Beachfront holiday rental in Las Terrenas

We came here for a family reunion and had the most unforgettable week. The house had three sweets each with a king bed and an additional twin bed. The bathroom was really spacious and the showers were equipped with reasonable water, pressure and hot water. There was one room w 2 twin beds. There is a living room upstairs and a living room downstairs as well. This made it very comfortable for us to all have our own space. At one point the air conditioning wasn’t so great inside the bedroom, but we let the post know and within a couple of hours so we somebody at the house helping us. Every other day we had fresh towels and they came and change the sheets once during our weeklong stay. We hired a housekeeper, so it was really comfortable for us throughout our stay and we didn’t have to do any of the cooking and cleaning. I highly suggest it however, if you do want to eat out for dinner, there are a few restaurants walking distance from the house that are really yummy.

We had a wonderful time at Casa de Nicole. This was our second time staying here with family and first time bringing our baby boy to the Dominican Republic. The house and neighboring community of Bonita Village is beautiful, peaceful and a short walk to the beautiful beaches of Playa Las Ballenas. Stephane was a wonderful host and the house manager and staff were awesome and attentive as well!

We had a great time. Our hosts were friendly and made us feel very comfortable. We highly recommend this place.

Lovely apartment in a great location lovely area

A great place to stay with an easy flow of space and beautiful views. We walked to the beach, rested in the hammock and enjoyed the cooking and care of the lovely Ingrid.

The project is very well located, the restaurant food is delicious (the pizzas 10/10). The apartment is super spacious, very well equipped. The extra maid service 10/10. Our super diligent host, at all times available. Definitely a place I would visit again.

My favorite place at Terrenas

The place is beautiful, lots of vegetation, plants and beautiful garden, very cozy rooms, a very nice pool, you can breathe peace. Natalia is very attentive, super friendly, it was a family trip, we will definitely be back! Ideal to rest 💯 Recommended Anny

Excellent Morning Maid came everyday and made breakfast, made sure things were working, and did a thorough cleaning. I do recommend to learn some basic Spanish or practice using an APP.

The view from the house and the pool is breathtaking. The architectural design is super intelligent, masterfully blending the house into its environment. The placement of the bedrooms ensures excellent privacy. There are no AC because they're not necessary, as ventilation is excellent. The caretaker of the house and her son are both helpful and delightful. Scott the owner provides good communication. The road leading to the house is a little hidden and the walk path to the beach isn't very self-guiding. Our family had a memorable stay and would do so again without hesitation.

This is one of the best places to stay at Las Terrenas. Great penthouse space and nice facilities. Plus a stunning unspoiled beach literally across the street and lots of restaurants an easy walk away. Don’t miss Porto by Mosquito Enrica was a very responsive host. We had an issue with no hot water for the first night but she ensured it got fixed the next day

We had an amazing stay at Margaret’s condo with our family of five! The unit was equipped with everything we needed—washing machine, dryer, BBQ, beach chairs, and all the essential kitchen appliances. It truly felt like a home away from home. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the beach, and the pool is absolutely amazing. Margaret, the owner, and the property manager, Eduardo were incredibly accessible and responsive, always available to answer any questions we had. Their attentiveness and care made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again in the future!

Great unit. Nathan/Micaela were very responsive to our needs. Ana is fantastic and eager to help with anything we asked for. She kept the house spotless and clean for our entire trip (note she doesn’t speak much English). We also appreciated the security of the complex. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to any of our friends visiting the area.

Super like last year… a HOME AWAY FROM HOME. All little problems & requests were solved immediately. Very grateful for the recommendation of AMADA MASSAGE. She comes to the villa with her massage bed on the motorbike and treats your back & aching muscles, so you feel young again. Perfect for a rainy day. Everything is available in the villa from games to umbrellas to pool cleaning service. Perfect… thank you and see you again.

Stayed for one night and enjoyed our stay. Apartment was clean and the beds are comfortable with nice linen. Very close to beach and restaurants. Felt very secure as the community has security in place 24/7

Visit this villa 6-7 years ago and it is incredible as I found it in pristine condition. Super spacious, the beds are very comfortable. The host Maria always making sure we were okay. The service of Maribel and the gentleman serving the villa is excellent and made our stay more plasentera.

The community is great, the airbnb is clean, spacious, and has all the amenities we needed. The beach and pool were just a 3 min walk. However the highlight of our trip were Yesenia and Maria Lidia. They came every morning to make us delicious Dominican food, and clean up around the house while we went to the beach. We highly recommend booking their services. And don’t forget to leave them a good tip! Thank you for the great stay!

The condo was perfect. Exactly like the photos. It was very clean, like new. The balcony is pretty large and has a nice view. The staff of the hotel was nice also. There was also a billiards table which was fun. The location is also good. Not too crowded, the water is clear and no seaweed or anything on the beach, and you can walk to a lot of other areas near by for restaurants and anything you like. There is a restaurant on the properly, but there are much nicer restaurants in the area. I would stay here again.

Our stay was very good. The place was clean and has all the necessary utensils in the kitchen, bathrooms, and other areas. The attention was immediate and very friendly, both from the host and the management team. Definitely a place I'd go back to without thinking about it.
