Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Las Salinas

The apartment was great. Super clean, had everything you need. It's perfect if you're traveling on your own by car or as a couple. The distance to San Juan Pueblo was super short by car and to the beaches too. The only inconvenience we had was that you can hear a lot what other people are doing outside the apartment. We couldn't sleep pass 7AM. But the place is amazing, super pretty, super easy to get into and Abraham was super clear with the check in instruction, plus, has a team that keep everything nice! Would come back :)

Big Drop Surf House is ideally located a short walk to Playa Maderas. Well equipped and comfortable, staying here you will feel part of the Maderas community. Gaby is a very responsive and resourceful host. The local restaurants/beach bars are great, close, and have delicious food.

Great hosts! Totally recommended. They were responsive, friendly and helpful. They also found the way for us to get food delivered and it was delicious! Safe parking, our mini van fitted just right. Completely as advertised. Glad we stayed there.

We had a great stay at Jose's apartment and are happy we came back! The place is comfortable, private, and has a great hot shower. It's close to the main town but still tucked away from the crowds and noise, offering a peaceful stay. The location is very walkable, just a few blocks from the market, restaurants, and cafes. Would definitely recommend!

Clean room, nice spot close to the beach. The friendly hosts live on the same property with their adorable dogs. There are two guest appartments on site. I haven't stayed at another place in Popoyo, but I have a feeling this is a very good option. I recommend Sylvain's place for sure. About Popoyo: it's far from everything, so plan ahead if you want to cook your food; it's still rural Nicaragua, there will be short power outage. BUT it's worth it for the wild beach and the very laid-back general vibe!

My friends and I had a great time at the house it had everything we needed and the Property Caretaker Don Pedro was very helpful and pleasant. I would highly recommend Violetas house to stay in San Juan del Sur.

Our stay in San Juan del Sur was great The house was clean, and we loved having the pool in the backyard. The location was perfect just a two minute walk to the beach and only a 10-minute drive to nearby restaurants. Vicente, Doña Celia, and the security guard were very friendly, always available to answer any questions and ready to help with anything we needed. While the house could use a little remodeling, it was a fantastic place, highly recommend it!

We had an amazing stay! The house had all the comforts of home; fantastic kitchen which had everything you need, big bathrooms and ultra comfortable beds! The grounds and pool area were gorgeous and were definitely the highlight! It was so peaceful and private - just heaven. Watching the monkeys swing up above you in the trees and listening to the birds was just magical. Indalecio was so lovely and catered to our every whim! Jim and Suzie, the owners, were an absolute delight and Becky was on top of all of our questions. We loved El Gigante, especially Redonda Bay! We will miss Luna and Charlie Max!!

The outdoor kitchen and living area were the heart of the home, and we thoroughly enjoyed spending time there. The location was absolutely perfect—we felt safe and relaxed the entire time. The host was incredibly attentive and responsive, going above and beyond to accommodate my elderly parents, which we truly appreciated. If you’re looking for a comfortable and fun getaway, this place is a perfect choice. Highly recommend!

Everything very good! Pool is shared so keep that in mind, might be able to use only in the morning! Very private location, near the shore, about 5 mins, has a supermarket very close by. Clean apartment, same as described! Recommended!

Thank you. The super cute place. Too bad we were a little late and couldn't enjoy it anymore. We will come again. The only thing we didn't think was the energy consumption because we were really very aware of the consumption and even turned off the air in the living room and in 1 room and still went through. Meaning that it includes too little. They should rethink that point.
