This was a great experience for me and my family. Everything was as described. I am very picky about the cleanliness of the linen, towels, and bathroom, me expectations were met. The host was very timely with responses. The location was perfect, I felt like I was in the center of everything. The home was quite cozy. Would love to book this property again, I even recommended it to several of our family members/friends that frequently visit the area.

The house is super clean, comfortable, and just like the photos. The neighborhood is being revitalized, so there’s a mix of older and newer homes, but this one is brand new and fully gated, which makes it feel really safe. House is close to downtown area which was perfect for our needs.

Lisa and Tony are great hosts! The house was really nice and allowed me to host my family for a lovely Thanksgiving dinner. My mother did not want to leave the master suite! The neighborhood was quiet and clean with easy access to the highway. Instructions were easy to follow and they answered my questions quickly!

Hayden’s place is great. The house is very tastefully decorated and the furniture is good quality. House was very clean when we checked in and we had everything we needed. We loved the large fenced-in back yard and patio for our dog and toddler to play in. The neighborhood is quiet but close to a lot of restaurants and things to do. Hayden contacted us proactively to see if there was anything we needed and was super responsive with helping to replace the batteries on the front lock when it ran low. We would absolutely recommend his place.

Great place to stay and room for a large family. Clean and comfortable.

This is my go to place when I come to Dallas. Any one of Stan's listings is wonderful but I especially love staying in the duplex. It is very clean, roomy and comfortable. The outside area is a little oasis and lovely on a sunny day.

We had a great stay at James’s property. He was a great host and always responsive if we had a question. His property was comfortable and felt like our home away from home. We hope to stay with him again.

We enjoyed this lovely home with its comfortable furniture and eclectic art work! It was quiet and peaceful and so close to downtown. Great location! Sofia was a wonderful host!!

Nice house in a great area.

What a wonderful host and place to stay! Ana exudes the saying, “The adversity you encounter does not define you. It is how you respond to that adversity that does!” We arrived during the coldest day in Texas at 1230am after driving through ice and snow storms in the south! When we arrived, everything was seamless; until I tried to rinse my hands at the faucet ~ No water! I messaged Ana. She was up and problem solving at the wee hours of the morning. Until we could resolve the issue, she did everything she could to accommodate using a bathroom, clearing out the toilet we used during the night, getting us water to drink, and even offering her own home for use. The accommodations were great and exactly as described! I wish we could have stayed, but two more days of below freezing wouldn’t work. If we come back, I won’t hesitate to stay with her. Thank you Ana!

Everything about the home was perfect. I was right across from a park. Which I could walk daily. On top of me being able to the restaurants and night life b at towards the home. The private enclosed pool was a nice touch. My ultimate favorite was the bath tub!! A must see and rent.

Place is just like the pictures. It is clean and has what you need. Mellissa was very responsive and a great host. My only complaint is there is only one TV in the whole home and it is to small. Other than that our stay was fantastic!

Melissa was amazing in accommodating us! She was extremely communicative and even went out of her way to ensure we could check in early. She made our stay effortless, enjoyable & so restful!

Nary’s house is beautiful! Very large for big family gatherings! My daughter and I were in town for me to have surgery and it was only 8 miles to the facility—very convenient!! It was comfortable and accommodating for me after the surgery. I was very impressed at how clean everything was! I would love to stay there again and would highly recommend this hostess and her house!!! *****5 stars!!

From the get go, this host was extremely helpful, and was so quick to respond to any questions that we had. The house was in a great neighborhood, it was CLEAN inside and out. The beds were comfortable. Our stay was great. We are already looking to stay again, at this same home so that we can enjoy the gorgeous backyard. If we could give more than 5 stars we would. Very nice area quiet would def stay again

Enrique is a pleasurable person and an attentive host! I had a couple of requests that were fulfilled expeditiously. The guesthouse was spacious; very clean; stocked with the basic amenities and it matched the listing description to the letter. There is a convenient Supermercado that is well-stocked like a small grocery store within a few steps. The community was quiet and the people were very friendly. Although the guesthouse is in a school, the side streets offer an easy work around during peak hours. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back!

We had a great time at this location! Terri was great to work with and we truly enjoyed the openness outside with lake views. It rained our last day but there was plenty of space for us to play pool and games in the garage. I will book again!

It was a last minute book, and we really didn’t know what to expect and hoped that the pictures were accurate. I must say it was very accurate, a great peaceful neighborhood. The house was very clean. We really enjoyed our visit in Dallas and we appreciate Valentino, he made sure our stay was well worth it and he kept communicating with us the whole entire time. I will definitely stay there again.

We had an extended stay (over 3 months) due to home renovation’s. David made our stay so easy. He was extremely helpful and made everything easy for us. His home feels like home. The kitchen is big and easy to use (love the gas oven and stove), the master bathroom is huge and comfy (especially for 2 adults living there for such a long time) and having an open living/dining area was wonderful. This is a terrific space for a long term stay. The home has great amenities…cozy beds, lots of towels, lots of cleaning items, great washer/dryer, etc. Well equipped. And David makes life EASY!!! He is a marvelous host.

Layne is a great hostess. She responded in a timely manner. She placed important framed informations and instructions at strategic locations in the home. Home has a bigger foot print (square footage) than photos can adequately show. Comfortable and very clean. Easy to get to and close to shopping and restaurants.

Josh’s place was wonderful and had everything we needed for a short getaway! He answered all my questions and concerns and the overall stay was excellent.
