Great place to stay, convenient location - 3 minutes to the sea. Shops are a few steps away. the host is very helpful and accommodating. The apartment is clean and fresh. All necessary items are available: dishes, towels, bed linen. All issues that arose before the trip and check-in were resolved easily and quickly. Definitely recommend it! We'll come back again! Thanks to the host for the timeliness and generosity! I recommend it!

mr. Tayanç was a very friendly Cypriot gentleman. The house was an ideal hotel room size for two people. We were very satisfied and would like to stay in the same house if we go to Cyprus again.

Very nice and clean place. Everything needed (in terms of appliances) is available in the house. Hilal is a great host and was very responsive. Note: It would be better to have a car for those who are planning to stay in this area. Also make sure to bring a proper wall socket adapter when you come to Cyprus.

Andy is a friendly and helpful host. His cats make a wondeful welcoming committee (a purrrrrfect one to say the least). Whenever you have a question, Andy will gladly answer. Moreover, there are no problem with Andy, only solutions. Would you encounter an issue, Andy will resolve it as fast as possible. Concerning the bedroom, I was in a spacious bedroom, with plentiful intimacy. The bathroom is the best I have ever used in Cyprus : it's large, it's clean and the water pressure is great and the temperature is easily ajusted (not burning hot in the day, nor icy cold after sunset). The neighbourhood is calm, and despite being "out" of the city center, you can reach downtown easily either by foot, bicycle or bus. On top of that, Andy can suggest you different kind of activies (as hiking or biking), and can recommend various pastry shops to try (for sweets-lovers). It's a place which feels like home !

I rented a house from Airbnb for 3 days. The house we rented was really nice. We stayed with three friends. The cleanliness of the rooms and the bathroom, the layout of the living room was great. The host took care of everything. Located on the floor, this house's own private garden was perfect. We would also like to thank you for the fresh towels and the spotless bed linens. We are also very grateful to the host, who provides tablets and detergent for the dishwasher and washing machine. I would recommend it to everyone with peace of mind. The location of the house is perfect; quite close to Famagusta and many places to visit. It's also located in a quiet environment. It's also very close to the Salamis Hotel and the Long Beach coast. Andy was a great host, attentive, flexible and accommodating, even going above and beyond the call of duty.

An great location in the mountains, close to excellent rock climbing and hiking. The villa is lovely and spacious, with extras like a home cinema (huge projection screen!) and massage chair! Unfortunately we weren't there long enough to make use of the electric scooter, but that would have been fun too. Anton is super helpful and wants you to have a great time. He has loads of recommendations about things to do (like the hike to Buffavento Castle which has stunning views and a spicy drive!) and even cooked us a delicious breakfast, including homemade gluten free bread! A highly recommended stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Georgia‘s place. It has amazing location next to the sea and plenty of different restaurants. The seabeach is there very nice with the soft sand, shallow water and sport area. This place is perfect for a vacation with kids. Also we felt ourselves as at home because of hospitality and quick help from Georgia‘s husband Vasiliy.

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment with the sea view. It was fully equipped with everything I needed, spotlessly clean, and the location couldn't have been better—close to all the key attractions. I highly recommend staying here, as I doubt you could find a better option in this town.

An unforgettable vacation!! Very clean, truly beautiful, spacious apartment in which one can immediately feel at home. Amazing view of the Ghost Town Varosha from the balcony surrounded with plants. The location itself felt very safe as well. Very close the beach with crystal clean water. We enjoyed all the amenities, and the sound system was one of my favourites among all. Our host was very helpful and responsive to us all throughout our stay, and went above and beyond to help us out with everything. I can say that this was one of the best-if not the best- rentals l've had the pleasure to stay in, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Famagusta.
