Beachfront holiday rental in Las Terrenas

We came here for a family reunion and had the most unforgettable week. The house had three sweets each with a king bed and an additional twin bed. The bathroom was really spacious and the showers were equipped with reasonable water, pressure and hot water. There was one room w 2 twin beds. There is a living room upstairs and a living room downstairs as well. This made it very comfortable for us to all have our own space. At one point the air conditioning wasn’t so great inside the bedroom, but we let the post know and within a couple of hours so we somebody at the house helping us. Every other day we had fresh towels and they came and change the sheets once during our weeklong stay. We hired a housekeeper, so it was really comfortable for us throughout our stay and we didn’t have to do any of the cooking and cleaning. I highly suggest it however, if you do want to eat out for dinner, there are a few restaurants walking distance from the house that are really yummy.

It is a nice location, the restaurant on site, El Toro, is delicious!!! Parking lot in the front was conveniently close to the apartment. Overall a nice stay.

We had a wonderful time at Casa de Nicole. This was our second time staying here with family and first time bringing our baby boy to the Dominican Republic. The house and neighboring community of Bonita Village is beautiful, peaceful and a short walk to the beautiful beaches of Playa Las Ballenas. Stephane was a wonderful host and the house manager and staff were awesome and attentive as well!

We had a great time. Our hosts were friendly and made us feel very comfortable. We highly recommend this place.

Excellent stay at Casa Valentine, impeccable villa and breathtaking sea views Very nice pool although the water is fresh but as everywhere in the Dominican Republic. The housekeeper Ingrid is caring and an outstanding cook, really a big plus that makes the stay magical. I recommend it 1000%

The project is very well located, the restaurant food is delicious (the pizzas 10/10). The apartment is super spacious, very well equipped. The extra maid service 10/10. Our super diligent host, at all times available. Definitely a place I would visit again.

My favorite place at Terrenas

The place is beautiful, lots of vegetation, plants and beautiful garden, very cozy rooms, a very nice pool, you can breathe peace. Natalia is very attentive, super friendly, it was a family trip, we will definitely be back! Ideal to rest 💯 Recommended Anny

*Family of 5 & Grandma -we had so much fun while in Las Terranes. we were a quick minute walk to the beach which was great for kids. lots of restaurants and a small store right at end of the street. community pool was lovely as well. all staff were so friendly. Anna was super helpful and recommended taxi services and airport shuttles. we were able to communicate our needs and she was always able to help.

This is our go-to for a perfect tropical getaway. The accommodation is spacious and spotless; comfortable outdoor living; updated kitchen; and luxurious bedrooms and ensuites. The grounds are immaculately tended to by friendly staff. The pools are beautiful, and the spectacular beach is steps away with access to a variety of sports (volleyball, soccer, kayaking, paddle boards, etc). The hosts are professional and friendly. Very responsive to questions and recommendations. We highly recommend this Airbnb and plan to be back again soon!

The view from the house and the pool is breathtaking. The architectural design is super intelligent, masterfully blending the house into its environment. The placement of the bedrooms ensures excellent privacy. There are no AC because they're not necessary, as ventilation is excellent. The caretaker of the house and her son are both helpful and delightful. Scott the owner provides good communication. The road leading to the house is a little hidden and the walk path to the beach isn't very self-guiding. Our family had a memorable stay and would do so again without hesitation.

We had an amazing stay at Margaret’s condo with our family of five! The unit was equipped with everything we needed—washing machine, dryer, BBQ, beach chairs, and all the essential kitchen appliances. It truly felt like a home away from home. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the beach, and the pool is absolutely amazing. Margaret, the owner, and the property manager, Eduardo were incredibly accessible and responsive, always available to answer any questions we had. Their attentiveness and care made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again in the future!

I can’t say enough of Cesar and Almudena’s place. Honestly it’s underrated. It was beautiful, light, comfortable, with gorgeous views, super clean, the kitchen is stocked with everything you need. I was traveling with a 3month old baby and they provided me with a traveling bed for him. The beach was so close with plenty of chairs to lounge around. I felt so comfortable, I didn’t want to leave. My communication was with Almudena and she was so helpful and friendly. I felt like they were long time friends. I HIGHLY recommend this place and will definitely be back.

Really nice apartment with easy access to the beach. Only minor issue was some air conditioning units would stop working in the middle of the night not sure why. Overall great experience.

The place is very nice, The restaurant of good quality and economical, they do not kill you. La pizza 370 dop Coca Cola 200 Cerveza 200 Burger with potatoes 650 Shrimp ravioli 790 If not, you have more restaurants in the terrains.

Stayed for one night and enjoyed our stay. Apartment was clean and the beds are comfortable with nice linen. Very close to beach and restaurants. Felt very secure as the community has security in place 24/7

Visit this villa 6-7 years ago and it is incredible as I found it in pristine condition. Super spacious, the beds are very comfortable. The host Maria always making sure we were okay. The service of Maribel and the gentleman serving the villa is excellent and made our stay more plasentera.

Absolutely wonderful spot for a girls trip! We had 12 total and everyone was comfortable and all 4 rooms having their own bathroom was great. The house staff is EXCELLENT! The chefs meals were delicious every day and the house manager was very responsive and helped with everything we needed, from getting more drinks from the store during the day to running out to get tape when we needed it one evening. The location is wonderful - walk across the grass, take two steps and you’re on a gorgeous beach. Definitely other folks around but was never crowded. Several fun beach bars within a 5 min walk down the beach, and the main town area is about 1.5 mile walk away which we found doable as well! All around would absolutely recommend and would be happy to return here for a future winter beach getaway.

This place is absolutely stunning, and it’s even more breathtaking in person. The balconies offer panoramic views of the entire Cosón Bay and its pristine beach, with the top balcony providing an especially jaw-dropping views. The Ocean Grill restaurant which is just steps away, has great pizzas and sandwiches at an excellent price. Of course, the true highlight is the beach, just steps away from the pool. It’s a slice of paradise, where some in our group even spotted horseback riders along the shore. My mornings were spent soaking up the sun, followed by floating in the gentle waves—pure bliss. The views were unlike anything we’d ever experienced, and we made sure to schedule our evenings around sunset to capture golden hour pictures. Olga was always responsive to any question and even provided an incredible recommendation for a local taxi driver. This taxi driver operates with his family, and the drove us to and from Coson Bay, as well as to the nearby town of Las Terrenas.

Fantastic location across the road from the beach and with a lovely garden and pool. Plenty of room for a family of four. Helpful reception staff.

The home is even more beautiful than photos. Beautiful spaces thoughtfully decorated.. The home is warm and cozy inside. You absolutely cannot beat this location steps away from 2 beautiful beaches in a very safe development. The outdoor area is super private and the pool is pretty big. We didn’t cook outdoors but there’s dining space, sink, bbq and pizza. oven. You will really enjoy this stay!
