Holiday rentals with lake access in Lausanne

Fantastic stay of a few days with family (including 2 teenagers and 2 almost nonagenarians). The house is nice, well appointed, comfortable, just what it takes to feel good at 6. The kitchen is very functional, like the rest of the house (we even used the fireplace one night:-) The owners are very nice, ready to help but not invasive, the walks along the lake are beautiful, just a short walk away and easy at any age, restaurants and supermarkets nearby ... in short... nothing to complain about... happiness:-)

We spent a month in this beautiful little house by the lake, with a big patio and very comfortable furniture. Carole is an outstanding host; very considerate and quick to follow up when needed. We had a wonderful time at Carole's place in Lutry!

Great place with a fantastic view of the lake! I found everything to be as described with the sauna being an obvious highlight. Due to the house being located at a cul-de-sac, it feels very private (except for the odd rando intrigued by the view or the owner's sister collecting some furniture on Easter weekend). The autobahn is nearby, but its sound doesn't overwhelm that of the cow bells, so no big deal.

Very comfortable, cozy and tastefully decorated accommodation. Pleasant host and very friendly. House close to all amenities, including walking distance while being surrounded by nature. All ski areas are quickly accessible (alpine and Nordic).

I would particularly like to highlight the light-flooded rooms, the modern and simple furnishings and the direct access to the lake! The rooms all offer plenty of storage space. Fitness equipment and swimming equipment are provided. The contact with the landlords is straightforward and accommodating. In the evening, the roof terrace is nice to use. During the day it is quite noisy up there due to the national road. But you can escape to the lower floors and the balconies on the lake side. All in all a great place to stay!!!

Very pleasant new accommodation to stay in. Quality equipment whether in the kitchen or bathroom Aziz is very responsive and attentive Very well located 10 minutes from a ski resort, 40 minutes from Avoriaz and 5 minutes from Evian-les-Bains. I recommend it without a problem.

Pleasant stay in a small loft overlooking Lake Geneva! A small cozy nest for a single person or two! All the amenities available to be quiet during the stay! No complaints

Accommodation well equipped and in a good location to discover its surroundings. A very nice view of the lake.

We had a great stay! Bed linen, towels and soap/dish soap/dish soap was provided in large quantities. The apartment is cleaned and the kitchen superbly equipped. When we had an issue with the heating, the owner was there immediately and helped us. The view directly onto the lake is fantastic, but the only thoroughfare leads directly past the house, so it can be heard very loudly on the balcony. Nevertheless, we definitely recommend the apartment, we felt very comfortable

We came for a family winter vacation. The host communication was outstanding. Ruth’s apartment was as spectacular as on the picture. Beautiful view, convenient location, very comfortable and clean apartment. Montreux it self was a little quieter than we hoped for a New Year celebration, but train station is within a few minutes walk and we took wonderful trips to Gstaad for skiing, Lausanne and Vevey. I have to also mentioned that Samantha was extremely helpful and responsive. We felt welcomed and supported in every way. We hope to comeback in the summer - Thank you !

It was lovely to be by the lake and very peaceful. it was also very convenient to be right by the station and the road without having to negotiate the narrow roads that are higher up the slopes. The place was incredibly well stocked and clean and we enjoyed our stay very much. Christine was always very responsive to my queries.

a great stay spent in this beautiful area the accommodation is clean nicely tastefully decorated the bedding is comfortable and despite the traffic on the main street we find calm the view is just incredible we'll be back with pleasure everything was perfect Thanks to Thomas for his warm welcome and good advice go there without a second thought, you won't be disappointed with the place

Excellent location, the apartment is beautiful, it has an amazing view and is very comfortable and well equipped, it has everything you need to feel like at home.

I had a very pleasant weekend, the accommodation is impeccable, clean, tastefully decorated, the place is secure despite the road which is close… Claudine is welcoming and warm. The lake view is extraordinary.

Pleasant, quiet and peaceful setting, surrounded by greenery. Very nice bedding. Nice, spacious, modern apartment. It's the country, so we got mosquito bites and a visit from flies. On the other hand, the smell of chocolate from the Cailler house pleasantly surprised us. There are plenty of things to do, to visit so as a result, we did not take advantage of the sun loungers.

We enjoyed staying in the bungalow very much, the location under the tall old trees is very relaxing - also the proximity to the lake was perfect. We felt comfortable and welcome. The nearby restaurant was also a delicious change to not having to cook. Thank you very much - we would be happy to come back.

Great location, very quiet park and 4 minutes walk to Lake Leman, great hikes within a radius of 30 minutes max by car, we will be back!
