⸻ We had a lovely stay! The room looks exactly like it does in the pictures. The apartment is very clean and spacious—perfect for a family. Oliver and his wife are a wonderful host, and communication was smooth and easy. We really appreciated the private underground parking; it made us feel secure leaving our car there. It’s such a shame we only had one night here. Hopefully, we’ll get to stay again next time!

Very friendly and communicative owner of the apartment, in general everything as described , location the biggest advantage , the very center, close to everything. 4 glasses for 4 people would be nice, some are 2 pieces , some 3 but that doesn't affect my rating 😊

We had a great time at Crystal's place. The house is great, the weather was nice, we enjoyed the outdoors a lot. The house is family and very nice. We were able to kayak on the Seine, at the top! It was a little cool at night in the rooms, no problem but you have to know. We recommend this place to have a good holiday in the green.

Very nice cottage in the beautiful property of the hosts. Ideal for 4 for a few days, and 2 for a longer stay, as the living room is also the second bedroom with 2 single beds, and contains the small TV. Justine was always responsive to emails, and we had no issues during the stay. Small well-equipped kitchen. 2 bathrooms allowing everyone to be independent when you come as two couples. The location is ideal for walking around town (15 to 20 minute walk). Only the entrance of the car through the gate can be a little difficult. We will probably come back, and we will recommend Justine's cottage.

Accommodation in a very nice Norman house with a beautiful garden, in a very quiet area. Fabienne is very welcoming, discreet and available as needed. Excellent stay.

We spent 4 days and 3 nights in this home with our two children aged 3 and 10 months. Sylvie welcomed us with great kindness. We were very touched by the many touches to make us feel good in the accommodation. The accommodation is impeccable, very well-equipped for children and warm. On top of that, the accommodation is in a good location, less than 15 minutes from Rouen. We would definitely recommend this listing!

A perfect stay to celebrate New Year's Eve with friends. Fanny created a cocoon where you can feel good and where you can warm up in front of the huge fireplace or in the hot tub. The kitchen is perfectly equipped and the bedrooms are spacious. Small attention to more than 1.80 m: beams and doors can be a little low in places

The airbnb was great, with a well stocked set of equipment for cooking and cleaning, and continently located next to two supermarkets. Rouen is a beautiful city to visit, and I would recommend visiting this airbnb

We had a wonderful stay in Sofia’s apartment! It was as described in the photos and the train station was an easy 10min walk. The buses and metro station were within a 5 minute walk. Churches, shops and restaurants all walkable! Sophia was wonderful, easy to reach and very responsive. I would highly recommend her rental.

El Beuf is not a city of action and excitement. It a city of diverse culture and deep history. Everything is within walking distance and the location provided a great cross breeze to keep me and my family cool inside the home. My host was responsive and even attempted to resolve my internet issues (as I work remotely). Although we did not get it fully resolved, it means a lot that my host made the attempt. The unit is at the center of town, so as a disclaimer: There are pigeons, but they won't bother you if you don't bother them 😁. I recommend this place with 5 stars, and would rent again.

Great apartment, easy check in, great communication. Location good, 10min walk to the river, lots to do and plenty of great restaurants. 20min walk into the city. Parking is free on the nearby streets, we had to drive around a few times to find one. Apartment lovely and clean, everything you need.

Good communication with your host. Clean apartment. Good internet. Recommended.
