Villa holiday rentals in Le Barcarès

Listing was as described. Stéphanie greeted us with cold drinks in the fridge and a big smile 😊 The accommodation is very well located 10/15 min drive from Barcarès and about 1/2 hour from many other seaside resorts. The air-conditioned house and quiet pool were welcome after a few sightseeing tours. The only small downside was that it was missing maybe some dishes but this is a very small detail reported to Stéphanie. Thank you for the beautiful stay that allowed us to enjoy it. We recommend this home without any problems.

Beautiful spacious house, close to shops and local amenities and all within walking distance. Great for a family vacation. This accommodation, the Wi-Fi and the pool which is much larger compared to the photos. Very pleasant and available host who checks in regularly. Awesome, well-equipped villa in a private and safe area with short distance (walking distance) to food shops, restaurants, sandy beach and tennis court. However, it was convenient to have a rental car. All the descriptions matched and met all expectations. Attentive and very friendly host who cared for our enjoyment. Good follow-up in advance and during your stay. Toddlers such as extra towels and linens were fixed quickly and kindly, the host and consiergen gave us great tips on dining and attractions and patiently responded to all our questions. We'd love to come back.

Great location, fast at the harbor and quickly in the old town, but very quiet. Great terrace with a nice pool. Francoise is very friendly and a great host.

The home is located in a quiet and peaceful area, it is very close to the beach and was in pristine condition. It was also very well equipped, whether in the kitchen or bathroom. Finally, the owner was really very kind, very helpful and very understanding. I highly recommend this stay, moreover the price was very affordable compared to everything that was offered.

We had a great week in Collioure. The house is somewhat up the mountainside from the city, and you have good opportunities to relax in and around the house. There are also good hiking opportunities up in the mountains. The house had many zones where you could relax and enjoy the sun and the view down towards the city. The air conditioning also helped keep the temperature in low even on hot days. Kitchen and bathroom were nice and practical. We often made dinner ourselves in the house. The host was also very helpful in making all the equipment, spices and other food available for us. The pool was often used for cooling on hot days. Otherwise it is just a short ride to the center of Collioure or Argeles-sur-Mer to enjoy the beach life and restaurants there. Uber and bolt were reluctant to drive up and one should be able to master some French language to connect with local taxi. Recommend having a car available. On the property there is a peacock, which can get something close. The hosts are very easy to deal with and help with everything.

Great villa in a quiet residence close to the sea. Functional house where it feels like home. We had a pleasant stay, the terrace and pool were at the center of our stay and the children had fun. I highly recommend, value for money at the top and rare for this region.

We had a great time with family and friends at Emeric's. Peaceful neighborhood with sea and shops nearby (5min drive) The inside of the house is well equipped and very pleasant to stay in. The exterior offers everything you need for a good holiday and even more. Trampoline, swimming pool, jaccuzi, punching bag, plancha, hard to do better. Very considerate and kind host.

I would definitely recommend staying here! We stayed here as a large family with children and it was perfect for us! The villa is lovely, clean and spacious! There is air conditioning in a couple of bedrooms but multiple fans provided which helped in the heat! The pool is great with an outdoor kitchen and BBQ! The hosts responded very quickly to any questions before and during our stay and were extremely helpful! I would definitely recommend hiring a car if staying here - there are many large supermarkets about 15 minute drive from the Villa and it is about a 30 minute drive to Carcassonne. Overall 10/10 holiday! Can't thank the hosts enough for having us!

We went with friends to spend the end. Beautiful house!!! Very nice big and spacious. It has a large room with a fireplace and table for 12-14 people. In the kitchen there are two fridges, it is very well equipped and has everything needed for cooking. Each room has its own four bathrooms, they are large, with towels and robes. The space around the house is also very cozy. And the owner of the house is a very friendly and friendly person. It was a pleasure to be in his house. We recommend it for future guests.

We had a great time. The house is bright and very nice,the neighborhood is quiet. Nicolas is a very responsive host. We were hosted very well by Sophie who gave us lots of good tips: walks, shops, ... The area is superb. The kids were even able to enjoy the magnificent pool at the end of the season. We'll be happy to go back.

Sophie is a very nice welcoming host, the little touches in the rental touched us, as well as the balloons hanging for my brother's birthday 👌 we had a great weekend in the villa in Sophie very cocooning where it feels good or everything is thought for the children too , we enjoyed the pool the outdoor facilities

Very good place to stay and we will repeat! If you have to put a but, maybe it would be convenient to be able to get in sooner. 5pm is very late and check out at 10 am a little early. The rest very well

Impeccable house, even more beautiful than in photo which is rare. Saturday is a great host, welcoming and available to respond. It is located 15 min from the beach, 30 min from the jonquera and 10 min from a large intermarche. I really recommend the place, it is new and super well located in a subdivision of several other new houses. So it's very quiet

Christine and Pierre-Jean met us on our arrival to show us around their lovely home. they were friendly and relaxed. we were invited to enjoy the home as if it were ours for the week. Pierre-Jean even showed us his outdoor kitchen and firewood for al fresco cooking. They met us again to say goodbye. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Vanessa and her husband are great, super nice, very attentive. The house is just beautiful. The pool is the same, everything is just great and beautiful and so pleasant, this calm and serenity that reigns. Value for money widely respected.

Beautiful equipped house, great amenities. Large and spacious rooms, completely independent. Comfortable bedding, well-maintained exterior. Tasteful decor, new furniture. Nice host, responsive, flexible. (Only small downside for the sofa a little small for 4 people) I highly recommend this listing! We'll come back if the opportunity arises.
