In the middle of vibrant Leipzig-Plagwitz, a historic workshop was expanded into an airy loft by the end of 2021. This shines with generosity, very high ceilings and industrial charm. Good and Cheap

A fine, very clean, quiet and close to the center apartment(3 stops to the center and 5 to the train station). Ideal for 1 or 2 people, but also fits the 3rd elevator. Coffee. Various teas. Salt, pepper, chili powder and sunflower oil available. Sheets and towels also 2 City bicycles are available for rent zV. 1 bike 6€/day. 2 bikes €10/day. It is best to let us know when booking if there is interest in bicycles.

The entire 55m2 two-room apartment is located in a quiet side street between the town hall and the university hospital. The apartment is located on the ground floor on the back of the house and is very quiet. The balcony is also on the quiet back and gets sun all day. In addition, two bicycles can be used free of charge. :)
