Great location with many things to do on-site ( pool, a few venues, convenient store ). This is a rental unit within a resort with all perks. Parking is on-site, first come - first serve. They have a few overflow lots within 5 minutes walking distance. The room is spacious and good for 2 people, the balcony is priceless - facing the ocean, with unobstructed view of the horizon and cloudscape. Absolutely worth the money.

We had a pleasant stay at this accommodation located near Malendure in Guadeloupe, ideal for visiting the Cousteau reserve. The location is ideal, offering breathtaking sea views, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the scenery. Hosts are available and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. An unforgettable moment was also our massage experience with Celine, a real moment of relaxation that we loved. We highly recommend this place and will return without hesitation during our next stay in Guadeloupe.

We had a lovely stay. The apartment is like new, well decorated and equipped (air conditioning in the main room and bedrooms, appliances...). It is well located, a few dozen meters from the sea, and the pool as well as the terrace are nice. The place is easy to access and communication was good. Thanks to Maryse for her attention upon arrival.:)

We would recommend this listing to visit Grande Terre. It is ideally located. It's small but functional (even with a 9 month old baby).

Apartment faithful to the description. in a positive, well ventilated apartment (equipped with fans and screens), the spacious rooms and pleasant bedding. Lush garden with chickens and ducks. Apartment close to many points of interest. Marta was very warm and welcoming. in negative points, the living room on the terrace lacks a little comfort. a hammock would be welcome! a dishwasher to really be on vacation would be a plus!

Beautiful group stay in this beautiful house! Well suited for families: toys, high chair, park, beach games. etc. The house is in a quiet area and the pool was very much appreciated! The beach is within walking distance, as well as 2-3 restaurants/caterers/cafes about ten minutes away. Clean, spacious, and well-organized house ☺️

This was one of the best places we have ever stayed at. Right from the beginning very quick responses and so warm and friendly. Place was spotless, lots of great restaurants and fantastic bakery nearby. A well appointed villa. The are so many pro’s and only one con- you actually have to leave. Lydia and Philippe are welcoming and available hosts. The accommodation is spacious, well arranged and quiet. We took advantage of the large terrace. Quiet and relaxing place. All services nearby. We had a great time.

We enjoyed Ti Plézi for 14 days! Beautiful place; close to Deshaies (especially for fans of "Death in Paradise"!) and Plage Grande Anse (there are also nicer and less busy beaches in the immediate vicinity...) The kitchen is fully equipped, bed - including a large mosquito net - is comfortable. (for the DiP fans: Harry is staying under the fridge). We can highly recommend "La Fabrik" (at the roundabout) for delicious pizzas and "Food West Indies" for perfect Bokits and Agoulous. We also warmly recommend Ti Plézi!

Very beautiful architect house with magnificent views of the Bay of Deshaies, tropical version of Guadeloupe. Very good friendly communication with the host who rents the entire top of his house and lives below. Things to know, shaded house and cool pool in winter, in full sun with hot pool in summer. Super beaches, change of scenery, quiet.

We really enjoyed the place and the facilities. Everything is close by or just a few minutes' drive away. The people we met were very kind and welcoming. This is a spot we'd love to come back to.

very nice accommodation, spacious, a large well-equipped kitchen as we like them, a large living room. The residence is well maintained, as well as its 2 swimming pools. we appreciated the parking space, the bakery at the entrance, the grocery store, and the beach ready. excellent choice. Magali is a very friendly host, we received all the explanations about the accommodation as well as about the village, recommendations of beaches, restaurants, … A small basket provided with fruits and a beautiful flower. This one is beautiful and the view is splendid. Everything was perfect and very clean. I definitely recommend this place and I'll come back to it, for sure 😊

Accommodation on the ground floor, ideal for couples with children. Air conditioning present in the 2 bedrooms. Beautiful residence with 2 swimming pools and local shops in case of need (grocery store, bakery, restaurant, hairdresser, care center,...). Beach access without a car and all amenities are close by. Very good stay, we would highly recommend. Thanks to Joelle who gave us the opportunity to check out late with our baby it was very appreciated.

we spent almost 2 weeks in Isabelle and Christophe's place. We were with our 3 teenagers, the listing is as described. The residence is a haven of peace, next to the sea . Very nice place: fully matches the photos. The location is perfect: beach on foot, nearby shops. Perfect welcome and cleanliness. We were afraid of the promiscuity between the accommodations: it's absolutely not a problem, quiet and very well designed not to be disturbed. I recommend it!
