Holiday rentals with a pool in Larkspur

great home, great location. Loved the scenery and pool/hot tub. Finishes are very nice, it’s comfortable for 4 or so people.

The house for our needs perfectly and Noel was helpful when we let him know of a couple small issues. The kitchen was perfect for our family dinners together so we didn’t have to worry about eating out each meal.

The ladies & I loved this place for our “girls weekend away “! Fully stocked, very comfortable beds with all the amenities! Nice neighborhood, we were very happy!

A great find, a nice, big house on top of a hill. The converted garage man cave, the swimming pool and a large garden are great additions when it is not winter. The house is also nicely equipped with cooking utensils and amenities. Pinole is also a nice enough little suburb of SF, but traffic might make it a long trip. Next time when our family comes to the East Bay, we will consider this place.

My family had an amazing time at Jeanette's place. Her house is just as described. It's simple but gets all the important details right. The stocked Keurig and in-house laundry was great. We appreciated having aTV in each bedroom. The fact that there were plenty of towels and blankets for everyone was a luxury too, unlike many places that just have the bare minimum. Lastly, the hot tub worked great and was a major highlight for my family over our Thanksgiving stay. Jeanette was an incredible host. She was responsive and friendly before, during, and even after our stay. I would stay here again. Highly recommended!

The best Airbnb I have ever stayed in. James and Nicky were the most responsive hosts - any question we asked was answered in an incredibly timely manner. Incredibly clean. Well stocked kitchen. And a great location with views over their grape vines. We all hope to return again.

Had an amazing stay while in Napa. The place looks just like the pictures. The place was very easy to find, very clean and close to downtown Napa. Had a great time, if ever in the area again I’d definitely stay here again!

I come to Napa for work several times a month and this is the first time staying at Drew’s place. I’m bummed I didn’t find it sooner. Probably my go to for all my future stays! The kitchen amenities are great and having the bedroom worked out perfectly for my family. Having 2 TVs was also convenient. Thank you Drew for allowing us to stay in your place.

The property overall was nice. The studio is part of a larger resort timeshare so the grounds are nice and well maintained. The studio is efficient, not a large unit, but has a bed, couch, table for two and a washer/dryer. It is a great spot for two people. I would stay there again and would recommend it to friends.

Kalvin was a fantastic host. I felt like there was gonna be no problems or issues, and sure enough there wasn't. We loved our one bedroom place and the value was amazing!

Beautiful resort, many complexes in one though, maybe? We still aren’t sure, but everyone was helpful and kind! We were able to skip timeshare brief by flatly stating disinterest, but they certainly tease free gifts. Not sure what we missed out on. Pool and hiking trail were very nice! Only caution with shuttle, which ended for the season (maybe? They seemed unclear about the schedule) a day after we arrived, but we only went into downtown Napa for a night anyway. Caution also that it can apparently get crowded on weekend, especially last return trip of night and is first come, first serve, so maybe have a backup plan. Lodging was very nice and complex overall quite nice and worth value due to location
