Once an organic herb farm, our 5-acre property in Walterville has 300' of McKenzie River frontage, big trees, and plenty of wide open space to enjoy. Relaxing country living on the river just 20-25 miles of downtown Springfield and Eugene. Within an hour upriver is the some of the most spectacular scenery in Oregon (think waterfalls and old growth trees!).
