Beautiful apartment on the outskirts of the city center of Alkmaar. Ideal: the shops and restaurants are a 2-minute walk away. The apartment itself is in a quiet place, you sometimes hear passers-by or the church bells, that's it 😃 We found the apartment more spacious than expected. And there was underfloor heating, very nice ☺️

Casper is a wonderful and responsive host who has a beautiful place right in the centre of Amsterdam! Showers and beds were the best in any house boat we have stayed on and it was a very special view to watch all the fireworks from on New Years! Beautiful quiet apartment directly on the lake. Very well-equipped and close to the city of Leeuwarden. Nynke was easily accessible at all times. She was very nice and helpful with information and tips. We enjoyed staying there. Petra

My partner and I spent Christmas in Haarlem and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Hans was easy to communicate with in the lead up to check in and throughout our stay. The house is gezellig! Location was perfect and we loved using the bikes provided to ride into the old centre. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone interested.

We were warmly welcomed by the hosts in the really very charming and cozy house, so you can immediately feel at home. The location is also quiet and beautiful, with direct views of the canal. Now, at the beginning of February, it was already magical to look at and is guaranteed to offer a lot of beauty for nature lovers even in the other seasons. We will be happy to come back and maybe we can explore the area in canoes from the water.

The house in Aalsmeer was very cozy and largely met our expectations. The location is nice, and the place was clean and well appointed. The hostess was friendly and helpful. A small drawback was the heating, which didn't always work optimally, and the internet could be more stable. Nevertheless, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend the place overall. Thank you for the hospitality!

Very nice and well-kept house with everything you need. You feel right at home upon arrival. The location is fantastically quiet and located on the water. Looking at the water with the first coffee in the morning was soooo great. Very nice contact with Wouter, always quick response. I'd love to come back anytime.

An idyllically located house with fantastic lake views – perfect for our city trip to Amsterdam, The Hague and Rotterdam. The location is ideal (almost in the middle of the three cities), communication with Jorrit reliable, friendly, fast - and self-check-in went smoothly. Highly recommended for a city trip!

We were on site over New Year's Eve and were totally happy with the location and quiet surroundings. The house is well equipped and we felt right at home. With the cold temperatures, the oven has a pleasant atmosphere. We can highly recommend the house.

Excellent property that was accurately described. My family loved the peaceful atmosphere. The market, bakery, and excellent restaurants were easy walking distance. Wendy Jane was very responsive to all my questions. Only thing of note is ensuring you have transportation figured out. Relying on Uber can get expensive vs renting a car.

We had a wonderful holiday. The cottage is above average well equipped with everything you need and very comfortably furnished! You're right at home! The contact with Renske was super nice and reliable fast. You can only recommend the house!!!

This property is a real gem, and beautifully managed by Morningstar. Great location if you want to be right in a very energetic and historic neighborhood, lots of charm, and a super nice and responsive host. We had only one real problem— the pullout couch upstairs is not very comfortable. It would be fine for kids, but we had to solve the problem by taking the mattress pad off and sleeping on the floor. Not ideal. Another small issue is that the dryer doesn’t really work as it’s a washer/dryer-in-one machine, but I was SO happy to be able to wash and hang our clothes that it really made no difference. The host provides all the amenities you need— laundry soap, Nespresso coffee pods, tea, lots of towels for the bath. There’s even a beautiful, well-functioning bathtub. Thank you Owen for making our stay in Amsterdam so enjoyable.

Maxime's apartment is very nice and equipped, in line with the photos and very comfortable. Maxime was very helpful and gave us a lot of information on how to get to Amsterdam and what to do. The house is in a very nice location, definitely beautiful in the summer. We stayed at New Year's Eve and it was perfect as a foothold and then visit Amsterdam.l, easily reachable by car in less than 30 minutes. Highly recommended.

Beautiful stay in Yvonne's wonderful apartment. The accommodation is very convenient and extremely clean! We couldn't meet Yvonne but the communication was great. We recommend it without hesitating!

We loved the fact that there were bikes at our disposal, and also a canoe. Helen brought us a coffee upon our arrival. It was nice to be in an area away from all the tourists.
