This beautiful bright apartment is on the 4th floor of a carefully renovated old building in the middle of the south suburb. There is an elevator and on the ground floor a nice little café with a wide range of breakfasts. In addition to the bedroom and the living room, the apartment has a kitchen with cozy sitting area and modern equipment, a bathroom with bath, a spacious hallway and a magnificent view over the rooftops of the neighborhood. Of course there is also W-Lan ;)
