Family-friendly holiday rentals in Le Ménil

We booked the place as a group to enjoy a rugged and relaxing week. From skiing to hiking as an activity, everything is offered here. The hosts are very friendly and helpful, the decor, especially in terms of the wellness area, excellent. We had a wonderful vacation and thank you for the great time!

We spent 3 nights in Estelle and Patrick's cottage, with our 2 children. The stay was perfect, very good hospitality and good advice from Patrick, ideal location to shine in the villages around. The cottage is very quiet, no noise. The parking space is very convenient and the gite is perfect for a family like us. Recommended without a second thought! The little extra, the hot tub;)

We had a great time at Leopold's place. The place is welcoming and clean, the views are superb and the bedding is very comfortable. The fireplace is a real plus to enjoy the winter vibe! Everything comes together for a comfortable stay!

We were very satisfied with the chalet, especially the view delighted us. In addition, you could enjoy nature well. During our presence it snowed there and also a small ski resort is very close.

Perfect accommodation for a skiing vacation. Jacuzzi for relaxation after a day out was fantastic. Also the arcade video-game to keep the kids entertained. Washing and drying machines were very strategic. The house is fully equipped, extremely organised. Emily was incredibly helpful and friendly.

We were guests of Frederic after Christmas to see Colmar and the other villages. We had a really good time, the house was comfortable and warm despite the outdoor temperature being below 0. Frederic and his partner were very kind and provided us with a cot for our 9-month-old daughter. I highly recommend it for those who want to spend their holidays in the area. Positive note: There is a restaurant less than a 1 minute walk away and it's very good.

My stay in this apartment was simply exceptional! The place is spacious. The hot tub is a real asset: after a day of sightseeing, it was a pure moment of relaxation. The neighborhood is quiet and well located, close to amenities. In addition, the host was very welcoming and available throughout the stay. I would highly recommend this apartment to those looking for a place of comfort and relaxation. Can't wait to come back!

We had a fantastic time at Pascal's place outside of Colmar! It was easy to reach town by bus and we even walked to Eguisheim one day (about 30 minutes by foot). Pascal was very kind and accomodating, and brought us some amazing Alsatian delicacies to sample during our visit. We are very grateful for Pascal's hospitality and would highly recommend staying at one of his units during your time in Alsace!

Denise welcomed us warmly when we arrived. She gave us a quick and complete tour of the home. And guaranteed us their availability. Indeed, the place was as nice as the photos were and everything was functional. We had a lovely weekend and were even able to enjoy a nice snowy walk and a good flare around the stove. We would highly recommend this place and Denise, this warm host.

La Roulotte sur les Nuages is a beautiful and magical place. Arlette and Gérard gave us a very warm welcome and we had very nice conversations. The trailer with breathtaking views of the Vosges and even the Alps is very well-equipped, well heated and perfect for two or three people. There are all the essentials for breakfast which is included in the price and to prepare the meals. The Kotta available on request allowed us to spend a very cozy and friendly New Year's Eve. Cozy, warm and well heated accommodation 😊 for a winter stay in the Vosges . Everything is thoughtfully decorated with heathered objects, the house has a lot of charm! Access is via a slightly steep staircase so avoid large luggage. We really enjoyed the peaceful location 30 minutes from the Ballon d 'Alsace and La Bresse ski resorts, and close to beautiful hikes. Finally, Myriam is an attentive and very friendly host!

We just stayed a few days in this former Vosges farmhouse and had a dream Christmas Eve there. The description and pictures entered on this site are accurate; you can book without hesitation! Full of charm and authenticity, this cottage is tastefully decorated and very well equipped. Everything is designed to make you feel good. My favorite is on the covered terrace that is to fall ♥♥♥ In addition, ideally located in a quiet area on the edge of a hamlet nestled in nature (lots of nice walks from the cottage!), it is nevertheless less than 15 km from the tourist infrastructure of Gerardmer and the nearby village of Corcieux offers all amenities. Finally, cherry on the cake, almost 700 m above sea level, snow is quickly present. For us, it is certain that if we have to return to the Vosges, we will not look for another place to stay.

We had a wonderful time at this Airbnb located in the heart of the Vosges. The welcome was warm, and everything was perfectly organized so that we felt at home as soon as we arrived. The accommodation is impeccably clean, tastefully decorated and very well equipped, nothing is missing! The bedding is comfortable, the kitchen is functional, and the little details make all the difference. The location is great for exploring the surrounding area, with many hikes accessible nearby We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable and authentic place for an unforgettable stay in the Vosges. Finding the best hosts: impossible! Yves and Aline are always attentive with beautiful proposals and always patient for the unexpected. A beautiful setting in their estate and small details that make you happy: robes, canopy bed, raclette machine and special mention for the hot tub, in the garden, under the stars, overlooking the snowy hills 😁

We had a great stay over New Year's Eve with Renata and Norbert. Both are very accommodating and friendly. We felt completely comfortable. The place is very nice and very clean - we felt right at home. If we had any questions or requests, the two were immediately available. We highly recommend the place. It was a pleasant time that we like to think back to.

Impeccable and convenient accommodation for a family. I highly recommend.

The cottage is close to the wine route and invites you to go on excursions to the beautiful half-timbered villages and Strasbourg and Colmar. The contact with the owners was extremely friendly and you got information and help very quickly. The amenities are very good, the bathroom and kitchen new and very well equipped. We had 3 beautiful days in Alsace and also our dog felt very comfortable.

Everything was perfect! She was really kind and waited until late at night to check in, very sunny and available. I recommend this place to everyone, I hope to come back as soon as possible!

My husband, myself and our 19 yr old daughter had a wonderful 7 night stay here over Christmas. Isabelle is such a lovely and caring host. She had decorated the apartment so thoughtfully for the holidays making for a memorable Christmas Day. It was immaculately clean and well appointed with everything we could need. The beds were very comfortable. While there were no wardrobes, this was no issue at all. There are ledges that run the length of the bedrooms and we placed our packing cubes of clothing on these which worked perfectly. As well there are hooks for hanging additional items. The village is quaint and quiet. We enjoyed drinking coffee every morning at the kitchen table looking at the view out the large windows and hearing the church bells. There is also a beautiful and easy 3mi. loop walking trail thru the vineyards/village accessible just a few minutes walk from the apt. We LOVED the nearby E.Leclerc Hypermarket for groceries and more. We would fully recommend a stay here!
