Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Lécousse

Benoît was responsive when we wrote to him because the heater was not strong enough, he moved within 30 minutes that followed. We slept well and the place was as described! Recommended ☺️

As an area of opportunity I suggest that I have another toilet, there is space in the main bedroom to put it there, since 1 only WC for 4 or more people if it complicates the stay, the rest is excellent the modern apartment, clean and well located

Pierre-François' apartment was an ideal base for our Rennes evening. Its location is perfect, close to places of interest and transportation. Pierre-François was very accommodating, excellent communication. I recommend ++

A cozy apartment in front of the isfec training center in the Maurepas neighborhood. It overlooks a busy avenue. The more the parking space and the quietness of the residence. Missing wifi but it was noted.

I would recommend this AIRBNB, Nonetheless, be aware that outdoor stairs to go up to the 2nd floor are difficult if you have small children. (Stroller etc.), otherwise nothing to repeat. Yann is active when you have questions or anything else and very accommodating

A fantastic stay at this charming house! As soon as we arrived, we immediately felt at home. With thoughtful decor and comfortable spaces. The place is really nice and located on a quiet street. We spent 3 nights at François's, a family of 5 . Everything was perfect, we slept well in this house which is in a very quiet area. the kitchen is super well equipped with everything we needed. we did not enjoy the terrace because it was not nice weather and we were outside the days but it was a point that we had liked for the children. we would recommend this accommodation 100%.

We had a lovely Christmas at Olga's place. It was very cozy and nicely decorated. Olga had prepared a Christmas tree for our arrival and was very attentive to our comfort. We were unfortunately not able to enjoy the garden given the weather, but it is also well equipped. We would recommend this listing.

i stayed for a weekend at Emmanuel's place with my wife and the 16-year-old girls. The house is convenient and spacious. We will be back with pleasure during our future stays in Laval.

We came with family (4 adults) to spend 2 nights at Louis's. We were hosted very well. Louis offered us tours to do around the accommodation. We are only a 20 min drive to Mont Saint Michel. The village is very quiet. The village next door has everything you need for shopping. The house is very spacious, impeccable in terms of cleanliness and is really super well-equipped. Everything is available to feel at home (oven, microwave, dishwasher, classic coffee maker and Senseo, cake/oven/presentation dishes... 2 walk-in shower rooms, 2 toilets, the necessary equipment for young children and not negligible washing machine...). We were not able to enjoy the terrace because the weather did not lend itself to it, but in the right season it must be a real pleasure especially since it has a barbecue. We recommend Louis 200%. Thanks to Louis for her availability.

We had a great birthday weekend at Armelle's. Everything was as advertised. The house is charming, tastefully decorated, and perfect for a family stay. The hot tub is a real plus, we loved relaxing there after a beautiful day at Mont Saint-Michel. Thank you so much for your kind hospitality.

We really enjoyed the place . Nice place, clean. We do not regret the choice and the host is very nice!!!

Close enough to cycle to and bikes to go with it! There’s no light once you switch the lights off so you also get a good night’s sleep! We also were able to cook breakfast which was handy since we happened to be there on a bank holiday weekend.

It is always a great pleasure to stay in this beautiful apartment with all the comforts and which is quiet near shops and restaurants.

Reservation for one month. Great location, parking spot is a plus. Bright, well-equipped and clean apartment. Recommended. Communication with the host is very good. Only small negative point; the insulation of the bay window in the living room, we hear everything outside but not inconvenient in the bedroom.
