Quiet Town centre room, close to university

The room is ideally situated 5 minutes walk through Queen’s Park from Loughborough town centre. And 10 minutes from the university campus. It’s a family home but everyone is out a lot of the time. You have access to a shared kitchen and bathroom, there are other guests staying in the house too such as lecturers and parents of students but be assured only guests with a good track record are allowed to book and you can lock the room from the inside.
