luggage which was very appreciated as there are steps but it was helpful that there are handrails. You have everything you need here. It is so tastefully decorated and really a once in a lifetime experience. The patio views are amazing. It is more than a place to stay.. it is an experience that you will savor in years to come. Thankyou to our hosts for providing this memory.

Perfect location for exploring Cinque Terre. Short but stunning walk to train station. The stairs are quite steep, but our children were comfortable descending by the 2nd day. Also, we were concerned the train would be loud, but the high quality patio doors block nearly all the noise.

The apartment is very spacious and well located. I want to mention that given its location close to the main street it is quite noisy especially in the summer when we have to leave the windows open. But otherwise 5 min to everything. And the hosts were accommodating

Everything is as described. Main strengths location (beachfront) and well arranged spaces. A relaxing stay also thanks to the outdoor spaces of the house. Lauro and staff are always available and conciliatory. The beautiful garden can attract mosquitoes if the heat becomes persistent (in that case the availability of mosquito nets would be a plus)

Manuela was wonderful, meeting us at the train station for the easy walk to the apartment. The place itself was well appointed and convenient to the town, we couldn't have asked for more.

The apartment was very nice and well equipped for a comfortable stay. It gave the feeling of a house and you feel like staying as someone's guest. The host was very helpful and responsive. We had a smooth check-in and stay. The kitchen, apartment and the washrooms had everything that you may need during the stay. Especially fully equipped kitchen made our lives very easy. The apartment is close to grocery stores and the beach. There is parking available in from of the house. I did not understand the presence of so many bells in the apartment 🙂. Overall it was a great experience apart from the fact that there were a lot of decorative pieces so we had to be careful not to mix or lose our stuff in it 🙂. I would definitely recommend it and would book it again if we visited the area again.

Our stay at Teresa’s place was exceptional. The apartment is in a great location for walking to the beach, to shops, to restaurants, and parks, etc. Parking on the premises is a great boon. Also it is an ideal base for exploring Tuscany. The apartment is large, bright and well maintained. We felt very much at home here. Teresa and her husband are delightful, helpful, friendly and responsive hosts. We recommend this Airbnb most highly and hope to return.

We enjoyed our stay, the house was beautiful, garden amazing and views even better than the photos. Gloria gave us a warm welcome and showed us everything we needed to know. A car is essential. The local restaurant owner was very friendly and we enjoyed a few meals there, very convenient, only 5 mins walk! The area is lovely, so much to explore. Thank you for letting us stay.

The cottages and even better than the pictures , new. It is spacious in a beautiful village on the heights of Levanto, 10min by car from the train station to visit the 5 lands. It's the perfect place to stay. Regarding the hosts, they are exceptional...and that's not to say! Responsive and attentive to our well-being. An unusual sympathy Alberto goes beyond a lot of tourism professionals. You can rent a cottage as much for the cottage as for its hosts Thanks for everything Gazielle and Alberto

Perfect, Nikel accommodation and very friendly host. Slightly noisy after 8am and before 10pm because the room is close to the street and under another accommodation. But no problem if you come to visit the 5 lands in the morning.

Lola as a host was superb. My wife had a great time and Lola's support during our really superb stay. Kindness, availability and seriousness distinguish it. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay at Portovenere very much. Sarah was a responsive host and answered any questions we had. The views from the balcony were really impressive and on a sunny day it was hard to leave. The apartment was not far from the shops and restaurants in the main part of town making it a snap to get out and walk to attractions.

Perfect welcome extremely clean and pleasant accommodation with a view of the sunrise and very responsive and accommodating host the only negative is the access only on foot not easy when you are loaded but the alleys are very pleasant to walk to park there is an easy access and secure paid parking there are free places but not always free we had a pleasant stay Thank you very much in Alessia for this accommodation

We had a lovely time and really enjoyed the view! Christine had everything prepared for us—towels for the beach and lots of instructions and recommendations in an easy to understand notebook. She also was super accommodating helping us get our bags watched after checkout. Wish we had stayed longer!

Thank you very much Super Luigi😉!! We just had a great stay in Viareggio with my wife and our 2 children. And the apartment offered by Gianmarco is a big part of it!! The property is clean and very functional, spacious enough for 4 people! An exceptional location! A few meters from the main boardwalk that runs along the beautiful beaches of Viareggio and its bagnos by ten. Exceptional restaurants like the "Pivot bistro di mare" or "l 'Amaro" are just a few meters away! And what about the communication from Gianmarco who was very good advice and who was always able to make himself available according to our needs! This is a lovely spot for exploring the towns of Cinque Terre. Ilenia was an exceptional host offering us great information and recommendations. The space is small but cozy. The stone wall gives it so much character. Super comfortable bed. Totally walkable to everything the town offers. One thing to note is that the stairway leading up to the space is very steep but I think that is to be expected in this area. One other small thing -there were not many amenities provided like other other Airbnbs but we didn't mind. If you forget anything, there is a store within a 2min walk.

This place was beyond our expectations. The location couldn’t have been more perfect in this little town by the sea. You are so close to everything. The place was exactly as described. It is small but very charming. The patio is where we spent most of our time overlooking the harbor…it is so peaceful and beautiful. Our host was so responsive to our every question and helpful with suggestions on activities and restaurants. Even helped us with certain hikes to take. You won’t be disappointed staying here. I hope to be able to come back someday soon.

Our family had a wonderful stay - the location is amazing - very close to the train station, restaurants and right on the beach. Communication was very proactive and we appreciated the walk through of the property on arrival. There is definitely a “retro” feel to the apartment, but it didn’t detract from the experience. Overall it was a great home base to explore the area.

Charming apartment with a sea view. Everything is clean and as described. Paola and her husband greeted us when we arrived and were very responsive when we asked them questions. The garage is a plus. The city center is 5min walk and the train station that serves the 5 lands, or Genoa, Portofino 15min walk. Great, I recommend it!!!
