Unique cottage in a beautiful, tranquil setting. Everything was in top condition. Cozily furnished and a good atmosphere. Wonderful beds. Beautiful, large garden. Pleasant contact with Nora.

Very good contact with the hosts before our vacation, there were no more questions left for the vacation and the contact during the vacation was not necessary. The house is on the edge of a holiday park. Really very quiet with a view of the countryside. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need. The rest of the house is also very well equipped and tastefully decorated The pictures and description of the cottage as well as the garden correspond to reality. We only felt the staircase to the upper floor was quite steep. Upon arrival, there was a bottle of red wine for us as a warm welcome. Thank you Ruud and Gea for letting us be your guests.

We spent 6 nights with our two dogs at Marc's place and felt at home during that time. Marc is a great host who is always easily accessible; Bea visited us and helped us with questions. The small house is cozily furnished and very well equipped. We didn't lack anything. We loved sitting on the cozy veranda and enjoyed the great view. The surroundings are quiet, there is a lot of nature and there are many easily accessible excursion destinations nearby. Marc also provides bicycles and a boat, which we did not use. All in all, we were thrilled, enjoyed the time and would be happy to come back.

From start to finish just perfect accommodation, we were there with three generations of our family, it was an ideal fit for everyone. My already older in-laws stayed on the ground floor, very close to the toilet and bathroom, for us parents and our child there was a good retreat. We have never experienced such a well-equipped apartment, there was nothing missing. Even Nespresso capsules were there, lots of spices vinegar oil, all kinds of kitchen appliances, enough pans and pots, enough dishes, a dishwasher with plenty of tabs . The communication also went smoothly, someone who also lives on the premises proactively inquired with us if there was anything else he could help us, he kindly asked again the next day. So thanks also to Julian. In addition, the quiet and relaxed environment in the countryside, with the water around it, simply magnificent. It couldn't be better!

We were warmly welcomed by Cecilia. The house is stocked with everything and incredibly spacious! Within walking distance of downtown and around the corner you can rent a boat. We had a super nice weekend with the girlfriends :)

An ideal place if you are looking for peace and relaxation and want to explore the great nature around Lauwersmeer. It was really super nice!

if you could give more than 5 stars, we would have done that. What a wonderful stay we had. Everything feels luxurious and wonderful to enjoy underfloor heating after a winter walk and a well-equipped kitchen and lovely bed. Everything is there and also very clean. The location is within walking distance of the Wadden Sea and by bike you are also in Franeker and Harlingen, beautiful historic places. Definitely recommended.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Herke's place. Every morning we were greeted by the pigs😊. The accommodation is very clean and cozy and the surroundings are fantastic. Very very beautiful sunrise and sunset.

We had a very comfortable short stay at Roger's place. Close to the boat towards Schiermonnikoog. Staying here is highly recommended!

We had a great stay, the house is very spacious and cosy and we felt at home straight away, the host is friendly and helpful. We liked the location with three beautiful national parks within short driving distance. Everything was clean, beds were great, we would highly recommend the place.

Had a great stay over New Year's Eve in the loft. The cottage is very nice, ideal for two people and furnished with a lot of love for detail. As a welcome, there was a bottle of sparkling wine and a warm welcome, which made us feel right at home. Everything went smoothly, and we enjoyed the time very much. We will be happy to come back!

Even thought we booked the appartement last-minute we were able to have a lovely day in Lemmer. Communication with the host was excellent, and the appartement was exactly as we saw in the advertisement. Would definitely come back!

We spent a weekend here with 2 families with adolescents. Both us and adults and youth had a good time! The beds were very good and the sauna was also well appreciated. The arcade was also really great! Shortly recommended!

Very nice rural place to stay. To the dike just a few minutes by car and near Dokkum for shopping and restaurants. Yfke was very nice and gave helpful tips for things to do as well as restaurants. Also available in the room are information brochures for the environment. I'd love to recommend again and absolutely.
