Holiday houses in Lakeview

This house was absolutely adorable!!! The kitchen was well stocked, super clean, very quiet! Diana was quick to respond with questions and I hated to leave!!! We will definitely book this house again!

I enjoyed my second stay at Sheila’s place. It is a quiet country setting just a few minutes from the small town of Lakeview. There is a variety of restaurants and also a Safeway store for grocery shopping. She has installed air conditioning units in the main bedroom and the living room, so I was comfortable.

I was very grateful to be able to check in a little earlier, and also book at the last minute. My partner and I were eager to get into a comfortable place with winter weather coming on. The place was cozy, and clean. The bathroom was amazing! Large shower, and lots of hot water. I also enjoyed using the kitchen, which has plenty of space and most of the kitchen implements one would want to cook with. I would say the only thing missing was soap and shampoo for the shower

There were only two of us, so the house was much larger than we needed, with friends not too far away, this made it ideal on the one hand, but a good deal more expensive than we needed. Nonetheless, we had a wonderful time in the house, stayed the two day minimum and were glad for having this here. The views of the mountains are just spectacular!

Beautiful sunsets, super comfy bed, living history. Very relaxing and memorable. Definitely recommend!

Andrea’s space was very accommodating! She was also quick to respond to any questions that I had. It was a wonderful holiday experience and I would highly recommend anyone traveling through Lakeview needing a place to relax to book this clean great place with a peaceful location yet close to town! The little home feels bigger on the inside than in the pictures. It's very well designed and built. Super clean. The toilet took a little bit of getting used to. The home is really spacious for one person and a great retreat from city life with charming views out the many windows and _quiet_ (except for the sounds of birds and the rare donkey sound :). There are trails and dirt roads to explore the nearby mountains. The hosts went above and beyond in making sure I had everything. I really appreciated being able to leave with my EV fully charged and explore the Oregon outback on my way back.

Bobbie’s place is very clean & tidy and pretty much exactly as depicted in the photos and write-up! What’s more, I found her to be exceptionally thorough and on-top of comms and questions…she even made sure to turn on the lights and set the thermostat to just right in anticipation of our late-night check in which was extra nice.

The house was clean, comfy and well organized. Great little deck off the front. Quiet area, easy check in. Yummy homemade bread on the counter with butter and honey. Very welcoming, we greatly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful views and hawks during the day, coyotes and stars at night. Comfortable and cozy house, would stay there again.

Patti and David made us feel right at home. We loved our stay and will be booking a room with them again.

My partner and I can’t get enough of Squirreville—it’s our go-to escape from the “real world.” The moment we step into the cabin, we’re wrapped in this incredible sense of warmth and ease. The property itself is stunning, and the landscapes beyond are breathtaking. Cam and Christine are the kindest hosts—always so thoughtful, responsive, and genuinely dedicated to making sure every guest feels right at home. It’s pure magic every time we visit- I cannot recommend this place enough!
