Secluded paradise with beach access, sauna, and all amenities imaginable - our favorite Airbnb for good reason!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ Our 2nd visit to Edgars' place confirmed what we already knew - this is our favorite Airbnb ever. The unmatched privacy along the Baltic coastline provides a peaceful escape that's impossible to find elsewhere in the region. The proximity to a beautiful sand beach makes for perfect walks. After a day of exploring, returning to use the excellent sauna (included in the price!) was the perfect way to unwind. The cottage is thoughtfully stocked with all essentials - from shower gel in the bathroom to a complete kitchen with a full oven. The coffee machine that grinds fresh beans was a delightful touch that made mornings special. Edgars himself is an exceptional host - extremely friendly, polite and always ready to help with anything needed. His hospitality is a big reason why we chose to return for a second stay, and we will certainly be back again!

Interesting modern spacious house located near beautiful beach.

Very nice guest cottage in a beautiful garden. Everything was just as pictured and described. Very clean, private parking and an extremely quiet neighborhood. Great location just a quick 10-minute walk to the station and restaurants around it and a 20-minute walk to the Sigulda New Castle. Very responsive host. Highly recommend!

It was a great pleasure for my family and me to spend our Christmas holidays at Villa Gunda! The house is perfect for a large family or group, with 5 bathrooms (one in each bedroom, plus one on the ground floor) and plenty of space to cook, dine, and relax. The location is ideal, too – we didn't have a car, but it's only a 25-minute train ride to the center of Riga. We loved being in a peaceful spot near the sea while still having easy access to the city. A special thanks to Ligita, who was an exceptional host. She was always quick to respond, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Our bus from Riga was late in the evening, and she kindly allowed us to stay a bit longer, ensuring we could check out just before our departure. That gesture was much appreciated! In summary, I highly recommend Villa Gunda to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay!

Had a very nice stay in Pitrags. Very cozy spot, the area is very quiet - a nice spot to get away from city buzz. Beach is 5 min walk and in this season its pretty much private beach. Laima and Armands are very friendly and responsive and the hot tub was perfect in this weather.

I stayed at Ieva's apartment during four amazing spring days and nights in early March 2025. The apartment is very comfortable, bright and super clean. It has everything you need to get a comfortable stay in the beautiful city of Riga. Even if the apartment is located close to a smaller street, the traffic isn't heavy enough to disturb and the windows block most of the external sounds. Ieva was very helpful with all my curious questions and the responses were always detailed and arrived at lightning speed. I had a couple of very cozy evenings where I used the fireplace in the apartment, turning off all the lights and enjoying the crackling sounds of the burning wood and the warming sensation against my feet. I can advice anybody visiting to carefully read the "Welcome Book" on the desk, as it contains a lot of useful information about how to take care of the apartment, but also about things to do in Riga. I will for sure return in the close future.

Perfect! Great location

Beautiful, clean, spacious and functional. a home that made us feel right at home. Nothing missing, Rasa communicated immediately and was careful to have a good time. It's equipped with oil, coffee, sugar, condiments, and everything you need for cooking. It is in a quiet spot, close to the city's Art Nouveau area, supermarkets and business. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you!!

Rihards place was fantastic! We were there (my husband and I) from Feb 26 to March 10. It was worth climbing the 5 floors to get there; we ended up in a better shape. We had everything we needed and more. Location is also great and at walkable distance to the old Riga. We would definitely recommend and rent this place again. Thank you Rihards.

My family spent the Christmas holidays at Tatiana's house. In every way, the stay exceeded our expectations. The house was perfectly prepared for our arrival. It was the best choice!

It was our second time staying at Kaspars' place and it was great again. The house is so beautiful, clean, cosy and well equipped, just perfect. And Kaspar was friendly and responsive. Great place to stay!

High level of hospitality and support offered. Fishing in the in-house fish and swimming pond was not an issue. Toilet paper and drinking water, included, as much as we needed. If there were any problems, they were resolved in a timely manner. You have been proactively taken care of the hot tub. We got great recommendations for the area. Great for larger families or friends traveling together.

Amazing place ! We were 4 and it even felt a bit small. The kitchen is amazing and very well equipped. The host was very kind and easy to reach. We so much enjoyed the sauna with the pool for a perfect thermal experience.

Where do I even start with this gem in Varzas? The moment I stepped into the design villa, I felt like I had stumbled into a mid-century married vintage perfection. Waking up to the sound of birds and stepping outside to breathe in that fresh, crisp air felt like a cleanse for my soul. The host has thought of every little detail, from the coziest fireplace to the gourmet coffee machine that’s somehow life-changing. If you're looking to escape the city and reboot with a side of mother nature's finest, book it. But maybe don’t tell too many people, let’s keep this home our little secret.

This was one of the best stays. The property is spectacular amongst the scenic views of the landscapes. The quality of finishing is excellent and the facilities are excellent. We had an amazing time with the children with spectacular facilities on site as well as easy access to skying and local sites.

It is a fantastic place to have a calm holiday with family.
