If it's available, book it! Such a great place to stay! Perfect location, the sun sets were amazing! Clean, well kept little house. Spacious, and well equipped. Nice bedrooms and great shower room. Ideal, enclosed outside space with plenty of shade. Definitely recommend staying there!

We had a pleasant stay in this spacious and clean apartment. Michael was very welcoming and friendly, however it is important not to park in the driveway to avoid any problems with the neighbors. The location close to the beach and the charming port of l 'Herbaudière was an undeniable asset. We recommend this place to stay for families or groups of friends.

Great stay! The apartment is bright, spacious, very pleasant and tastefully decorated. The bedding is excellent and the equipment is quality. The fireplace is very nice in the evening. We enjoyed having lunch on the veranda. You can walk to the city center along the harbor. We'll be happy to come back:) and recommend it 100%

Frédéric's apartment is ideally located with a superb view of the sea and the harbor. The terrace is well exposed and sheltered from the prevailing winds, we had lunch in the sun at noon on December 23rd...! The equipment is enough for this type of accommodation, nothing to repeat. The cabin is indeed very narrow, large and/or large people will hardly be able to wash themselves. The bottom bed of 140 cm in the bedroom is inconvenient, insufficient height to sit down to read, entry and exit a little acrobatic and ladder flush with the head... That said, we had a nice stay and communication with Frédéric was always clear and cordial.

We loved our stay at Villa des Plages. The house was spotless and perfect for five couples with kids. Everyone was able to find their mark in the different lounges and game rooms. We quickly felt at home, with large spaces to organize in small groups without interfering with each other. The kitchen was superbly equipped, with appreciable attention to detail. We'd love to go back.

Very pleasant quiet accommodation in the countryside. We stayed there for 3 nights with friends. Decoration certainly a little rustic but everything is there, and very functional to spend a weekend or a comfortable holiday. Obviously, the sauna and spa make a huge difference.
