Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Lavarone

The environment offers a perfect combination of rustic style, with its authentic and welcoming details, and a touch of refined elegance that makes each space extremely pleasant to experience. One of the highlights is undoubtedly the fireplace, which creates an intimate and relaxing atmosphere, ideal for resting after a working day (I used it during the winter period). In addition, the house is equipped with every imaginable tool, perfectly organized, to meet every need: from the kitchen to the cleaning accessories, nothing is really missing. The shower also deserves a special mention: spacious and with a regenerating multi-get. I conclude by also including a parking and super market within walking distance.

Luca (along with his mom) is an extremely welcoming and friendly host, relaxed, helpful and accommodating, and great to converse with. The location is a good base for Lake Garda, Verona and the mountains, and Luca will give you recommendations for whatever you need (restaurants, hikes, what towns to visit, etc.). The spacious room is very comfortable and could easily sleep four, maybe more, and there's a nice garden to sit in in the mornings and evenings (and a few very cute and friendly dogs). Highly recommended.

Loved our stay! The house is cute and comfortable with beautiful panorama type view of mountain ranges in backyard. Perfect location for drive to Lake Garda, but also options locally since we wanted to stay close by (15 min drive) our host recommended Chalet Rocce Rosse Mountain Lodge for delicious food and stunning outdoor terrace/ views. Within a few minutes of Lodge there is a walking area Val Gardena- a perfect relaxing day if you don’t want to drive so much. Also recommend Bar Bufo cute bar 5 min away from house on a little lake/pond Our host Corrado was very kind and accommodating to any questions that came up (even when there was a misunderstanding he was quick to resolve the situation) so we were very pleased. All in we loved our time here!

What an incredible find. Clean and modern with views that wow! Absolutely a great get away. We walked into town for dinner and coffee in the am. The trail around the lake is in fantastic condition and the lake is breathtaking taking. We will be back.

We loved staying at Deborah's place. It looked even more beautiful in real life. We stayed 6 nights with our toddler who had a great time playing outside. The house is spacious enough to live comfortably and has everything you need. Everything is put together with care. We connected with her parents who are present on some days in the back of the house, they were lovely and never overbearing. What worked well for us was the peaceful environment, a welcome break from the hustle and bustle of the coastal towns of Lake Garda. The garden is authentic and very well kept. The view amazing. Getting to the property is fairly easy, I do recommend checking what your navigation tells you to do because it led us in a street that turned out to be for residents only and was very narrow (it's marked Eccetto frontisti). Avoid these streets, they take you off the main road anyway, not what you need. I phoned Deborah for some advice and she was a great help, we found it easily.

From the time Erika met us at her home until we left our stay was perfect. We loved the location, the views and the character and charm of this authentic 800yo house with all the modern conveniences. Would recommend to anyone wanting an authentic Italian experience in this beautiful lakeside home.

Absolutely stunning location - postcard views from every direction! Martina & Nicola are fantastic hosts, super responsive and nothing was too much to ask! The house is beautiful, very an authentic 17th century Italian villa, plenty of space & perfect for families or groups. Our kids loved the animals & the big kids loved the outdoor hot tub! Definitely positive experience. Giada was a helpful person, always smiling. When we arrived, he made us find the stove on, which with the cold outside, that warmth and that cabin atmosphere, was a great welcome. In addition, he had prepared a small breakfast nook with a basket of sweets, various types of tea, as well as two bottles of water. Giada also took care of our travel condoms, a cat and a dog, setting up the kennel area near the stove complete with cot and mats, as well as the litter sandbox. The apartment also deserves a mention, as the spaces are well distributed and well furnished, revealing a sober but at the same time very characteristic and cozy taste. The stove on is a great plus. I think it's clear how well we felt. Thank you very much Giada. This is a goodbye.

Jacques is a great landlord. He thought of everything: from the heater that was on, to traffic instructions on the day of arrival to restaurant recommendations. The apartment is located a little higher and off the street - the view of the lake is wonderful. This is our second time and are very satisfied again. Everything you need can be reached on foot. Cycling, hiking or just unwinding, the place is absolutely suitable for this.

The apartment is well-maintained, clean fully equipped, has a large comfortable space, we felt very intimate and safe there, everything as described, beautiful view, instant contact with the owner, when we arrived there was a gift in the form of wine and sweets, we will definitely come back 😊

Very cozy apartment with two separate bedrooms! All appliances are available! Very cozy inside! The place sleeps up to 7 people if you consider the sofa in the living room, but we were 4 people. We came to Madonna for skis, but Madonna itself did not have free accommodation, and we chose this and never regretted it, because it is much more convenient to live here, because there is so much nearby for walks and restaurants, which was no difficulty in relaxing here, and riding in Madonna. This property has its own parking under the house, so we did not experience any difficulties with the car: I went down to the parking lot and went to Madonna and parked there right at the ski lifts. Who like, but we liked such a combination. Thanks to the host for having us!

This cozy apartment is situated on the top floor of a standard residential building. It features wonderful views from under the roof and includes a balcony. The apartment is well-equipped for a family with two children. The nearest ski lift is a 15-minute walk away, and a supermarket is just a 10-minute walk. You can park your car conveniently right next to the building. We truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Giuseppe is a very friendly host. The communication was very easy and open questions were handled quickly. House is located in a quiet and very nice location. The lake and various shopping facilities are only a few minutes walk or drive away. The kitchen surfaces were a bit too small for us 8 people to prepare the food. However, if you organize, this is also not a problem. We highly recommend Giuseppe's house.

Villa Gere is an absolutely stunning residence. The amenities are first rate and the house has so much flexibility that our family of ten had loads of space to relax in any number of ways. The sauna and hot tub were hugely popular as was the games room and gym. Our host, Roberto was brilliant, guiding us through the facilities and local amenities and helping us make as much of the house as we needed to; whilst he left us to enjoy the house, he was always responsive to our queries, no matter how minor. In addition, he provided some local produce as gifts which were very well received by everyone. The whole family were thrilled with the house and its facilities and its proximity to the outdoors activities that we were in the area to enjoy. I can’t praise the house and Roberto highly enough and have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway whatever the season. I have no doubt that we will return in the near future.

Incredible stay in Malcesine! The villa was honestly somehow more beautiful than the photos - and the view was stunning. It was a lovely spot to spend a week. We especially loved eating dinner under there terrace and lights. Matteo was great to communicate with and check in/out was very easy. As another reviewer noted, the drive up is not for the faint of heart - lots of windy, tight roads - but once you’ve done it a few times it’s completely fine - and the villa and view were well worth it!

My family and I gathered for the holiday and stayed for two weeks at Alec’s place. We are a big intergenerational group with kids, teenagers and grandparents and we all had a beautiful and comfortable stay. The house is very special. Historic. Perfect for big dinners. Beautiful views. Cozy rooms. A huge kitchen to make family meals. Anna the house manager was very helpful. She catered a delicious meal for the family one night. We will definitely visit again and highly recommend the house. Thank you for a beautiful time.
