We had an amazing weekend getaway at the A-frame for my husband's birthday. We loved the peaceful, quiet surroundings, the beautifully furnished cabin, the fully outfitted kitchen, and all of the thoughtful amenities. We had everything we could possibly need for the weekend and felt so welcomed and cared for! Whitney was a wonderful host and truly went above and beyond to make the weekend special for us. We can't wait to come back again soon!

Great home to stay! Winter storm made the roads challenging but the host was super responsive with the snow plow and we knew based off the description, that may be the case while we were up there. Such a fun adventure! Beautiful home, views and neighborhood. Would love to come back!

I stayed at Shura and Matthews place with a handful of close friends for an intimate bachelorette weekend. It was the perfect escape. The cabin was only a 23 minute drive to a nice restaurant in Evergreen and we ended up staying at the house all day the next day enjoying the beautiful weather, views and cozy cabin. Shura and Matthew were extremely communicative and friendly. Their place was magic. I will definitely return in the future!

Beautiful location, peaceful and quiet. House is spotless and comfortable and has everything you'd need for an easy and comfortable stay. Hot tub was great and views from the porch were so nice! Would definitely stay here again!

Michael’s place was a great stay. Clean, tidy, and spacious. The hot tub was an excellent amenity. The outdoor settings were great on a sunny day. The living space is nice and open. The host was responsive and kind. Highly recommend and looking forward to booking in the future!

The birdhouse was great. We really enjoyed the property and the hot tub. Monica was super helpful. Would definitely recommend others.

This was our 2nd time at Thorpe on the Water and it was just lovely! Riverside hot tub and location right in town was perfect. Made our little weekend getaway fun and relaxing.

This is cabin living done right! We stayed for a long weekend to get away from the busyness of life and Anne’s cabin was perfect for just that. Such a cute and cozy place and the area was so quiet and peaceful. My doggies and I spent the majority of the time laying on the couch in the bay window just enjoying nature and reading books. The cabin had everything we needed for cooking meals and the wood burning stove kept us nice and warm while the snow fell outside. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs a quiet getaway in the mountains (-:

Dan’s place was great! The Game room/loft was our favorite part of the house! All in all was a nice getaway to enjoy family or friends!

We LOVED this place so much!!! It was the perfect spot for a getaway! The desk in the nook upstairs was perfect to work in the mornings before heading out on our adventures. I personally enjoyed all of the windows and being able to people watch all the locals at the Post Office, haha! We always need a place that accommodates our dogs as well, and this was a wonderful place for them! They found a spot downstairs that they called "their spot" the entire time and chose to lay there every single moment we were in the cabin. I think our dogs were just as at home here as we were! The bed we slept in was a DREAMMMMMM in comparison to our home mattress, so that was an above and beyond plus for us during our stay! We were definitely able to rest well during our time here! They also included a ton of local information in their cabin book for adventures, restaurants, attractions, and even included a veterinarians number (just in case)! I would absolutely stay here again!!

We were looking for a place to stay that was off the beaten path and woodsy yet close enough to restaurants that we could drive 10-20 minutes for a meal and not have to cook. This was perfect. The price was good, the place was cozy, and our dog was welcome. We received helpful area info including personalized restaurant descriptions instead of just a list of names. Communication was prompt, clear and friendly throughout. We really enjoyed ourselves!

The house was very cozy with great views. Extremely comfortable beds and spacious kitchen. It's super close to the Idaho Springs restaurants and shops and the Hot springs. It was a great place to stay for 5 adults and 1 child. It was a short drive to Loveland Ski area.

Our family loved our stay at The Pinetain Retreat! The house was fantastic, but the views were truly breathtaking! The mountains that surround the house are picturesque. The house itself was also very impressive. Very well maintained and stocked with the items any family might need. The host was easy to communicate with and quick to respond! We brought my mother who has trouble with stairs to this home and she was able to get inside easily. Only two small steps! There was also a first floor master which was great for her. A house like this in the mountains is not easy to find, trust me, I looked! We were incredibly pleased with this listing and would recommend it to anyone traveling to the Bailey area!!!

Beautiful scenery and quiet escape! We brought our toddler and dog - both had so many things to do and play with at the house. The fenced in yard was key for our dog and there were a ton of kids toys available. Thank you!

This home was ideal for our vacation to Colorado. Rebecca’s home is central to a lot of fun activities like Raspberry hot springs, Eldora ski resort, and snowmobiling. The home is beautiful and the views are great. It was a really lovely stay for us. Will definitely be booking again.

Excellent location and friendly check-in! You do have to check-in at a certain time (between 4-6) so not as flexible as some other options. Adorable place and adorable amenities! There were quite a few rules but didn’t harp on our time! I appreciated the 11 am check out and minimal check-out to-do items to complete! Thanks for a great stay!

This was our 2nd time staying at Lazy Bear Lodge and it was even better than the first. We love this home and will continue to come back.

The space was very cozy and I felt right at home. Perfect getaway for amazing views, peaceful surroundings, and relaxation in these quiet foothills. I very much enjoyed the visits from the family of deer living in the woods out back! Not to mention a large, very soft and comfy bed to crawl into after your day of adventures. One thing to note—the listing does not mention that the WiFi is turned off between certain hours each night. This was no issue for me since I used a mobile hotspot, just want to put it out there if that is an important factor for anyone. Other than that minor tidbit I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back next time I’m in the area!

Man what a place to feel alive and free again!!!! Was just far enough away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to find snacks and food!!!! We absolutely loved it out there in the middle of no where I got the relaxation I needed!!! Chefs kiss of air bnb 100%

This place is an amazing mountain cabin! Our group of 7 all agreed its one of the best rentals we've ever stayed in. The house is gorgeous. The kitchen is modern and beautiful and well equipped. The deck has a fire table, nice seating and upscale gas grill. Lots of windows with beautiful views. The furnishings are all very nice. The location on the side of a mountain is very remote, although there are some houses around, you can't see them from the house. There are very nice trails nearby where we did see people. There was excitement the afternoon we arrived because a bear had broken in through the French doors before we got there and helped himself to the food in the refrigerator and pantry! We contacted the owners were who were very responsive and quickly dispatched the cleaning crew to clean up the mess and secure the door so the bear couldn't get in again. We never did actually see the bear but were acutely aware that he was nearby. An amazing Colorado experience!
