Gorgeous view. 3 of the 4 rooms are en suites. Easy, quick path to the beach and Royalton Resort which is very accommodating. Cosmos (host) is kind, honest and responsive. Under five minutes to completely adequate groceries. Spinnaker’s beach/bar is also very close with typical Caribbean beach eats. Look for Donny in the parking lot, he’ll take good care of you. Beware; his rum punch is potent and delicious. Cosmos’s place is clean, his staff responsive. Lots of stairs, especially to top unit, so be aware. Some of the stairs lack handrails which are important for some. Overall, none of my gripes are dealbreakers, in my opinion. The place is fantastic!

For us this was our first experience with Airbnb, we are delighted to have been lucky enough to have hosts like Ingrid and Jérôme. Everything was perfect , the little touches provided in the accommodation to welcome us touched us. Impeccable hygiene, conveniently located place. Thank you for helping make sure it had a great family vacation. I would recommend this place without hesitation. We would be close to booking a stay again without a second thought .

The apartment is tidy, clean, and very comfortable, with a great balcony to chill and relax and air conditioning in both bedrooms. The hosts are very responsive, helpful, and provide clear instructions. The accommodation is in a pleasant and well-maintained property with well-maintained gardens and a very nice pool area. A great sand beach is just a few minutes away by foot. Many restaurants and supermarkets for grocery shopping are also within a very short walking distance. The only (temporary) downside is the ongoing large-scale construction of a hotel next door which, at the time of our visit, was a very noisy site with heavy machinery rumbling and beeping from early morning till late evening, even during the weekend. Bear that in mind if you book this season (2025) and plan on spending most of the time in place, but have low tolerance for noise pollution throughout the day.

We had a great time at Henri's place. He is an incredibly kind host. Attentive, attentive and rich in good places Henri is a lover of his island and will be able to advise you according to your desires. The setting is beautiful, I'm already nostalgic for the sunrise facing the pool. Thank you for the welcome we will be happy to come back! Laurent, Ina and Sarah

The cottage was perfect for a quiet stay. The decor was relaxing, the bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped with everything you need. Dickenson beach was a 5 minute drive and there are plenty of restaurants nearby along with pharmacies and markets. I would definitely recommend staying here. The next time I’m in Antigua, Kristy’s place will be first on my list.

Beautiful scenery and villa. Minimalist, island vibes. Modest kitchen but met our needs. Our villa was right next to the pool, mostly had it to ourselves. There were bugs at times in the villa (cockroaches are prevalent on the island) but bug killer provided. Coffee maker, coffee filters provided. There is not a blender and you’ll need to plan to buy water to make ice cubes. The staff were phenomenal. Take time to get to know them as they can provide a lot of insider info on where to go while you are visiting. Tips go a long way with locals wherever you go. Plan to pay the Oasis office on site for the use of the ferry-20 usd pp. The ferry to Doolittles restaurant at the bottom of the hill says free ferry but it’s a deal they have with Doolittles. Over all we had a fantastic stay , and hope to come back again soon !

The house is very spacious with stunning views. It was a pleasure to wake up each day with the views from this house! There are 2 “master” suites that are a mirror copy of each other, perfect for 2 couples. We had 4 children (3 teens) with us, 2 were downstairs in another spacious suite that turned into cards and game room for them each night. A friendly cat lives outside at the house which greeted us everyday. The large Outdoor table under covered porch was perfect for communal meals, protected from the daily tropical rain showers. Water pressure at the house for after beach showers can be an issue but you have to embrace it once you realize its source is rainwater collection. Two in our party went fishing and Carlos helped us to get fish prepared to bbq for dinner on our last night. Pool was perfect for a day at home. Swimmable Beaches are far- snorkeling at Ti Kaye and Anse Chastenet was impressive (just try avoid the charter boats) . Marigot bay dining options are $ with slow food.

It was a great time at Béatrice's! The area is very quiet to spend sweet evenings after beautiful days of discovery! The sunsets are exceptional! The house is very functional and very nice! We strongly recommend!
