Nice apartment tastefully decorated by @whoTYLE HOME of 38m2 + 6m2 of terrace. 3rd floor with elevator not overlooked. Very quiet, bedroom and living room overlooking SEA and greenery terrace. Very close to the train station and port, a supermarket and other shops, 100m from the Thalasso, the source beach and the beautiful customs path. Located 15 min from Nantes airport, 25 min from the sea.
