This is our second time at this Airbnb. It’s in a wonderful location, so close to downtown. The house is clean and spacious, and you can’t beat having 2.5 bathrooms.

I booked The Globe House as a gift for my husband’s birthday. We had a wonderful long weekend - even in the midst of a snowstorm. The house is beautiful and as described. It was a true respite from city life. Fred was very communicative and responsive, a real pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend this home to a couple looking for a unique and private stay, but with restaurants, wineries and shops a short drive away.

I've stayed here a few times when in Watertown for work, once for a few months stay. It is my top choice over 2 other AirBnBs I have rented in the area. It is a great size for 1-2 people, dog friendly, quiet and peaceful. It is very close to Thompson Park, which is enjoyable to visit year round.

Heather’s place is very nice, comfortable and cozy. It’s the type of place you can make yourself at home, check in instructions were very clear and easy to understand. Host is a great communicator and quick to respond, would highly recommend. We really enjoyed our stay and will keep in mind next time we come to Kingston 😊

Mark and June's place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. They were responsive when we needed them, but instructions were very clear so that was rarely! We'd stay here again.

We travel A LOT for work—Staying here felt like more than just a place to rest—it was an experience. From the moment I arrived, the energy was welcoming, and everything seemed so intentionally put together. The pops of yellow and blue throughout brought the perfect balance of joy and calm, setting the tone for a truly comfortable stay. Love! The host was incredibly responsive, making everything seamless. The space itself felt like home, with small details that made all the difference—great water pressure, soft towels and face cloths (a rare but much-appreciated touch). But let’s talk about the real stars: the pillows. I always bring my own, yet for the first time, I didn’t even need it. And the beds? Absolute comedy in the best way. I didn’t want to get out of bed!! lol. Too funny. Love it— To top it all off, I spotted some owls, a good omen in my books—just another sign that this place has something special. This is a beautiful, peaceful property, with comfortable furniture and plush beds. Pete went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant and enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again.

Jay was a great host. Since I was a new profile, we went through a vetting process, including sharing my LinkedIn profile, but after that, everything went smoothly. The property is beautiful, with a lot of personality, especially when you look down into the kitchen from the main family room. The kitchen is well-equipped with utensils, cutlery, cookware, and spices for meals, and has a fantastic stove. Some dials were finicky, and the middle grill burner wasn’t working, but we still made it work. The hot tub was perfect for the cold weather, and we appreciated the pool towels provided. We also enjoyed the Christmas decorations upon arrival. Overall, we loved our stay—the place had so much charm. On a final note, we’d definitely visit again. If the mattresses were replaced with higher-quality ones, something more comfortable, it would elevate the experience.

There are all necessary supplies for cooking for large groups which is wonderful. The home is laid out in an 'interesting' way, but is fun, and spacious. We loved having private bedrooms per couple, and the fact that everyone had a large room and a comfy bed. We came in the fall and it was beautiful.

Liz’s place was absolutely beautiful, its likes a nice country get away and i loved it! the place itself is so amazing and the surrounding property is so gorgeous. Liz was very helpful giving local recommendations of things to do in the area. Overall it was an amazing stay!

We had a busy time with two family events and really enjoyed returning to the house to relax and enjoy your amazing back yard. It is truly a peaceful oasis! The children loved the pool and the adults all welcomed the evening hot tub. The flower gardens and pots are stunning. Thanks also for the lovely welcome gifts. We were very spoiled! Thank you Scott for a great stay! Definitely a bit of a "lived in" airbnb, but it was very affordable for our group so ultimately no complaints. Tons of bedding and pillows to make our stay comfortable. so many board games and table games which was awesome for our group. Typically Airbnb's that have hot tubs, I've found to be very hit or miss. Not this one! It was very hot and worked perfectly even in the cold winter. really made for a relaxing stay as we used it everyday. Finally, Scott allowed us to bring our pet which was much appreciated, however do suggest you keep close watch. At one point our dog strayed on to the neighbor's yard and despite apologizing he threatened the dog and us if it were to happen again. Guy was unhinged so be mindful. otherwise great communication from Scott, and he even let us check out a bit later since no one else was staying that evening. Thanks Scott for the great stay! will be back again!

Our 2 families had a FABULOUS time whilst at Paul's lovely home! Plenty of bedrooms and common areas so that we never felt like we were on top of each other, even during a wickid snowstorm. 4 adults, 2 teenagers and 2 wee ones were never bored - the spacious indoor pool was the clincher for a perfect winter getaway - not to mention hottub and sauna were huge hits as well for the older, tired and aching bodies. The gourmet kitchen was full of technology that made our lives easier. Paul supplied a hutch chock full of games, both video and board - something for everyone. When we had questions, Paul was super responsive and even came down to help us with a few things. We wouldn't hesitate for a second to book with Paul again - no complaints whatsoever!! Thank you for a memorable Family Day long weekend!!

A nice family weekend (a halfway point for everyone). The Airbnb was perfect and exactly what we needed, lots of space and very comfortable. It was clean and had all the amenities and more. The hot tub and chess table were a nice touch, enjoyed both! We would stay here again and would recommend to others. Thank you!

Davids place was beautiful and made for an enjoyable stay for our group visit. He was responsive and provided all additional details both in our chats as well as leaving a small booklet in the cottage itself highlighting places of interest nearby. The firepit and the gazebo are the most impressive parts of the property. Wifi coverage inside the cottage was fantastic and was very useful for any further research since the cellular network coverage is spotty at best. Bon Echo is just about a 20 minute drive away and there are more places within a 1 hour radius though we chose to mostly have a leisurely time on the property itself. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a quiet, private fun time in the middle of nature.

Such a unique stay! The school was easy to get into and find our classroom (even though we arrived late at night), and we loved falling asleep with the windows open to the sound of crickets. It was exactly like the description, with everything we needed (including coffee creamer, which was a really nice touch!). The beds were comfy, we could not hear the other classroom renters, and everything was clean. It is a quick 10 min walk into the little town, and PECish bakery was divine. It was also nice and close to Sandbanks Provincial Park, with a beautiful 15min drive through the country side. Everyone loved the giant chalkboard! We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay. Very easy to find. Veronica was very friendly and responsive. The place is located on a corner lot so has 2 entrances which made it very easy to park a pickup truck and snowmobile trailer. Would definitely recommend Veronica and this place!!!

It was a great place! Beautiful stay. We had 8 people total and it was big enough for us to not feel cramped. Would return in the future.

We had an amazing stay at John’s and Laurene’s place ! It was truly a hideaway, quite peaceful. The sauna was such a relaxing touch after a day of exploring. The host provided clear and detailed instructions, making everything so easy and stress-free. I can't wait to come back again! Highly recommended.

Our stay at Bill and Denise's place was perfect! The central location to downtown Picton was great, we could walk to the Millennium trail, great local restaurants and hotspots and it was a quick commute to the PEC wine trail and Sandbanks Provincial Park. The unit was clean and cozy and Bill and Debise were great hosts and made recommendations or local things to do. We will be back!

Sally and the Swan Cove Cottage were incredible! Sally was very responsive and accommodating. The cottage itself was ideal. Due to the loss of my dad in December, I booked on fairly short notice and headed north! The cottage was close to friends so that I could visit with them, or enjoy the peace of the cottage. It being the beginning of January, the porch may not have gotten the use it could’ve, but I loved the option. I arrived very early am, and the cottage was warm and ready. Thank you Sally for an incredible stay!
