An excellent place to spend a family weekend, a pool with good depth, a quiet area with many shops nearby and good communication with Amparo who was always attentive.

A very cozy house, in a very good location and very private, for lovers of the colonial style, we had a great time with the family during the Christmas season!

I want to start out by saying Gabriel was absolutely amazing. He was the one we communicated with when we needed help. Right off the bat he was understanding as we ran late getting from MX airport to Cuernavaca. We truly appreciated having someone like Gabriel there to help us. He was responsive professional & friendly. He's a big reason we hope to rebook. Every part of this house was beautiful. Truly an architectural masterpiece. We used 3 rooms in total. We slept in the master and 2nd room upstairs and found it easier to shower in the bottom bathroom. The weather in Cuernavaca was hot during our week stay so we were very glad to have the portable fans and the pool there. The balcony was a great place to relax. The washer/dryer was easy to use. Things I'd recommend bringing: Mosquito repellent and trash bags There was a lot of mosquitos during the evening There's a store nearby where you can by most essential items Thank you so much for everything, we truly enjoyed our stay!

I recommend this accommodation 100% the house is beautiful a lot of greenery, we paid for the heating of the pool and it was very rich to spend hours in it. Excellent cleanliness, very good staff attention, always attentive, friendly and attentive. The location is good, DiDi arrives. It is important to read well the specifications of the house, since within this come extra costs such as disinfection , which are 2000 pesos and the heating is also extra.

The place is very quiet, no noise was heard, it had a very nice view is very large the garden and pool. A very nice place to rest. The pool is very cold this season it does not have a heater but I guess in temperate spring summer would be in point of the pool. Agustín very kind.

Everything was amazing, Adriana and Epi's attention definitely made a difference, the photos match perfectly with the listing and the house is beautiful and ideally located by the lake! As a point of improvement the mattresses are very uncomfortable, some changes are urgently needed.

We were delighted to stay in this home. The amazing pool and the kitchen are beautifully equipped. Rooms all with their private and very comfortable bathrooms. Soft beds with everything you need to rest. Cleaning and maintenance of 10. It is a very quiet place but close to everything you need when leaving. Don Juan and Mrs. Olga's attention was exceptional. We'll be back for sure we'll be back.

The property has everything you need to have a spectacular time with friends. Having taken the caldera was well worth it. We enjoyed the paddle court, the pool, and the common space for gatherings and coexistence.

Diana's place was spectacular. A very well-maintained house, with lots of amenities and a top-notch team. We felt at home. Diana is an excellent host, very attentive to our needs, she gave us very clear instructions on the entire operation of the house and was always very helpful. Thank you, Diana!!

This place is just made in heaven and nothing short of amazing! Even better than the pictures, perfectly distributed areas to give everyone space, peace and communal areas that invite to share, connect and enjoy time with family and friends. And Jonathan, Piri and Mary in the house were just incredible angels, helpful, proactive, kind and all prepared was excellent and delicious! This was an incredible stay and we will absolutely want to come back! Big thank you and please keep doing what you are doing!

Excellent space to go with friends to spend an excellent weekend, to practice water sports but above all to be pampered by Mrs. CARMEN, who is human so spectacular and special. The place is just like in the photos, very nice. It's really worth it, we stayed 4 friends and we were comfortable. Mr. David was very kind, he waited for us and received us even though we arrived later than we had told him. He also told us that he would be on the lookout for anything. the house has everything. I'd stay again.

Agustin's place is nice and located in a very nice and quiet subdivision. Agustin was very friendly and guided us from the check in process as well as an early checkin

The house is very nice. It's bigger than the pictures. The garden is very large and very well kept. The house is nicely distributed and each room has its own bathroom. Don Benito was attentive in case we needed anything but always respecting our space. The location is central near Oxxo and super markets. The downside is that the pool was cold, still on, but we had a good time. Luis was very accessible during our stay.

The home is a super quiet and complete place. You can enjoy with your friends, family as there are many spaces and activities that you can do. Everything was spotless, functional, the people in charge of welcoming us were very kind. We had a very pleasant experience in general.

The hosts are very friendly people, they make you feel at home. The house is very spacious, you can see that it was once luxurious, you can see that it was very tastefully decorated. Just as feedback, you have to put a little more effort into maintaining the plumbing since when bathing the water stagnates, and the sinks take time for the water to drain. As a suggestion, the entrance and exit access is controlled and it is understood since the house has several valuables, but sometimes for one as a guest it is a bit awkward to be bothering the host to open and close the door. The pool water is cold so it could not be enjoyed this season, but if you are not sensitive to the cold, there is no problem. It has a pool table and a foosball table, which is appreciated to pass the time. I also recommend asking for firewood, since this season and at night you can have a pleasant time around the campfire.
