Villa holiday rentals in Larnaca Bay

A very well-built and quite unusual house, minimalist (contemporary art deco), very spacious but also surprisingly comfortable. We were there the last week of October which was lovely as the days were still warm and breezy but the nights were much cooler. The location/views were great. It is quite close to Lefkara which is a picturesque village (but in busy times potentially touristy) village. Otherwise somewhat remote which is what we wanted (but 5 minutes to motorway which then takes you anywhere and distances in Cyprus are not large). We all loved the animals that were housed next door with Janos (kids spent a lot of time with the animals), who was great looking after everything and made everyone feel welcome. The pool is great, very large. It can be heated either by solar energy or electrically. (For colder months, you'd need electrical heating which could be energy-intensive). Great host. Would definitely return.

Beautiful place with everything you want from a villa like this! Very nice and clean indoors and poolside Friendly neighbours. Some nice cats visiting sometimes.....but don't give them any food or let them in to the house.

The place is with one word Perfect!! Beautiful villa,with beautiful interior and exterior ,from a to Z everything was amazing! Host was very kind and very fast responsive. She even sent me email of everything around!!Very beautiful to spent meaningful time with family and friends! Definitely recommending and will stay again

This house is just perfect for a holiday! The beach is a 7-minute walk away. You will have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The house is very clean, spacious and bright. And Lambros is very friendly and responsive.

Really loved staying here. The location perfect. The 101 and 102 bus takes you everywhere you need to go. A lovely walk to fig tree bay, we loved the beaches walking the opposite direction. Walked all the way to Konnos Bay, along a beautiful coastline The villa has e everything you need for a holiday. Used the pool every day. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful & relaxed place! Spend 5 nights in this modern & very nice place and had a just relaxed & comfortable time there. Villa was exactly as described, spacious and very clean. 3 bedrooms and great living room with perfectly working WiFi and open kitchen. Kitchen was perfectly equipped with everything. Just like at home - I missed nothing. Amazing rooftop terrace and very clean pool were additional highlights. Very calm place in closed area with other villas - perfectly to have a relaxed time. But everything is reachable in minutes, like restaurants, bars or beaches. Very sympathetic & just lovely contact with owners Marina & Constantinos. Very reliable & helpful, quick response and always available by phone or messaging. Even special requests were solved just nice, quick and easy. Would definitly come back. Thanks a lot Marina & Constantinos for everything. :)

This is a good stay and would definitely recommend to others, it is spacious and very enjoyable to stay in for a bigger group. The backyard is also incredibly spacious and the location is great. A couple quick notes: the power went out twice and so just know that it is easy to overload the system and is a quick switch flip to fix. Additionally, the location provided is not accurate and we walked .5 miles to the actual location, but the host was incredibly friendly and very helpful throughout the small mishaps.

Wonderful place for the family to stay. The villa includes three bedrooms on the second floor, two bathrooms (one on the first floor, one on the second), a kitchen and a spacious living room with a large dining table. I really enjoyed gathering the whole group at this table for lunch, dinner and breakfast. The living room is very spacious and bright, nice to be in. There is not much furniture in the bedrooms, but there is all the essentials. Dishware has all your needs. The pool was very nice to be clean and warm. 5 mins walk to the nearest beach. But we rented a car and visited different beaches of Protaras.

Nice place, well presented. Lovely weather. Food supplied for breakfast fed us for all our breakfasts and lunch too! Very generous

Overall a nice and relaxing stay at a well equipped villa. Rui and his partner are responsive hosts. They gave us useful recommendations and helped make our stay as comfortable as possible. The villa is super well located with easy access to the airport, shops and a lovely beach (within a 5-15 min drive). Villa is also extremely quiet! Worth saying that the villa is well equipped with everything a guest could desire including a reliable AC system and a modern kitchen. The outside area is nice but the pool is superb - one of the best pools ive experienced. There is also a really nice grill area and a pretty garden. Unfortunately the outdoor, indoor cinemas, and the front gate are not currently operational but hopefully this is fixed soon. Be aware that the garden has a very diverse fauna, in case you are particularly scared of various animals including bats, lizards and rodents. I would recommend booking this villa in case you are coming to the Larnaca area.

Beautiful spacious villa in a perfect location with stunning sea views. We had a fabulous family holiday here with 11 people and we all want to return next year as we really enjoyed our stay at this property. Host Agni was also very helpful.

When we needed help due to a sever situation the host has helped us a lot. We thank her and trust her with all our heart. Defenetly we will come next year!

We had to book at night at super short notice and the host was incredibly accommodating and efficient. 45 later we had keys. The house is large, very comfortable, well appointed with a great kitchen, solid air conditioning and a large pool and yerd that walks directly onto the beach. We loved it, and it is definitely amongst the best villas in Larnaca.

This place was absolutely beautiful—just like the photos! Everything was exactly as described, and the attention to detail made our stay so special. The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The atmosphere was peaceful, and the views were stunning. It truly felt like a getaway. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a perfect stay!

Family of 12 (5m,1yr,3yr,15yrs - Adult). Extremely impressed with the service by Kyriakos(& team) easily contactable, answering/solving immediately. They provided baby items(monitors, gates, cots, steriliser etc)at no extra cost, arranging for pool to be heated for the babies. The villa was very modern/spotless with all amenities listed-something for all ages. The hot tub was my favourite, especially at sunset! The kids made use of the games room and pool table and there was plenty of sun beds around the pool/on the roof when the pool gets a little shaded. The kitchen was full of utensils, an air fryer, microwave,easy to use oven. Location is perfect, less than 5 min walk to mini supermarket/main strip, the beach a couple of minutes further. You are close to everything yet far enough away that it feels very peace. Check in/check out were easy with Kyriakos providing alternate accommodation until our late flight home. Highly recommended, can’t wait to stay here again! Thank you ☺️

My friends and I had an amazing time at Lenos' Airbnb! The place was perfect for our vacation – clean, spacious, and in a great location. We felt right at home and enjoyed every moment. Highly recommend for anyone looking for the ideal getaway!

Our first experience was airbnb, we were a little worried and our fear was that the house was not clean, but the cleaning of the house hits your face with its smell when you first open the door so much that you feel at home, everything is very nice and clean, the beds were clean, tidy and comfortable. Thank you very much Mr. Omid once again from here, you can choose it with peace of mind, you do not need to think about the 🙏 hot water, there is enough 🙏

We rented the hiuse for 2 adults and 3 children. the accomodation in the rooms worked perfectly for us. A car is definitly needed for shoping and getting around. The beach is about 5 minutes walk from the house and the pool was very clean. The house was very clean and neat. At first we had some problems with the wi-fi, but Claire was fast to resolve the problem and sent someone to fix it. There is a broblem with fastidiouse ants but all on all it was good and we had a great time. I definitly recomend this house for a vacarion in Cyprus and Claire as a hostess. Thank you again. Great accommodation, anytime again. We were totally happy with it The children loved the pool. Even water toys for the pool and drinking water dispenser in the house were provided.

Fantastic villa with great amenities and local information to keep you well fed and watered. Tessa was super attentive and dealt with our few queries very promptly. Pool was cleaned regularly as was the garden and my partner felt safe home alone whilst we were diving - good security features albeit we felt safe where ever we went. Locals very friendly and always gave us a wave and hello! Would I go back? Definitely; super relaxing chilling by the pool and eating out at some lovely local venues to suit all tastes and budgets.

We had a wonderful stay here. Karen’s villa is in a beautiful location and the villa has everything you need - a really homely feel. The pool area and facilities are fantastic and the villa was very comfortable. I feel like all of the ‘little things’ have really been thought about here and they make such a difference. Thank you so much! Would absolutely recommend this stay to our friends and family. Pissouri is also a lovely little village full of charm - although we hired a car to explore the rest of the island we actually chose to come back to Pissouri each evening as we felt the charm wasn’t matched in other parts of the island.

Fabulous Villa, exactly as described. Load of space, and had everything we needed. A short walk to the centre and some superb beaches nearby. George was a great host and many thanks for the nice surprise in the fridge.
