Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Lauttasaari

Transportation was very close, and there was a grocery store, so it was really comfortable. It was equipped with everything except the freezer, so I used it like it was my own home. If I come back to Helsinki, I would like to use it again.

This is indeed a fantastic location - walking distance to a lot of sights and restaurants, shops, waterfront etc. Access to gym, sauna, whirlpool. Apartment is nicely decorated and has everything you need. Nice bathroom with underdloor heating which is great in wintertime. Comfortable beds, nice view to Uspenskin cathedral, walking distance to Attas pools and sauna for an early bird swim Host was very responsive and had clear instruction videos for everything in the apartment. We really loved our stay, did some home cooking as well. Would definitely recommend staying here

We really enjoyed staying at Henry's flat. It was of high standard, clean, well equipped and peaceful. The view even in winter was beautiful and calming. Very good location, easy to get to. Check-in and check-out instructions were clear. I would happily recommend Henry's flat to anybody.

Really great apartment in a nice location with easy access to mass transit. The unit itself is quite pretty and feels very spacious. The living room has lots of light and the heated floors in the bathroom were a nice treat. I felt very at home during my stay. Jamar was an excellent host as well--one of the most considerate and responsive I've had. Would love to stay again!

The place was amazing, clean and with a very beautiful private garden.

Everything matched the description and went smoothly. A very peaceful home, and on the other hand, especially for a family with children, to admire horses from “every window.” This time, we missed the rides because of the schedules, but next time, we'll finish the check. Recommended ❤️

A beautiful and secluded location outside of Helsinki but just a 15min train to the centre of town. The perfect location to experience both the metropolitan and natural sides of Finland. We loved our stay, surrounded by snow and trees over Christmas. Eevamaria and her family has a Christmas tree setup for our stay which made it even more magical. The house has everything you could need and was perfect for our group of 6 people. Eevamaria was incredibly proactive at providing instructions and answering our questions before and throughout the stay. Would highly recommend!

We stayed as a family, with small children, as part of a road trip across southern Finland. The property was perfect for us, with lots of toys and space for the children and easy access to Helsinki (30 minute drive on a Sunday). Area was quiet and family friendly, but walkable to a great pizza restaurant and a short drive to supermarkets, beach etc. Tiina was helpful and responsive. Would highly recommend.

This was an ideal place for us to stay while we adjusted to the time-zone change and explored Helsinki on foot. It is just minutes from the waterfront, which is a great running route and swimming location. The wonderful sauna Loyly is a ten-minute walk and full of interesting people. Now we understand why the Finns love saunas! Melina’s condo is lovely in all respects, well appointed, and in a venerable picture-post-card worthy building. Melina is a responsive and caring host. The kitchen-living room has very high ceilings, giving a feeling of spaciousness. The bathroom is compact and the ceiling in part of the bedroom slopes down, but these are minor inconveniences more than offset by the many positive attributes. We would gladly stay here again.

Niklas was a super host! He met us to give the key and a short showing of the apartment and some local recommendations, and was very quick to respond with any questions while we were there. The apartment is spacious and basic (think everything you need and nothing you don’t) and the efficient washer/dryer was a huge convenience. The location could not have been better, we walked everywhere. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Fantastic location close to the central area, with restaurants and grocery shops nearby. I paid a little extra so my friend can stay with me during the period, however the cleaner did not affix the bed linen on the other bed. Moreover, the host requested to enter the apartment as he needed a drill there, and I was not able to take it out when we were out and about. We let him entered the apartment anyways. Not a big issue but not ideal. Still a reasonable stay for the price in a city like Helsinki tho!

Small and fine apartment, perfect for a short city trip to Helsinki. Located a little outside, but super easy by metro or bus and every few minutes. The communication with Arvid was absolutely hassle-free.

Our family of three staid at Aleksi's place for 6 nights and everything was perfect. The apartment was sparkling clean, the kitchen had all the appliances one could think of, and we really appreciated the thoughtful and beautiful design of the space. There are high quality vintage cups and plates, fixtures, chairs, that are definitely a plus. The apartment was warm and cozy during the cold December nights. The only thing we would change is the bed: it is quite small for two adults to sleep in. There is also a sofa bed in the living room that could be used if you need more room. Overall, we had a great experience and we highly recommend Aleksi's apartment. Thanks!
