All the facilities and location were perfect, and the communication with the host was quick and accurate. Although it was a duplex, which made moving luggage a bit inconvenient, overall it was a great experience.

Spacious and clean accommodation, it was the same as the pictures. It had everything we needed during our stay. It was a little far from the main attractions, but it was easy to use the bus or subway, and I was able to walk. There were many grocery stores nearby, so I was able to use them.

Great location, on a strip that comes alive when the sun goes down. Great washing and dryer facilities, large kitchen and everything was spotless! If you are a light sleeper this stay is not for you, the clubs underneath are open until 6am and it is almost impossible to drown them out if you are in the front room. However if you have good earplugs and sleep well then it shouldn’t be a problem.

Helpful and responsive hosts. Very clean and well finished property. There were some issues with the fan in one of the bathrooms and tumble drier and this has been fed back.

We did an extended stay at Joaquim's Luxury apartment -- and we extended that stay from 9 to 12 months, and again for 4 more. It is very spacious w/ plenty of closets. The hot water is on demand, so there's always plenty for showers. Beds are comfortable and nighttime is restful. There is a lovely and extensive park out front and the apartment is conveniently located to supermarkets, a major shopping mall, the metro and a soccer stadium if you're game. Downtown is just a few stops away and the train station one stop away. Joaquim is always responsive and friendly.

This place was a gem. We stayed long term for a month and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. It’s an easy 15 min walk to the Casa de Musica or Carolina Michaelis but Ubers are cheap and quick especially to downtown Porto. There are a few cafes directly next to the building. Lurdes was a great host and was so responsive if we needed anything - she went over and beyond. I would recommend anyone to stay here.

Great place, perfectly clean! There's nothing missing. The touches upon arrival were very pleasant. The place closes completely and this is great for kids and the car! That was perfect!! Hugo is very responsive and friendly.

Wonderful quick experience. Needed one night stay to be in Porto for a very early Douro wine tour the following day. Madalena was the host I was in contact with and she was amazing. Always responsive and arrived early so my group could drop off our luggage early. I appreciated every extra minute she allowed for us and our luggage. Beautiful spot. Wish we stayed for a few more days.

Bad weather didn't disturb my calm stay at Aguda's beach. Close to restaurants and the train station (Porto 20min), Aguda is a perfect spot for a rest, with the place right in front of the beach with fully functional facilities (including washing machine). Elisa was very reactive and attentive, which was greatly appreciated.

We enjoyed the stay a lot! Jorge took the time to show us around, show all the bells and whistles of the flat and the garden, gave many very useful recommendations about the city, things to do, where to show. That was great and we actually ended up using many of his tips. We felt very welcome, thank you! The flat is exactly as described, stylish and comfortable, clean, and the garden is actually much better than that. There is so much greenery and the fish are just enormous. All the amenities are working fine, we had no issues, the bed is comfortable.

The apartment is beautifully designed and decorated. Very clean and well equipped. Verónica and her team made us feel welcome and were very helpful!

My younger brother stayed on the second floor, and I stayed on the third floor, allowing us to enjoy a private and comfortable stay. What I appreciated the most was having two bathrooms at such a budget-friendly price! Thank you for the welcome drink!!

Marie was great. Easy to get to Porto. 20 minutes on train 2 miles bites away. Wonderful serene setting. Everyone was so comfortable and warm. Easy beautiful walk to May great restaurants. Will definitely come back!!

Thanks to Pedro for a fantastic stay in Porto. Pedro’s home is fantastic and looks every bit like the listing. The home is very comfortable and modern and had all the amenities (and more) that one would need. Pedro was so kind to leave Port and other snacks to have. The home is also within walking distance of one of the main shopping areas and was also within walking distance from major attractions. Pedro was also so kind to accommodate us as we needed to store our luggage before the actual check in. Pedro was most responsive and always responded quickly with our requests. We highly recommend staying in Pedro’s home. We would love to be back.

Lovely apartment. Very well equipped and clean. Very spacious for a large party. Excellent location, close to Porto’s attractions. Ricardo was very helpful, organising airport transfers, early check in and late check out. Highly recommended.

Great place to stay - located close to the centre, but not noisy. Nice big apartment The hosting was super helpful, very responsive and friendly, gave us lots of tips of nearby things to do. Would highly recommend!

We enjoyed exploring Porto. So much history. We didn’t need our vehicle as we were able to walk everywhere. Luis had great recommendations for places to see and eat at. Luis spoke English very well so we found communication easy. Very spacious accommodation and we felt very safe. Luis recommended Pingo Doce grocery market about a 7 minute walk. Found it very clean and all we needed for our stay. My husband and I would definately return to Luis’s place overlooking the Duoro River. Beautiful.

Great spot, good food, transport links, 5 minute walk to sea and could walk all the way along the coast into Porto if you’re feeling fit!

David is a very kind and helpful host, always responding quickly. The apartment was very spacious and fit three of us quite comfortably. The kitchen was well equipped and it was nice to have an elevator. Neighbourhood is nice and close to main station. We would come back here on our next trip to Porto!
