Tania was a great host. Very accommodating and fast with messages and communications. Her house was also clean with plenty amenities.

The space was clean and had all that we needed during our stay. The host communicated quickly and the price was reasonable.

I loved the house and the host were very quick to respond. however there is a train that comes at all hours of the night through the town blaring its horn at midnight 1:00 a.m. 5:00 a.m. it was unsettling and Extremely Loud it was hard to get a good night's sleep if your light sleeper I probably wouldn't recommend this house. other than the train noise this house was great

Great property for $ . Comfortable beds. Loved the fenced backyard for our little dog. The only thing we missed was extra blankets because it was very cold the week we were there and heating was difficult to maintain in front bedroom. Back bedroom would get very warm

My wife and I along with a few other couples came in town to go to Alabama homecoming and Ashley's place was perfect! The neighborhood is super quiet and peaceful and there are some great walking/running trails right next to the house. All of the beds were clean and comfortable, and the rooms were very spacious. We did not spend a lot of time at the house with everything going on for the weekend but it was nice to have a beautiful and spacious place to come back to. Would definitely recommend staying here and if needed, we will be coming back!

Very private and quiet. The pool is a plus. We had 8 adults, so it was a little cramped with only 3 bedrooms, but we made do and had a great time visiting my daughter at UA.

Joanna was very helpful with a last minute request. We had an emergency at our place and needed "a home away from home" for a couple of days. This is exactly what we needed!

"South of Sanity" goat farm made a wonderful place to recoup on our long trip from Michigan to Florida,. It was clean and comfortable with everything one could need. The farm itself was lovely with the friendliest farm animals I have ever encountered! A great extra was that it is pet friendly. Steve was a great host ,always willing to take the time to chat and show us the animals. We would highly recommend this welcoming place

Our second stay. Literally a few blocks from my daughter's house. Safe neighborhood that looks like it is being upgraded. We enjoyed our stay as much as we did last time. Nice to have coffee amenities there upon arrival. Thanks Erin & Corey.

This place is a very authentic loft experience, the space has a taste of history but cool and the area is not overdeveloped but still has great places nearby for walking or entertainment.

I loved staying here. The house is older but the upgrades made it perfect. I felt like I was at home and not a stranger trying to adapt to someone else's house. I love how the three bedrooms have a little distance between them, it made all of us feel like we had our own space in the house. To continue with that, the open concept of the kitchen, living room and dining area was perfect for us. I could work from home at the table with my son watching tv on the couch and my daughter cooking in the kitchen without feeling like we were interfering with each other but still close enough to enjoy the space together if we wanted. I would 100% stay here again!

My family and I very much enjoyed our stay and hope to return sometime! The home was perfectly located for our needs, our kids loved all the toys and games! Our kids played the video games, had a blast playing with the toys, and really loved their room. I’m really concerned with cleanliness, and I thought the home was very clean. It’s pet friendly, but I never saw one animal hair and the place smelled great.
