The apartment was great. Super clean, had everything you need. It's perfect if you're traveling on your own by car or as a couple. The distance to San Juan Pueblo was super short by car and to the beaches too. The only inconvenience we had was that you can hear a lot what other people are doing outside the apartment. We couldn't sleep pass 7AM. But the place is amazing, super pretty, super easy to get into and Abraham was super clear with the check in instruction, plus, has a team that keep everything nice! Would come back :)

Big Drop Surf House is ideally located a short walk to Playa Maderas. Well equipped and comfortable, staying here you will feel part of the Maderas community. Gaby is a very responsive and resourceful host. The local restaurants/beach bars are great, close, and have delicious food.

Great hosts! Totally recommended. They were responsive, friendly and helpful. They also found the way for us to get food delivered and it was delicious! Safe parking, our mini van fitted just right. Completely as advertised. Glad we stayed there.

We had a great stay at Jose’s apartment and are happy we came back! The place is comfortable, private, and has a great hot shower. It’s close to the main town but still tucked away from the crowds and noise, offering a peaceful stay. The location is very walkable, just a few blocks from the market, restaurants, and cafes. Would definitely recommend!

A beautiful, spacious, well equipped apartment with a spectacular view. Sitting on the balcony sipping the complimentary coffee watching the monkeys, birds and sunsets was very special. Brian could not have been more helpful, from clear border crossing instructions, help with transport, help with shopping , to scooping up my husband when he got lost, nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely recommend a stay here and we hope to be back.

We had a fantastic stay! The accommodation is beautiful and conveniently located close to the beach and a few surf spots. The kitchen is well-equipped, and we had everything we needed. Our hosts, Sylvain and Pam, were incredibly friendly and helpful. They gave us great tips about the area, connected us with locals to help us rent a scooter, and even helped us figure out which bus to take for our onward journey. Plus, they have the sweetest dogs! :) We highly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again!

100% recommended, the house is very spacious, clean and tidy, the kitchen is sufficiently equipped, Don pedro and his lady are very friendly, a very quiet place, we had a great time, I would go again.

We had an absolutely amazing stay. We were a group of 11 on a bachelor party and could not have asked for a better proper for our stay in San Juan del Sur. The location is about a 10 minute beach walk from town and all the amazing restaurants in town. There was also a really nice small local restaurant within a 1 minute walk which we had breakfast at everyday and was great. The property is just as described and you choose this one for the outdoor amenities. It has multiple seating areas both covered and uncovered, a kitchen, small TV room, and of course the amazing pool which was clean and a highlight. The bedrooms were all clean and comfortable enough for us. There was a full time security guard who was friendly and we felt safe throughout our stay. We absolutely loved the property and would definitely rebook if we were to return with a large group.

Everything met our expectations and was as described. Maria was very responsive, she e.g. arranged a transfer from the airport for us.

Excellent location! It's right in front of the beach, far enough from the bars to enjoy some peace and quiet. The staff was very helpful, and the views were just amazing.

We had an amazing stay! The house had all the comforts of home; fantastic kitchen which had everything you need, big bathrooms and ultra comfortable beds! The grounds and pool area were gorgeous and were definitely the highlight! It was so peaceful and private - just heaven. Watching the monkeys swing up above you in the trees and listening to the birds was just magical. Indalecio was so lovely and catered to our every whim! Jim and Suzie, the owners, were an absolute delight and Becky was on top of all of our questions. We loved El Gigante, especially Redonda Bay! We will miss Luna and Charlie Max!!

What a gorgeous home! We had an excellent time and were amazed at all the attention to detail and cleanliness. The amenities were incredible and communication was amazing. Fun yard games and a very kind cuidador. What a special place! We’ll definitely be back. Thank you so much!

Great stay here! Comfy beds, very clean, updated and nice. Felt safe. At the end of town, but walkable. We did the walk with very young kids which wasn't the easiest, but doable. Taxi's are very affordable and easy to grab if you don't want to walk.
