Very bright studio, well-located and fairly well-equipped. The balcony is a big plus to be able to enjoy the sun comfortably. Easy communication with the agency. Not very well soundproofed but we expect it for an old building of this size.

We love it! The apartment was very clean and tidy, just like in the photos, everything was perfect! Jose was very helpful at all times and responded immediately to any questions.. the views from the balcony are unbeatable , and there is enough leisure in the area considering that we are in low season. Surely we will repeat when we come back in the area !

the apartment was nice we had very noisy neighbours for a week we were really nervous and on edge we will not be going back to el rincon cos of that and we really did used to like that area spoilt it

A fresh and modern apartment with all the comfort that one needs. It was nicer than the pictures. Nothing to complain at all. If we go there again, I would book this apartment again.

The apartment was excelent for us(family with two kids) it was clean, well equipped (all appliances in house and kitchen were provided, air condition and fans were working very good), the neighborhood was quiet and safe (the grocery store and few cafeterias were close), the swimming pool was clean and not crowded in the end of August, when we were there. The only think worth mentoning is that the swimming pool in its shallowest point has got more or less 1,55 meter, so if you are with young kids who are not good swimmers you will need additional swimming equipment. To sum up Kim’s place is worth visiting and good choice. Kim was a great host, very helpful, prompt replying for any questions, very communicative.

We had a great time. Beautiful apartment. What we liked, a great location, very authentic Spanish vibe around the area. My daughter loved the pool . Bars and restaurants all within walking distance. Bus stop and good bus service nearby to head into San Juan De Alicante beach. (gorgeous beach btw). Large supermarkets all very close by the apartment . One supermarket is a few steps away. Could not fault the apartment, very well equipped. Comfortable beds. fresh linen. Maria was great for the restaurant recommendations. Would love to come back Charles & Maria.

Izabela is very friendly and helpful host. Always answer on any questions in just few minutes. We also got from her some ideas for days out. All the places recommended by her were amazing (including Muelle - amazing restaurant with Italian and Argentinian food). Apartment itself is small but very cosy. It was more than enough for us (couple + small baby). Place is spotless and well-equipped, but what is not always sure - it looks exactly like on the photos. It's also very close to the beach, promenade, restaurants, shops etc. If we decide to visit Torrevieja again - Iza's apartment will be our first choice.

Maria Carmen was very attentive, we had a mishap and they solved it very quickly, Maria Carmen and her husband were both very nice. A pleasure!!

Enjoyed a very good stay here in November 2024. Everything was as described / pictured, and Valentin is clearly very a organised host with everything we might need from bin bags to cooking equipment on hand and easy to find. Location is good for getting to the city centre (less than 20 mins on foot) or getting to places up the coast via tram (nearest stop less than 5 minutes away) and there is a decent range of restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance. Worked really well for us , thanks Valentin :)

The apartment is perfect for traveling by car through the garage, also the location is very good. Hot tub and BBQ is a real highlight. The amenities were also thought of children and there are a few toys. The apartment was very clean and the check-in hassle-free. Thank you for this great vacation.

Clean modern apartment. We especially liked the large balcony. The shower is also very pleasant. The handover with Barbara was very straightforward. The necessary utensils were available in the kitchen.

I can definitely recommend Max and his apartment. Great communication, always responds, willing to help, and you can also count on recommendations of places! The apartment is beautiful, modern, mega clean. You can feel very comfortable, and on sunny days you can spend the whole day on the amazing terrace! One of the best places I have ever visited! I definitely recommend it

The apartment is very good, neat, with everything you need for cooking. They left us very nice details such as a vinito, water, cookies, coffeecito. The view of the apartment is stunning, my favorite place was on the armchair next to the window. The color of the water. The tranquility. We went in March, asique had very few people. At 500 meters there were places to eat and supermarkets. We didn't want to leave

Clean and very tidy accommodation. Responsive hood, just lacks a little sun in the accommodation and on the terrace is the only downside with the opposite ... The rest was perfect, Jacuzzi is really a plus!! Couple with two small children Great

Awesome place to stay in Alicante! Property looks and feels new. It's about 50 minutes from Alicante Airport nestled in a very peaceful spot about two blocks from the beach. Nice pool, jacuzzi, outside work out area inside the complex. Unit itself is very clean and has all the advertised amenities in great working condition. Perfect for 4 people and the added bonus is the 'solarium' patio on the rooftop with BBQ grill, dirty kitchen, patio furniture, and your own private hot tub/jacuzzi! Host communicated well and check in/out process is very easy. Recommend getting a car rental from the airport that you can also use anywhere in Alicante and surrounding areas. Highly recommend this place and will definitely stay again if I ever go back to Alicante.

Was a lovely place. Jorlén communicated really well and always answered any questions we had quickly. It was only two of us and was the perfect size. Most restaurants and things to do was at least a 20 minute walk but was fine. The apartment was next to a bar so was a little noisy at night but again it did not bother us. Overall a really positive stay😊

My friend and I lived in these apartments in Alicante for 6 days and were very satisfied. A BIG THANK YOU to the host who was extremely helpful, kind, responded quickly to all messages and questions – made our stay very easy. The suite was clean, tidy, cozy – everything as shown in the photos. Really liked that the location – close to the city center (max 8min) , close to the beach, cafes, shops and other attractions. We definitely recommend this suite and if we come back to Alicante we would love to stay here again! Thanks! 👍🏽😊
