My friends and I had the pleasure of staying here last weekend. It was 6 couples so a total of 12 people. The house was extremely spacious and very clean. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to feel like home. The pool and hot tub was wonderful! We had a great time!

Enjoyed our stay. Home is beautiful- clean and spacious. Look forward to a return in the warmer months where we can enjoy all the outdoor features.

It is so peaceful and quiet. It rained pretty much two whole day but we enjoyed sitting in pavilion. It has such a Beautiful surroundings. I would definitely like to go back there.

Modern and comfortable home. Extremely comfortable beds. Very clean all around and exceptionally stocked kitchen. We hope to stay here again next time we’re in the area.

Spacious home with lots of character and charm. Huge and fully-stocked kitchen was a plus for us as we cooked most nights during our stay. Roku make it easy to log into our streaming accounts for entertainment. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean and modern. Check-in and check-out instructions were clear and easy to follow. We recommend Connie’s place for anyone wanting a convenient location with a lot of space. Thanks Connie for a great stay!

Michael was a great host and excellent communicator. He was able to help us out when our trip was in jeopardy of falling apart. The space is huge and very unique. The location is amazing !

We had a great stay! Jennifer is a wonderful host and provided great communication and instructions for check-in. The house is very comfortable and clean and had all the amenities for our few nights stay while visiting family in the area. Although we didn't need to cook the kitchen is well stocked with all the stuff one would need to make a meal. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. We'd definitely like to stay the next time we're in the area!

Excellent accommodation for our family to gather and celebrate a milestone birthday. We especially appreciated the large kitchen and expansive island that made it possible to enjoy several nice home cooked meals. Very grateful that the house stayed cozy warm despite the bitter cold weather. Great location within walking distance of cafes and coffee shops.

House was perfect for our quick two night weekend trip to watch the football game. Ubers were readily available in<3 minutes. The bed quilts had few stains. The overall house was very clean. And the backyard was just how it was described. Too bad it was to cold to enjoy relaxing next to the beautiful river.

We stayed at Sarah’s place with four people to get to know State College, and it was a fantastic experience! The check-in process was very easy, and we received all the necessary information well in advance. Sarah was always available to answer any questions, although most details were already clarified before our arrival. The accommodation was very well-equipped and spotlessly clean. The kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed. We would highly recommend this place to anyone and would happily stay here again!

Great place very clean!! Daniel always answered our calls and met our needs!! Three sets of washer/dryers, 2 dishwashers , 2 ovens, pool table, fire pit, ping pong, foosball, baggo, huge TV, and a slide in the house for the kiddos were all amazing and so appreciated!! I highly recommend!! You won’t regret it!!

Great location, nice and private. It was clean and tidy and the home is well stocked with anything you might need. The owner is very responsive. 12 of us were very comfortable there, we would definitely use again!

Great quiet location, comfortable and clean, and loved all the little things that made it easy (coffee with set ups, snacks, toiletries, and drinks). Location was perfect for a football weekend, close but not too far off campus.
