The place was exactly as described. A beautiful little place directly on the ocean with unobstructed views. The apartment was nice and modern. Great spot to get away and enjoy the surf.

I am more than satisfied... after making several countries and accommodations, I am delighted to end my vacation in this haven of peace. While not far from the city, I was able to recharge my batteries by walking on a sublime beach and feeling safe. What can I say about the host except that he is very attentive and kind. Everything is great and I highly recommend it ...

I've been going to the Bananoz several times, and it's still perfect — the place meets my expectations every time a little more. Peaceful, like at home, by the sea and right next to the surf spot. The accommodation is slightly away from the “center”, which guarantees calm and serenity, while remaining at a good distance from restaurants and bars. Small tienda close by for small errands and vans pass regularly to sell fruits and vegetables. The accommodation is always spotless, maintained by the neighboring local family. Communication with Camille, the owner, is fast and efficient. It's become my second home — I'll come back to where it all started, over and over again. I recommend it 100%!

My husband, our friends and our kids stayed at Jared and Jenn's for 3 days. The property is amazing, with a path right from the back door to the beach and beautiful tide pools up and down the beach that are great for kids, it was much safer than other open ocean areas. It was very clean when we checked in, Fran is amazing and so kind. Emir was great and found fresh fish for us in the village each day. Wifi was good and air conditioners were well maintained and cold.You will need a high clearance vehicle like a truck or SUV to get back to the house, it's an undeveloped road but it wasn't any issue with our truck and it's only 1km. You walk from the house along the beach to the center of El Transito in about 30-40 minutes. After being in El Transito one night, I see why the road is like that, it keeps the beach where the house is super clean, quiet, and uncrowded. You can't hear the music from town, just waves and birds during the day. We'll be back, such a special spot!!

Had an amazing time at Adam's place and playa Tesoro! Very beautiful, and you'll basically have the beach entirely to yourself (or just a handful of others). Please was exactly as described, but note that there are not many restaurants/stores nearby the vincinity. We took food to cook ourselves, the house had all the amenenities we needed, and our own drinks/ice and we did just fine. Highly recommend coming with a vehicle that has 4x4 capabilities, especially during the rainy seaon. Long story short, would come back again!

The location was beautiful, the rooms were perfect for my extended family's stay with each room having its own independent bathroom. My sister in law said the kitchen was a favorite and everyone loved the view from the raised elevation. If you want to visit the beach you will need to go down a flight of steps, there you will find some very unique and amazing rock formations that our children loved to play in. The only challenge we had was finding the location as Google Maps for some reason wanted to to send us down a road that did not exist...The road that you will need to take to enter the beach community has an "aguja" or gate that has a watchman that will open it when you near.

Pauls place was great and the caretaker and chef were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. :)
