Listing as shown in the pictures The apartment is very spacious and in excellent condition, box to park the car is a real plus. Ideal location: 2 steps from the sea and shops. Very flexible checkin and checkout and quick communication with co-hosts who are very responsive. I would recommned this property. The only downside: no chair or table in the rooms (not convenient for putting your things) and no toaster!

Perfect location with beautiful views of the harbor. Apartment has everything you need, including air conditioning. Through the private parking space in the backyard, you save yourself the search for free parking (and paying) the public parking lot.

The location was easy to find and very good accessable. Private parkinglot, very peaceful atmosphere, beautiful appartment with stylish interieur. And the most beautiful: Breathtaking view right onto the sea so clear you can see the curvature of the earth.

Already several years ago we are enjoying a great holiday in Sandra's apartment. Available and considerate, we appreciate each new stay the welcome of our host. The apartment is beautifully decorated, very well arranged, pleasant to stay in and particularly clean. It is also very well located, close to the beach and the heart of town. Perfect hospitality and communication. Emmanuelle is available and very pleasant. Nice decor, very functional single storey apartment, quality linens and equipment. Parking a little small but it's really a plus in Palavas. The sea is very close across the street, it can be seen from the living room and the large terrace. Rented in winter but I think the use in summer is just as comfortable, for 2 or 4 people. I recommend it. Thank you Emmanuelle.

Our new favourite spot in the South of France. Fantastic apartment where unobstructed views of the sea and tranquil sounds of the waves can be enjoyed - a quiet location, with only a short walk to many good restaurants. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The apartment is the perfect base for not only excursions to nearby Arles, Nimes and the Camarque but with no more than 20 paces to the beach we spent a lot of time just enjoying the water, beach and stunning views as well.

The house is a 2 min walk to the beach which is very peaceful and not too crowded. The water is quiet, children can swim or paddleboard. The house was perfect for our large family, everything was very clean and modern.

Perfect stay. Isabelle is very responsive and accommodating. The accommodation is ideal, close to the sea, clean and functional. We would love to go again next year ☺️

Thanks to Maxime and Celia for their friendly hosting and flexibility! The cleanliness of the place was perfect. It's an atypical and peaceful place. We will keep our cafes and aperitifs on the terrace facing the flamingos. The Bois des Aresquiers trail is next door and as well as the beaches.

We were well received by the concierge when we arrived. The apartment is like new and its amenities too. Laetitia called us the day after our arrival to find out if everything was okay and advised us about activities or events to check out. I recommend it!

A super welcoming and caring host. She is present when I arrive and takes the time to welcome me, introduce me to the apartment explain everything and even tell me where to go for a walk. She leaves me coffee capsules in addition to being a big coffee drinker:). She will even send me the photo of a tattoo artist on site who has read one of my fads. The apartment is clean and functional. The decoration is tasteful and a small subtle perfume embalms the room . The floor-to-ceiling windows are new, but the gulls although present did not stop me from sleeping. The bed is super comfortable the practical bathroom. Small bottles are available. The balcony and its decoration are very soothing (special mention on the painting), the small touch of artificial lawn makes its effect . I could see the sea from the balcony even though it's too far to jump right into it . Evening and breakfast on the balcony overlooking the park of the residence .

Thanks to Julien for his welcome, the apartment is excellently well located. Plus with kids, you can do anything on foot. Everything is close by and the center is 5 min away.

Delphine is an extremely pleasant and caring host. The directions to the home are very clear. Delphine is still available. The sweetness of winter allowed us to enjoy a superb setting, with peace of mind.

We had a great time at Hervé's place. The apartment is great, clean (thank you Mrs. Bila... for your welcome too😊), tidy and annoyed. The sea and the pool are just a stone's throw away, it's perfect and very convenient when you have children! The apartment is well equipped and offers a beautiful view from both sides.
