Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Layton

Good value for this place. Everything was clean. Old building and old fixtures but everything worked and I had no trouble. It’s loud outside but the ac covered all the noise so I had no trouble sleeping. Instructions were clear and I felt safe.

Wonderful basement unit in a quiet newer neighborhood. Looks exactly like the photos. The unit is very spacious and the second bedroom with the 2 beds is huge. You could probably fit 2 more beds in there. The beds were comfortable with clean sheets and towels. Everything was very clean with every amenity (includes air fryer and rice cooker). We especially enjoyed the coffee and hot chocolate. The reclining sofas were very comfortable also. It is a basement unit, so you will hear footsteps, but otherwise very quiet. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Stan’s place was perfect for our ski trip. Great location to drive up into Little Cottonwood canyon. The space was very comfortable, clean, and exactly as described. Would come back!

Thanks Anthony, The apartment was clean and tidy, the hot tub and pool an added bonus. Coffee, Tea and little extras were very much appreciated. More than enough kitchen items to cook if you feel like it. Comfy bed. Carpark easy to access via the stairs there is a lift but very slow if needed.

I absolutely love this Airbnb. Very clean and spacious lower-level dwelling; calling it a “basement” apartment doesn’t do it justice. It really reminded me of my parents’ nicely finished basement in their second home in Ann Arbor, Michigan; this one was just like theirs but on steroids. It was so cool!! Even though it’s even a little farther out from Salt Lake City than Ogden it’s still only about an hour and 15 minutes from Park City and Snowbird and even closer to smaller or less known local areas.

What a perfect place for me to stay on this trip. So comfortable, so easy, super cute. A++ would book again.

Jenniffer's place had everything we needed for our almost 3 week stay.We especially loved the garage with remote door opener and views from the bedroom. It was very quiet and felt very private. We were able to set our own thermostat for heat. The proximity to the canyons is excellent. Thanks for a great stay Jennifer!

Stayed for a short ski trip with friends. Location was fantastic with less than 30 minute drive to Alta/Snowbird or Solitude/Brighton. House was very clean and comfortable.

Great place. Good area, quiet and close to a grocery store and restaurants. The house was amazing. The beds were sooo comfortable. The heating worked perfectly and the fireplace was one of my favorite parts. Very clear check-in instructions. Overall loved the place.

The duplex was great for my buddies annual ski trip. Enough beds to house a large party and garages to store tons of ski equipment. The location is also a nice balance of close to the resorts and close to downtown for great restaurants.

She had animals that my girls enjoyed. We liked that the shower hose was detachable. She replies very quickly and is very kind. I liked that she had a check in book. And local resources also listed. The decor was beautiful also. We plan to be back again soon.

Such a great experience being able to stay at Mark’s residence! We stayed for a couple of months and everything came up smoothly. Such a beautiful house, super comfy, clean, and quiet place to be in. He had great communication since before check in till our check out! 100% recommend this place!

Beautiful and comfortable home, free of clutter and full of all the essentials. We had a wonderful time gathering in the kitchen and dining area to cook and play games as a family. Its location to awesome skiing and quiet neighborhood made this ideal for us. The host was friendly and responsive. Absolutely loved our stay, and will be planning another trip with this house in mind.

Place was clean and smelled good and plenty of space for 2 people. Enjoyed how easy everything was to use: coffee machine, heater, bathroom etc - no surprises. Everything was well stocked too.

This is one of the nicest airbnbs I’ve stayed at in a while. All the furniture and finishes were actually high quality and everything was clean. Stayed here for a trip to Nordic Valley and the location could not have been better, would definitely recommend!

Kelli is a great host. She responded to my text within 1/2 hour and answered all my questions. The condo is great & has a nice clubhouse with showers and changing room for the hot tub just a short walk from the front door.

Perfect place to stay when skiing at Solitude or Brighton - very cosy accommodations and love all the amenities at Solitude - hot tubs, restaurants, etc.

My family and I stayed here for 3 nights and skied Solitude & Brighton. We absolutely loved the place. Check in instructions were very clear and Ben was extremely responsive. We appreciated all the recommendations and tips provided prior to arrival. I 100% recommend this place, and would love to come back!

Great little place to stay for a getaway

Unit is a bit dated but that is reflected in the reasonable price. Everything you need in there and a great location. I loved the two bedroom setup; great for some privacy especially when you travel with teens. Only wish we could have stayed longer!!

Solid Airbnb, especially if you're skiing at Snowbasin or Powder Mountain. Entry is a bit odd, as you enter through a back door and essentially walk through the kitchen of a restaurant. Was a bit noisy until about 10pm. Otherwise, the place was nice and the location is good, with lots of good restaurants located on the same street as the Airbnb.
