Michèle is a lovely, helpful and very responsive host. The listing matched the descriptions and the reviews are accurate to the on-site experience. We enjoyed the accommodation in winter (Christmas parties), which is not necessarily the primary use of the accommodation:-) Michèle was responsive to provide us with additional heating. Definitely summer, the sun lounges in the lounge! So we did not use the terrace which is large and must be pleasant in summer. We had access to all the essentials to enjoy a few days on site! The set is functional and meets expectations. There is ample parking nearby where it's easy to park. The docks are a few minutes away to take a stroll or even run.

We had a pleasant stay in Vieux Boucau. The location of the listing is perfect with ocean views and proximity to the city center!! We were greeted by Christelle at a late hour (because of our long journey) when we arrived and it's very appreciated! Access to the beautiful beach is a 2 min walk which allows you to make the most of the sunny periods! Only small downside, the bars on the beach closing at 2am, we were woken up every night by the noisy people coming down into town!

We spent 4 absolutely superb days in this apartment 🙂 Élodie is of unparalleled kindness and was very responsive despite the late hour of our arrival (following water damage at our place) of which we do not even have the delicacy to warn given our state of exhaustion 😬 (I am still very sorry). The apartment is very quiet, the bed perfect (we slept like babies), and had been heated before we arrived ❤️ Very modern, everything is clean and very thoughtful ❤️ The location, we can't do better: hypercenter 4 minutes from the Sun form gym which has prices that challenge all competition for short stays, 7 minutes from the Casteljaloux baths, which even with the rain, were a moment of supreme relaxation, 30 seconds from the cinema l 'Odyssée which has a great welcome and a very good atmosphere, 30 seconds from the market on Saturday mornings, 5 minutes from Leclerc, 7 minutes from the beautiful lake of Clarens and less than 10 minutes from a good number of good restaurants. To be done again 🩷

Basically wake up and jump in the Ocean, top spot!

We had a very peaceful and relaxing week. The villa has been tastefully renovated and we found all the comforts you need for a holiday. Very convenient, the bikes available make it possible to get to the beach or in town in 10 min. Finally, a really superb place for a holiday in Les Landes, very well located for staying quiet but also discovering the region.

This house is brand new made with great taste, it's really a pleasure to spend a few days in this place. we loved our stay, the host Ainara is very attentive.... thank you for your welcome.
