Brand new building, great spot for easy access to north Austin. The growing pain of it being new construction, is that there is construction noise constantly. Even on Saturday morning unfortunately. But space is very comfortable and clean. Everything you might need in kitchen. Would recommend

The stay was awesome ! A very big and private space for a couple. If you want to cook you definitely have the space for it. Nice spaces, good location and very good services.

Was super happy with my stay! I was surprised at how well the kitchen was stocked. If you plan on cooking during your stay I would say they’ll have everything you need. Thought the location was good. Around the corner there are plenty of bars. Didn’t try many of the restaurants in the immediate vicinity but Las Trancas Taco Stand was absolutely amazing. I finished every single one of my nights at the taco truck. Will definitely be back!

Beautifully appointed; great location, very walkable (good for neighborhood walks, to access food trucks and restaurants and CVS, and to get to nature trails/the Springs, could probably also walk to Whole Foods for small items (uphill on the way back!), there’s a lot going on in this area! Hosts were very responsive and nice to interact with and proactively let me do a late checkout since no one else was scheduled, which helped me out a lot! Having a parking spot in the driveway was a huge plus. I couldn’t tell from the pictures but it’s a stand alone unit above a garage so it feels very private even though it’s in the middle of a neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again, I tried to do another month but it was booked already!

This was by far one of the coziest and best spots I’ve stayed at. Christina had everything available and it made it easy to feel like home. Everything that we wanted to do while in Austin was about 10 minutes away which was very convenient. I highly recommend this Airbnb. If I come back to Austin I would definitely like to stay here if the place is available.

Fabulous location and luxurious finishes! We were in town for a wedding at south congress hotel and this location could not be beat!

Loved this place!!! Right in the middle of everything. Home was comfortable. Being right in the middle of the Domain was so much fun. We tried all the different restaurants which were just a walk away!

We loved this property for our week stay in Austin. Super responsive host with clear instructions for check-in and check-out. Unit was fully stocked with everything from paper towels to dish soap and laundry pods. Although you can hear street noise during the night, the comfortable beds, plus a fan provided in bedrooms, more than made up for it. (Plus noise is completely expected in a downtown location off I35). Totally worth it to be in such a great location near popular attractions. The view is incredible with the river and downtown skyline, short walk to Ladybird Lake Trail. Property was exactly as pictured. The front desk and valet attendants were always friendly with a greeting. It was reassuring knowing someone was on the property at all times to answer questions and give recommendations about local points of interest. If anyone has concerns about the valet parking rate, it was more than worth it to know your car was safely parked. We’ll definitely stay again.

My partner and I had a great stay! It’s very clean, very cute and overall very comfortable. Loved the kitchen and privacy this home has. I’d recommend this to anyone especially if you have kids! The pool is a great feature of the stay.

This was easily my favorite Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. Rarely does the house exceed expectations but this home truly did. The home is BEAUTIFUL. Kitchen 10/10 loaded with everything you need. The house layout is great & has tons of natural light, has inside outside living with the massive slider doors that lead straight to the covered deck and pool. Beds were a 10/10 and it felt like home. The location was awesome. We walked to a local coffee shop every morning and the neighborhood felt really safe. Tyler was really responsive, super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. 10/10 host Could not recommend this home enough. We will certainly be renting again during future Austin visits! Thanks again, Tyler!

The location is perfect for walks in Zilker Park, albeit a steep down hill and return up hill. It’s convenient to drive to the park’s parking areas to walk or bike on mostly horizontal trails along Lady Bird Lake. For our grandchildren, there were a variety of playgrounds in Zilker Park and at Pease Park. Since we were here in December, we spent one evening at the fabulous Lights Trail Walk. It’s located in Zilker Park. If you decide to go, be sure to check their website for dates, hours and ticket prices. If you can, take advantage of going in the gates at 6 pm. There are many museums, music centers, restaurants and coffee shops to enjoy. A big must do is to visit many of Austin’s famous Food Trucks for great tacos and BBQ. The house is in a great location that is quiet.

Jo Ann’s house is super clean and looks exactly like the pictures. She is also a very kind person :) I’m so happy I found her place, it makes you feel home

We enjoyed our stay! The neighborhood was very quiet and comfortable, the location was very convenient to any part of town you’re trying to get to. The home was spacious, the beds were comfy, and it was a great place to unwind after a busy weekend.

This is the host with the most! I stay in many air bnbs and this host was the best. The most responsive host and he goes out of his way to make sure the guests needs are met. The home was exactly as pictured and very comfortable. We made great memories here with our family. We absolutely would book with him again as he was pleasant, kind, and went above our standards.

We loved this house it was nearby stores and local food places and not far from downtown either. Had a great backyard, nice and cozy. The only thing that I would say was negative was just the doors to the restrooms not closing completely but other than that the home was perfect and would definitely stay again!

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect—centrally located between Austin's downtown neighborhoods, making it super convenient to explore the city. We often walked to where we were going, and Lyfts were always readily available when needed. The unit itself was clean, well-appointed, and had thoughtful touches that made our stay even better. We appreciated the in-unit laundry, tea selection, Nespresso machine, guidebooks, and makeup wipes—a few extra amenities that you don’t get at a hotel. This unit features a balcony overlooking I-35. Despite being close to the highway, noise was never an issue. The bed was a little softer than what we usually prefer, but we still slept great! Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay. Lastly, the hosts were incredibly responsive and accommodating, even allowing us a late check-out to match our evening flight. Overall, we had an amazing time and would absolutely stay here again!

First, the building itself is very nice with super courteous valet. The check in process was very easy as well. The unit was very clean and pretty much exactly like in the photos (if anything, it’s nicer in person). I would definitely stay here again and recommend others to as well.

It was a pleasure staying at Penny’s and Cannon’s! We wanted to have a good escape into the hill country and this provides that for less with easy access to Austin! The time of the year we visited was winter and hazy, I’m sure it is a wonderful scene at Lago Vista during better weather! Would love to visit again!

We had a terrific stay. I was there for a work conference and brought a colleague and my family (we actually booked 2 units in the same building to achieve this). The check in process was a bit hectic, but that had more to do with the fact that I had a crying baby and a toddler with an ear infection to contend with. 😅 But as a fair warning to anyone else in a similar situation to me, check in was slower than ideal because there were a bunch of people arriving at the same time and only one person at the front desk who was able to help. The unit itself was lovely and it was great having access to a kitchen and a gym while away from home. Jason, the host, was extremely responsive. The value was amazing! I was able to book four bedrooms total for less than what it would cost for a hotel room downtown, and it was a short uber to get there when I had to. Overall I would definitely stay there again!

Staying at Ayanna’s place was an excellent experience. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. Had an amazing stay in such a beautiful condo near Rainey street Austin. The view from the condo was so incredible to wake up to and I enjoyed how easy it was to walk around and get food and drinks in the neighborhood. I highly recommend this condo whenever you come to Austin!
