Loved this spot! Walking distance to great restaurants, groceries, coffee shops and parks. The hot tub was such a great bonus. Structure is well built and insulated. I thought the street would be noisy as the primary bedroom over looks a main road, but no so, at least not for me. Really nice appliances and amenities. Hosts were great. The sauna seems like it doesn't work very well and the instructions provided by the host were hard to read/see. I couldn't get it hotter than 60-70 degrees, but maybe I was doing it wrong. It didn't matter to me b/c the hot tub was so lovely. Highly recommended for a stay close to downtown!!!

Great place! This was our second stay here. The home has everything you need for a great stay in Park City. Close to the restaurants and shops on Main Street, and close to a bus stop to Deer Valley. We’ll be back!

This place was perfect for our Park City Christmas! Exactly as described. A short walk to the hot tub and had everything we needed. Host was incredibly responsive which made the trip that much more relaxing. We would stay here again and again. It was cozy, clean and felt like home. Thank you!!!

Cameron is amazing and was incredibly helpful, kind and accommodating. His home was clean and comfortable. We felt very safe. The home was spacious and the views are fabulous. Close to so many fun things. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about our experience. We will absolutely be staying there again! The location is perfect.

This was a wonderful place! Easy walk to public buses, parking for our car in a garage and a clean, nicely kept place with plenty of bathrooms. I'd recommend it!

Krissy was an exceptional host from start to finish, offering thoughtful recommendations for local activities and making sure we had everything we needed. This was the first Airbnb where I truly felt at home. Normally, staying in a new place can make me feel uneasy, but not here—it was so welcoming and comfortable. The home was beautifully stocked with everything we could possibly need, and as our stay came to an end, we were genuinely sad to leave. We’ll definitely check for availability here first the next time we visit.

The stay was great. Clean apartment, large space. The only thing is that we didn’t find any hangers during our stay. But I think it’s fine.

Comfortable and enjoyed our stay. Had blinds that blocked out the sun which were great. Not used to using the Nest though. The temperature would drop in the middle of the night and some of us would wake up 🥶 cccold....and have to readjust the thermostat. But thank you for such a beautiful home.

This townhouse is very cute. My parents really enjoyed staying here as it is super close to my house. Michelle was flexible and let me book the place for my family. She was very responsive and communicated very well. I will definitely book again!

Talking with Kim and Diego was fun and lighthearted. It was easy to get to everywhere we wanted to go. To be able to park in their spacious garage and not worry about having to park on the street or in a parking lot reduced our [or my, it was my car :) } stress big time. Each bedroom having its own bathroom made getting ready in the morning a breeze. The coffee shop next door has a pumpkin cinnamon roll that is beyond delicious. The shop has lots to choose from, but with a well stocked kitchen it was easy to eat in. My friend and I have been going to SLC for about 35 years and this was the easiest and most peaceful trip yet. We are hoping to be able to book this place again next year for our annual trip. Thanks Kim and Diego for offering such a great place.

Great spot in a new development zone with lots of condos and a walkable open air 'mall' with lots of shops and restaurants. It was ~5min walk to free bus up the valley to other cool spots. A bit of road noise at times but no big deal. Would recommend for sure. Good value versus further up the valley ($$$)

Looking for a spot close to Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons, Shelly's place was a great base for our ski v vacation. Everything was functional and it was super being able to wash our ski clothes every night. We only used two of the three bedrooms, and it was nice that they were upstairs (and not in a basement) which gave them a warmer feeling. We cooked every night and it was nice having a few staples (oil, flour, foil, spices) stocked in the kitchen for our use. We would definitely stay here again if we are lucky enough to find it available.

Rachel was very accommodating when we had to travel with our 6 week old for a dr appointment. She provided us with a Snoo for our baby to sleep and she had 2 very restful nights, and we did too! The main bedroom was very comfortable, and the kitchen had all the amenities we needed (other than coffee, but there is an Einstein bros coffee and bagel right down the road that we went to). We enjoyed our stay and would 10/10 stay again!

Super great, comfortable town home in the center of the city. Spacious and well appointed and a very helpful and responsive host couple in Leslie and Alex. Hope to stay there again soon!

Our stay at Michael's place was awesome! The location was perfect for a commute to Salt Lake, while being able to enjoy the mountains after work. The house was well stocked and the hosts were very responsive to minor questions. Would stay again

Our family is from Southern California. We were looking forward to our annual ski/snowboarding trip. This 3 bedroom townhome had everything we asked for and is exactly how it described and photoed. Rich and Kathy had most of the essentials like, cooking oil, seasoning, coffee, and even sandwich bags. You basically just had to show up! When we arrived, the left garage key pad to get in was missing. However, we contacted the host, and the host quickly provided instruction on how to meditate and help us navigate to get access to the property. When we were outside by the front walking path, we met some of the friendly neighbors with dogs. Our small dogs met their dogs. The next door neighbor gave us tips on where we can go sledding. If we were ever to return to Park City, we would definitely consider staying at Rich’s place. Thank you for being a wonderful host:)

Cute and spacious place extremely convenient to the train!

The central location and easy access to highway for heading to various ski areas was fantastic. Also loved being so close to everything in Sugar House area. Place was very clean and comfortable. Especially loved the fireplace and nice bathtub. Would definitely stay again.

Great place to explore Salt Lake City and the surrounding areas. Minutes to downtown…less than 30 minutes to Park City in good weather and traffic. Very comfortable and well appointed. My wife is inspired to re-do the interior of our house after staying there. Having a garage for off street parking and security was great. Kitchen had everything we needed to make meals while we were there. There is street noise at night which is going to happen in the city. Wasn’t an issue for us. We would love to stay there again when visiting SLC.

Emily graciously hosted us last minute as we had an airbnb in Los Angeles cancel due to the fires. We were stuck! Emily took us in and we are so grateful. The place met our needs perfectly. We snowboarded a couple days at snowbird, the place was warm and cozy and had comfortable living areas and furniture. I hesitate to criticize, as we were hard up for any place. The inside of the fridge was unclean and there were stains on some furnishings. The place also smelled a lot like cleaning chemicals when we arrived. The home is close to Salt Lake City, but there is really nothing in the immediate vicinity. Not that that was why we were here, but notable. Thank you again Emily!

We were in town for a ski trip, and the location of this property to the Cottonwood Canyons could not have been more convenient. The property was exactly as described in the listing and was spotlessly clean and in a quiet neighborhood. The host was very responsive when we had questions. One thing I appreciated was that there was no cleaning checklist—the cleaning fee paid on booking covered all of that, which is rather unusual. The kitchen had all basic necessities, and the appliances were new and in great condition. The only suggestion I have is that it would be nice to have some additional comfy seating in the den. The unit can sleep 4-6 people, but seating in the den isn’t set up to accommodate that many people (we only had three). We would absolutely stay here again and thought it was a fantastic place with a great host!!
