We were a group of 10 friends and the house exceeded expectations in all aspects. Just ten minutes from the tourist center by car, the area is very quiet and the home has everything you need for a friends trip. The heated pool is clearly one of the jewelry in the house, but the stays are also spacious and very comfortable. The service with Pedro was very simple and everything was easy; In short, if you want a place to stay for a few days in Porto and take advantage of not only the city but also the comfort of a great accommodation do not hesitate

We did an extended stay at Joaquim's Luxury apartment -- and we extended that stay from 9 to 12 months, and again for 4 more. It is very spacious w/ plenty of closets. The hot water is on demand, so there's always plenty for showers. Beds are comfortable and nighttime is restful. There is a lovely and extensive park out front and the apartment is conveniently located to supermarkets, a major shopping mall, the metro and a soccer stadium if you're game. Downtown is just a few stops away and the train station one stop away. Joaquim is always responsive and friendly.

A beautiful Villa with a nice pool and barbecue outside we all love it we are definitely coming back again. Highly recommended.

The place was great and a real gem in Porto. Close to the beach and into city as well. Claudia was very helpful throughout the time we were there with recommendations for things to eat and do around the area. Had a lovely time and will definitely look to stay here again 😊

Very cozy apartment in an old building with a good outdoor space. Rui was an excellent host and very responsive to any request, including getting us a new kettle! He was friendly and offered us lots of information about the city and neighbourhood. Pet-friendly was a huge bonus. The house is smaller than it seems in the photos but it is liveable and comfortable. There is a small gas heater for those chilly or damp nights. The two bedrooms was a huge plus. Kitchen had everything we needed as did the bathroom. The back garden was a nice place to relax on a sunny day. The neighbourhood is very walkable and close to all sorts of things like the metro, buses, cafes, supermarkets, parks, and restaurants. It doesn't take long to walk anywhere, or to take a bus into centro. The street is small and a very large car may have a problem parking there, but we didn't. We liked that the neighbourhood isn't too busy and is mostly residential. We would definitely choose this place again.

The house is lovely and larger than it appears in photos. The outdoor terrace is great and there are restaurants, a grocery store, and the metro within easy walking distance. It is also within walking distance to the ocean. Francisco is friendly, responsive, and provided great local suggestions.

Hugo’s apartment was perfect. His host, Tatiana met us at the apartment and gave us a tour and also provided local recommendations during our stay. The apartment was exactly as the photos and we had an amazing girls weekend in Porto! I would stay again when we come back to Portugal! Thanks for a great stay!

We were delighted with our stay. The apartment is spacious, well maintained and bright. It is also very clean and well supplied. The rooms are quiet. The courtyard is lovely too. The location is great for exploring the city on foot, but public transport is close by as well.

This place is fantastic. Filipe was super accomodating, kind and really helpful. I will stay in this place Labruge again while in Porto as it’s great location to walk to the beach, quiet, with everything that you need around and the appartment is excellent, with super spacious divisions, 3 bathrooms, garage, access to the pool and tennis court, etc.. Had a great time in Marie’s place. She welcomed us really well sharing local places we could go to to shop or eat, and recommendation for Porto. Very easy to check in and flexible which was great. The house is very big with all amenities, and a very nice area by the swimming pool. Thanks again !

I loved my stay, the very welcoming apartment and very well equipped with everything that is necessary, from the balcony you see the sea... Rui is a super helpful, attentive and excellent communication host, it responds very quickly to messages. We love everything and when we return to Povoa concerteza we will return to hosperdar here.

Pleasant stay in a quiet environment and a walkable pool despite the passable weather.

The accommodation was very spacious and there was ample space to unfold. The ambience is rather functional and not particularly homely but we lacked nothing. You are privately accommodated there, but also anonymous. You won't be making contacts there. The kitchen is well equipped and the washing machine washes well. The wifi router is located in the property and the internet is fast. I particularly liked the large sliding wall with which you can protect the living area from the sun. The proximity to the beach is unbeatable, with the gastronomy in the area offering little change. Shopping facilities are a 15-20 min walk. After all, you have a vacation and plenty of time. We felt comfortable and the place was absolutely worth its money. Thank you

Beautiful, massive unit with tonnes of amazing natural light and ocean views. Very comfortable bed and living areas which were perfect for relaxing after a long day. Big kitchen with everything you could need for a meal any size. Ample parking for your vehicle right outside the entrance door. While Gaia and this location in particular is not “Porto” we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if we were visiting. The drive from here to the porto old town and city centre can be done in under 15 minutes snd it’s very easy to come and go. This location feels so much less stressful than the busy, tough to navigate streets of Porto. Tonnes of restaurants and a grocery story within a walk or drive, great ocean walk right out front of the door.

It was superbly organized. Joana has always informed us and helped us well. Also at the time of the wildfires she made sure we were well informed. Also nice that the pool was cleaned extra when it had gotten dirty from the ashes coming from the wildfires. The house is beautiful, clean and all amenities are there. Thank you for this wonderful stay.
