The accommodation is very close to the train station, it is not on the road side, so it is very quiet, and the host is concerned about your arrival and very available if you have any questions. The bedding is comfortable. Only small clarification that can be important for some people, the elevator was broken, you have to be able to go up the floors.

Very clean accommodation, easy to access, clear instruction, bed linen, bath linen, 2 bathrooms for 4 very convenient. Beds made at check-in. Julien had bought us a great drink for the evening of our arrival 😉 and brownies and compotes for breakfast the next day And cherry on the cake, the Penthouse terrace offers a magnificent view to lose sight of. Too bad the weather didn't allow us to enjoy. In summer, it must be superb. I recommend it.

A very good stay in Lyon. The location of the apartment allows you to do anything on foot. The place was spotless: very clean and tidy. Small difficulty operating the TV despite the instructions and difficulty in operating the hob but otherwise it was perfect. Very responsive host, thank you again. I recommend it.

There is free parking nearby as indicated in the listing description but also possibility to find places easily on the street in the evening. Good to know maybe for those with back problems: the mattresses are very fluffy.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at Martine's place and it was still perfect! Excellent welcome and checkout with Tina, very quiet accommodation, extremely clean and tidy and with a parking space: what more could you ask for? In addition, all the essentials for our 17-month-old baby was available (umbrella bed with new mattress! , bath kit, high chair). And the value for money is really up to you. In short, a rare find for a stay in Lyon: we will be sure to come back next time!!

We had a pleasant stay at Dominique's. I know the neighborhood well, and it's quiet and safe, so even if you can't always keep yourself in the parking lot, leaving the car on the street isn't a problem. The apartment is very well arranged, and comfortable for 3-4 people without problem. The sofa bed is comfortable (which is not always the case!). As the other tenants have said, be careful with the climb if you are on foot, but the bus is direct from Perrache and stops very close to the apartment. I highly recommend this place (clean, quiet, very far-sighted host).
