Waterfront holiday rentals in L'Albir

This place was beyond my expectation. Laura has to be the best host I've come across. She was super responsive and went over and beyond to help us with restaurant/ sight seeing recommendations. The place is in a great location and very clean. I traveled with my parents and we felt right at home. The kitchen was fully stocked with spices and kitchen supplies. Beautiful view of sunrise and sunset. I'd absolutely stay here again.

A short 24-hour stopover, the place is beautiful. Restful, peaceful... Everything was perfect, we were able to access the apartment before time. The view is breathtaking 🤩🤩

Wonderful apartment with beachside location, we stayed here for 8 days with our grandchildren and family. The apartment has plenty of space, and a well equipped Kitchen. Everything you need for,your stay washing tablets for dishwasher and plenty of t towels. Beach towels and beach equipment was available. The restaurants are right outside and very friendly staff. Supermarket and tram all within 10 minute walk. Karen booked taxi for us and responded to every question. Thanks for the lovely Holiday.

Antonio's apartment matches the photos ..very large..ideal for a family or friends ..two bathrooms available..which is very convenient... Excellent communication with Antonio...available, flexible, we were received remotely with ease, such that if he had come to welcome us himself... Beautiful location...perfect for a course stays...and even for a longer period ....everything nearby....shopping, transportation, coffee... Thank you Antonio for making our stay so easy and enjoyable .

Great 6 week stay in December and January. The gardens and general urbanization are full of palm trees and plants and maintenance crew is out everyday making sure it looks great. Big pool although quite cold in the winter, great for cold plunge. Communication w Alex and Victor very smooth. No issues inside the apartment. Huge balcony with great views was our spot for sun and lunch every day. Beds were comfortable. Shower water pressure very good. Appliances, dishwasher, clothes washer all worked well. Tram to Alicante around the corner, fruit market and grocery one block and Mercadona grocery 10 minute walk. Recommend!

The view was amazing from the apartment, and perfect for sunbathing when the sun shone (it was November). It was a pleasure to wake up to it every day. The apartment had all we needed for a short stay and was attractive and clean. If you can manage a walk to ‘The Cross’ then a walk up hill to this apartment is fine! Hopefully we will stay again.

The purpose of the trip was for my brother in Germany and me in America to meet half way, to celebrate our 50th birthday together. We stayed for 14 days. I was accompanied by hubby, daughter, and family friend. We rented a car at Alicante airport, and we arrived at AIRBNB within 30 minutes. Thanks to prior excellent instructions of our host Marie, we had great directions and it was a pleasure to stay at this amazing AIRBNB. The view was fabulous over the Mediterranean Sea. We enjoyed the quiet setting and felt safe in the neighborhood. Weather was beautiful in December. We enjoyed home cooking in fully equipped kitchen, closed out our days with evening walks and sitting on front porch. We recommend sightseeing of castle in Guadalest, waterfalls in Algar, lookout deck in Benidorm, all of Alicante, canelobre caves in Busot. Trip to Alhambra in Granada. Beaches and restaurants in El Campello. We're thanking Marie for excellent communication and wish her all the best in the future.

We had a fantastic stay, Daniel is a great host and is always available for any questions you may have about the area. The property has plenty of indoor and outdoor space and is perfectly situated in a quiet area of the town with everything you need within walking distance.

Ana Maria’s place was perfect! We felt very cozy and at home. It was very clean and comfortable. The location is ideal, close to restaurants, the beautiful church, shops & more. We want to visit Altea again, and we would come back to this place in a heartbeat! Thank you!

Very good. Very good. Prompt reply to booking and very good communication throughout. The description and reviews describe the house very well and it is more spacious than the photographs portray. Everything clean, well decorated, bright, good storage space, living area is a good size and comfortable, with a good wi-fi connection. Bed was comfortable, bedding and towels very clean. There are quiet ceiling fans excellent for warm evenings, we did not use the air conditioning. A pleasure eating breakfast on the front terrace. The area is residential, quiet and clean. On road parking to the front and very little road noise at night. Walking around the area at night felt secure. If arriving by car, our sat nav did not recognise the one way roads. With facilities within walking distance and a tram to Alicante, a car is useful but not essential. Thank you Lola and José for a perfect holiday. I recommend this as a peaceful relaxing location or as a base for exploring further.

Great place to disconnect. Much like glamping with the bathroom and kitchen being separate from the bedroom cabin. North facing with beautiful views. Worth noting that it’s very chilly in winter time so be prepared, bring jumpers! Lots of great hikes and things to do nearby, excellent host who gave tons of recommendations and was super helpful and informative. Lovely place to stay with our dog and unwind off the grid. We absolutely loved our stay at Marta’s Y Roberto’s. The apartment is spacious, comfy & cosy. All amenities that we needed were in the apartment & if you ever need to contact Marta/Roberto, they respond in record time. I’ve accidentally left a small bag at their apartment & they are kindly keeping it for me, until we return next time. The pictures you see & description of the apartment match what you get if you decide to stay here. I do recommend this apartment in lovely Albir & we’ll definitely be returning, so Gracias Marta Y Roberto for everything you’ve done for us whilst we stayed at your lovely apartment, can’t wait to stay again.

Peaceful apartment yet close to beach and restaurants. The host was always there if you needed to ask her anything. It was truly home from home with everything you could need for your holiday. The king size bed was really comfortable. Highly recommended this beautiful apartment to watch the sun rise.

Very nice apartment, perfect for a couple or someone travelling by themselves. Lovely little balcony with sun all day, perfect for when i was there in late autumn. Very close to supermarket (2 min) and beach (7 min), as well as the tram to alicante or further up the coast (5 min). Tetyana was a great host, and when i needed help with something in the apartment, she was there within 20 mins to show me how it worked.

Beautiful bright apartment, all comforts! 2 beautiful bedrooms with comfy beds and plenty of closets . Impeccable bathrooms and toilets. - Furnished kitchen beautiful terrace with sea view. We loved our stay , we warmly recommend this apartment.

How many times can you say Perfect? We’ve stayed in hundreds of Airbnb’s around the world, and without a doubt, this was one of the best! Communication, perfect! Check in, perfect! A very good option to get to know Xàbia. The apartment is small but has everything you need to spend a few days. The kitchen is very well equipped, it has all the tools you might need. The upstairs is all renovated and the house is very tastefully decorated. In addition, Vladi gives very clear instructions and is very attentive and friendly. The truth is that everything as a whole is perfect.

The stay met our expectations. Very good communication with the host. Good location. Close to the beach and restaurants and shops. Great public transport connection to the center of Alicante. You can park your car in the internal parking lot for free. And most importantly, an exclusive hot tub 😊
